For months/years, there’s been a steady stream of split rumors about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Sometimes we talk about the rumors, but for the most part, we ignore them. I actually feel a little bit sorry for the tabloids because “Brangelina Split!” just doesn’t have the same kind of urgency that it once did. Sure, if you want to gossip about how By the Sea was a total failure and their relationship might be strained because of it, let’s do that. But we don’t have to pretend that Angelina and Brad still get crazy jealous about costars or whatever. Anyway, as we discussed a few weeks ago, Brad Pitt & Marion Cotillard are working together on the World War II-era espionage film Five Seconds of Silence. According to In Touch, Brad and Marion are getting along really well. So well that Angelina is so, so jelly.
Things are going a little too well on the set of Brad Pitt’s upcoming flick ‘Five Seconds of Silence’ – and Angelina Jolie is not happy about it!
“Brad it really bonding with his co-star Marion Cotillard,” a source tells In Touch. “They’re flirting and sharing jokes between takes.”
That’s troubling for Angelina, with a source claiming: “Brad has become Marion’s one-man fan club. He comes home raving about how classy and talented she is and how much he loves her French accent. Angelina can’t stand it!”
Even though there’s no romance between Brad and Marion, recently Angelina became so furious, she walked out.
“She went to see Jack O’Connell in a play 140 miles from their home in London. She knew it would get under Brad’s skin.”
It worked, and now the pair – who were already having marital issues – are more at odds than ever.
“They have both been pushed to the brink. It’s heartbreaking.”

It wouldn’t be a Brangelina story if someone wasn’t “walking out” or “storming out” or “running away crying,” usually Brad. I imagine Brad did cry when Angelina “walked out”… to attend the play starring her friend. Personally, I would believe the Jack and Angelina hookup stories before I would believe Brad and Marion are happening. Marion – while beautiful and talented – is sort of a nutburger. I can’t really see Brad being into that. But Jack O’Connell? Back in the day, Jack would have been Angelina’s type, big-time.

This sounds like that other story where he allegedly raved about some other actress (i.e Jennifer Lawrence? I can’t remember who it was).
He does, especially when he is a producer. He is all about keeping the peace.
It was Selena Gomez. And yeah, he was even able to get along with Shia Labeouf which is testament to his easy-going, affable nature. I think it’s ridiculous that people can’t work together without the tabloids printing stories about affairs and crippling jealousy…. imagine if the real world was like that. Jobs would be segregated by gender haha…

That particular rumor probably cropped up because she had a cameo in The Big Short. And I think they took a pic together at the GGs.
He famously didn’t get along with Harrison Ford. I don’t know why.
I remember reading that he and Tom Cruise couldn’t stand each other on the set of Interview with a Vampire…but, it’s Tom Cruise, and I can’t imagine Brad wanting to hear long lectures of Scientology bullshit!
Josh Harnett as well. Ford has a rep as being a-holeish on set.

I think Brad talked about the fact that he didn’t like how the movie ultimately played out; and that most of his shooting scenes were done during the night. But in every interview I have read I have never heard him say anything negative about Tom.. nor has Tom ever said anything negative about him. Tabloids want there to be some conflict that doesn’t seem to exist.
Because Ford didn’t like working with a young good looking guy. He is a known a-hole.
Tom Cruise tried to recruit him to Scientology. They target hot new stars but Pitt resisted.
Brad dissed the movie he starred in with Harrison Ford while they were doing red carpet publicity and Harrison, who can be very irascible and no-nonsense did not take kindly to the effect it might have on the hype that would translate into low movie receipts.
I guess the gerbils are talking to the tabloids again.
I don’t know why but Angelina does gives me the impression of being the jealous type, so I can believe she gets jealous of some of Brad co-stars, what I don’t believe is all the details into these stories

I think a lot of people have a touch of jealousy when it comes to their spouse or SO but I think this story is over played. I don’t think AJ is too worried. And as hot as Brad is, it’s not a far stretch to believe that not every actress in the business want him.
Yeah. And she knows that historically he’s got no qualms starting a relationship while still married to someone else. That would irk me, too. Not that she’s any better.
I appreciate her charity and awareness work, she’s wonderful in that respect.
Otherwise can’t stand her.
In touch is reaching. Where were the stories about Fassbender and Cotillard on the Macbeth set? Those would have been far more interesting.
Yeah, that story was interesting (especially given how hot Marion’s husband is as a rival to Fassbender), but I guess that story went nowhere after a few week.
Marion is not married to Canet. As to hotness, everyone has an opinion. I don’t find him hot at all. When he was younger, he was cute but never hot.
Fine, hotness is subjective, I know that. But in relative terms, even among the Hollywood elite, none of these people are uggos. So the imaginary love triangle was interesting in that regard, along with the fact that they are “new” people who aren’t reality show stars to imagine gossip about. I’d rather read about people with some mystique than whatever Leann Rimes is doing with her D-list husband. But in the end whatever was going on seemed to be talked about for one week, and then promptly forgotten.
I agree, far more interesting. I think there were stories about Fassbender and Cotillard during Macbeth shoot but not from In Touch (Star?). There was something recently about Vikander being jealous of Fassbender flirting with Marion – I think in OK Mag. Probably totally made up. I’d LOVE to see Cotbender happen, they’re both so talented, look crazy good together and have fantastic chemistry. Sadly, they’re both involved with moderately talented famewhores. Marion and her babydaddy are on their last legs and I won’t even go near Vikander (other than state the obvious, LOL). Brad and Marion look really good together and get along great but this is a non-story. Still, I’m looking forward to the movie.
Why is Marion’s husband considered a famewhore? Just curious, not disputing. I never hear anything about him. The only time I heard anything about him was when he starred in some movie with Keira Knightley.
I don’t really think of Vikander as a famewhore either since her accomplishments are legitimate.
YASS, I’d love to see some good ol’ fashioned hollywood drama, I think there’s a lot more going on behind the curtains than we ever get to know as everyone’s become careful in the age of social media. Marion’s the talented Angelina to me, equally beautiful and with more class. Just looking at her fashion sense and outside interest (some kooky band) it’s clear Marion has the nutty potential but she got into baby business with Canet just on time. Btw, if anyone still hasn’t seen their Love me if you dare movie, highly recommended, so crazy, dark and their chemistry off the charts. I’m still preparing myself mentally for the Fassy and Marion onscreen pairing. Shame Macbeth didn’t get more recognition in the end.
Brad Pitt is fine but, in my opinion, he’d be a major downgrade from Canet. No way she’d make that mistake.
Re Fassbender/Cotillard, I’ve heard, repeatedly, from two different sources (working in the industry in France) that something was definitely up between them. At first I really didn’t believe it but who knows…
This story is so overdone and played out with them.
Every time Cotillard is in a film with a hot, famous man there are “articles” like that. Jeez. I’m so over this.
They both must have clocked 10 trillion miles on their pedometers with all the fleeing and dramatic exits they are reportedly partaking in.
I just don’t picture Angelina with the back of her hand pressed to her forehead and declaring, “Well I never!” and dramatically exiting scene old Hollywood style.
For real, this stories and their sources are so dramatic that they seem to come out straight from a Mexican telenovela!

I don’t think it is total crap. Oh, the jealously of Marion, sure, yeah, that is crap. But something seems off with Angie and Brad of late. Have they been photographed together since the By the Sea promo? I have seen her with the some of the kids and Brad with some, but they haven’t seen any photos as a unit in a while (to my knowledge). I do like Brad and Angie together so I am not rooting for a divorce or anything (would be a little heartbroken if such a thing happened). But they usually have some pictures together at least once a month or so, but she went all through Kung Fu Panda 3 with no Brad.
Yes they have been photographed together: in Cambodia, several times, when he visited her on set, on vacation in Thailand, in London, a few weeks ago, when they went to see movies with kids…
They are flying under the radar, but there are every few days a Twitter post of some sighting of them in a store or a restaurant. If YOU don’t see them, doesn’t mean that they are not seen.
I’ve seen pics of them together with the kids in London. I’ve seen pics of them together without the kids in Cambodia and Thailand on Facebook.

Especially since the kids are getting older. These two seem to be keeping things low key in order to minimize the chaos for the kids.
Yes they’ve been photographed together, including being very happy and touchy feely while in Cambodia. Brad is working and Angie is there with Brad and kids in London. Why is it if they aren’t seen for a few weeks(days?) people start the gloom and doom? Lol No other couple gets this treatment, and it’s ironic since this couple really tries to be together whenever possible. P.s. Also don’t see Angelina as the jealous type, least not with Brad.
I think it is because people have a hard time with the concept that not all stars ring up the paps constantly. They show themselves when they want to. I also think they are secure enough to be apart more now.
I think that probably whoever comes up with those stories do not have kids. Because anyone with at least one small child (not to mention 6 kids) and a job does not have time for this kind of high school drama.
That’s what I thought too. She has six kids, a career and all her charity work on top of that. Brad’s costars are probably the last thing on her mind.

I think Brad is the type that would say he and his co star had a good day,and angelina saying good for you guys. She and the kids always go to brad’s set, and he does the same. Their is stories about how brad and angelina entertain their co-star and their children.
