Kim Porter, the mother two three of P Diddy/Puff Daddy/Puffy/Sean children and on/of girlfriend of ten years moved out of their New York apartment two weeks ago, and it turns out (not surprisingly) she’s entitled to a ton of money, even though the two were never married. Page Six is reporting that Porter could easily net $1.2 million in child support payments.

Combs agreed to pay one of his baby mamas, Misa Hylton-Brim, $30,000 a month in child support for their son, Justin. But Porter, who stuck with the hip-hop impresario/lothario on and off for 10 years, has three children with him: Christian, 10, and 7-month-old twins D’Lila Star and Jesse James.

“’With Misa Hylton-Brim receiving approximately $30,000 a month, there is no reason that Ms. Porter shouldn’t be able to get close to $100,000 or more per month in child support,’ celebrity divorce lawyer Raoul Felder told Page Six. ‘That amount accounts for Porter having three children with Combs and inflation in the years since Misa received the ruling in her case.’”

Porter was apparently pretty pissed about Diddy’s cheating ways. Not that it’s any surprise, he’s been a man-ho for years. Apparently he was out partying with Sienna Miller just a few days after Porter gave birth to their twin girls seven months ago. That would make me leave someone right then and there. But they’ve been breaking up and getting back together for ten years. Since Kim’s departure, Diddy’s been out partying. A lot.

He was seen out late Wednesday night celebrating DJ Cassidy’s birthday party at Tenjune.

According to our spies, he arrived at ‘around 1 a.m. and went straight to the VIP room where he hung out with Kanye West, Jermaine Dupri, Russell Simmons and Andre Harrell.’ Combs was also spotted last weekend at Star Room in the Hamptons, where he was ‘canoodling with a brunette in a cabana with three bodyguards blocking him from fans and paparazzi.’”

I hope they stay broken up for good. I can’t help but think Diddy’s probably not the greatest influence on a kid. Remember that whole nightclub shooting debacle when he was dating Jennifer Lopez? I don’t know a thing about Kim Porter, but if she had the sense to leave Diddy, she’s smart enough. Let’s hope he stops having kids and starts… doing all the millions of other things Diddy does. If nothing else, he’s quite the entrepreneur.
