Star Magazine is calling Drew Barrymore “pregnant and alone” in this week’s issue, and they’re basing it on these photos of Drew in a loose-fitting peasant dress, taken on April 4th. It looks like the dress is blowing out or like Drew just ate maybe because in other photos, like these last night at an SPCA event, she doesn’t look as pregnant. Star goes all out with speculation about the baby daddy considering that Drew just announced a separation and impending divorce. We just saw Drew drinking wine with a Popsugar correspondent while she was promoting her new rosé. That seems to point to “not pregnant,” but here’s Star’s article anyway:

Beneath [Drew’s] shapeless dress was what appeared to be an unmistakable baby bump – signaling that she may be as much as six months pregnant…

Now, as the circumstances surrounding her divorce are becoming clearer, there’s a question that seems to be getting bigger every day: Who’s the father?….

“I don’t see Will willingly giving Drew a child when he knows they’re going to divorce,” says a source familiar with the couple. “He wouldn’t consider that responsible, and he’s a very responsible guy.”

It’s far more likely, says the source, that another man is in the picture…

“Ending up a single mom at 41 isn’t something she ever saw coming – and she’s miserable,” says the source.

Drew has been open about the fact that she’s not a size 2 and that’s not a priority for her and she recently called herself “genetically predisposed to having Pillsbury Doughboy abs.” Plus she’s been drinking, I don’t think she’s pregnant. It’s possible she was only sipping her wine or was using it as a prop and that she’s expecting though. Time will tell I guess.

Meanwhile Drew attended an SPCA event wearing a multicolored embroidered Tory Burch dress, on the same day that Duchess Kate rocked that same dress at a dinner with the King and Queen of Bhutan. The dress was previously available on Net-a-Porter for $1,500 but has predictably sold out. I do think this was a weird coincidence, like the dress just came to the attention of some celebrity stylists who realized how striking it was and snapped it up. They both look incredible in it.

Drew was awarded the ASPCA Compassion Award “for her outstanding contributions to animal welfare in the United States.” Drew has at least one adorable rescue dog and she’s been a supporter of animal adoption for some time. Plus her Flower Beauty Line is cruelty free.

Look at Drew at the SPCA event last night. She’s not miserable! Who could be sad hugging that dog though?

These are other recent photos of Drew. She’s wearing a lot of loose clothes. I’m not sure of the identity of the guy she’s with but I found other photos of her with him in December and he’s holding her youngest daughter. He could be a staffer of some sort.
