To catch everyone up briefly on the confusing dating life of Kourtney Kardashian and “Lord” Scott Disick: they were a couple for nine years but never married. They had three kids, survived twelve seasons of KUWTK, a handful of affairs (mainly his), a collection of splits, a few reconciliations and several post split hookups with others, some more questionable than others. When the two went out to dinner without the kids the other night, it sparked a new round of speculation about reconciliation. But they reportedly argued the whole time so now all DisKourt shippers are making sad faces. You can see pics of this terse repast here – it’s worth it if only for Kourt’s Stuart Weitzman burgundy boots that are giving me life right now.
Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian headed out for dinner together on Tuesday night, but it wasn’t the romantic kind.
Fans had hoped the former couple – who split last June after nine years together – could rekindle their romance, but that was clearly not on the cards as they hit Toscanova restaurant in Calabasas without their three children. In fact things looked positively icey as they left the restaurant, with as they walked noticeably apart.
According to witnesses the couple “argued throughout the dinner” and from their body-language we’re not surprised.
Scott was seen living it up in Cannes this weekend, where he was photographed kissing 20-year-old model Christine Burke.
Meanwhile, Kourt hit Las Vegas this weekend and looked like she was having a blast as she partied in Sin City with sister Khloe.
Despite her carefree demeanor, reports claim Scott’s behaviour in Cannes upset the 37-year-old, who had hoped he had turned over a new leaf.
Looks like Kourt isn’t the only one who will be taking Lord D to task. Christine Burke, his new rumored girlfriend, says that is NOT her in his Cannes make-out pics mentioned in the article. Dude, it’s not bad enough your new girl looks like your children’s aunt; you found another Kendall look-alike for a side-piece? OK! says the heated words at dinner were over custody, that Lord D has secrets on Kourt he is willing to spill if he doesn’t get his way. It’s hard to believe there are any secrets left surrounding the Kardashians.
Don’t worry about Kourt, though, little sister Kylie has her back. When Kourt wasn’t looking, Kylie broke into her phone and signed her up for the women-driven dating app Bumble. When Kourt found out, she was furious with Kylie for violating her trust. Nah, just kidding, she worried about her profile pic instead and asked, “Wait, what is this? What’s happening…these are the photos you picked?” Ah, the priorities of a Kardashian.

plotline…always a plotline
Yep, always a plotline.
I read somewhere that they were solid most of the time, and all the fights were manufactured for the show.
If they were true however, he was an a-hole, but she always came across as so cold to him, especially after his parents died.
I wouldn’t be so sure she’s cold. Her manner of speech and body language remind me of a friend who was in an abusive relationship. She learned to keep her emotions tightly under the surface, spoke in a deliberate monotone like Kourtney. Basically the result of years walking on eggshells trying not to trigger an unpredictable person.
I don’t think Scott is the abusive person who formed Kourtney… She has always seemed in charge in that relationship and I think they genuinely like each other despite the volatility their relationship has always had. Kourtney was the oldest child of her Demon Mother and I think that is what made her so cautious. Her dad’s diaries mentioned physical abuse as well as neglect in the notes he was taking for the divorce. I don’t think he was exaggerating. Kourtney can scarcely hide her loathing of her mother, although she isn’t blatantly obnoxious about it like Khloe. I just sense a feeling that she would like to leave the room while Demon Mother is there. The money is the attraction that keeps her there. Once Kris is no longer able to function as their manager, my guess is that they all will drop down to a level of contact just sufficient to keep them in the will.
They all might also feel abandoned by their father, although they might never admit it, since he didn’t fight for custody but left them with Demon Mother and her boyfriends. That was his real failing as a parent – I know at the time, men typically felt children belonged with their mother (and so did judges) and often felt lacking in the ability to raise children themselves. I saw this in friends. But Kris was really awful and their father knew it. Kourtney and Rob did live with him later, but they were alone with Demon Mother too much when younger and more vulnerable. She did a lot of damage.
Things Kourtney did after Scott’s parents died may have seemed cold, but I suspect she was actually trying to help but just didn’t know how. It’s not as though growing up Kardashian honed her communication skills. Those people talk at each other but not really with each other. Demon Mother is rife with ulterior motives in everything she does and says, in public or private.
Kourtney seems to be going more and more the way of all Kardashians, which is sad. She has never looked good trying to match her sister’s ugly clothing, as they do on photo shoots. She looks best when she dresses herself with no interference from her sisters or Demon Mother. They need storylines and at the moment, that’s her life – one big storyline with perhaps a tiny dash of reality occasionally.

Was Kourtney wearing an earpiece/microphone while Demon Mother was in the other room telling her what to say? It certainly sounds like a potential storyline for the show. Kourtney has not had much of a storyline lately or been in the tabs much since the Justin Bieber hookup story. Time for her to get back to making money for the Bank of Kardashian( also to give Demon Mother her 15%)
To be fair… the new girlfriend doesn’t look a whole lot different from Kourt either. It’s like a weird Kendall Kourtney hybrid. Some photos she looks way more like Kendall than in others.
I always thought that Kourtney wasn’t very attractive but all in all, compared to her monsters sisters, she has won the jackpot saying no to obvious plastic surgery. I am sure she has had something done but at least it’s subtle and it didn’t change her features and she looks pretty and natural.
What isn’t a plotline for them?
I often wonder if people like this would shrivel up and die without the light of camera on them.

Plotline, like everything else. How their fans don’t see through their fauxness is beyond me.

All plotlines for their show. They keep recycling old stuff. They put up a “fake” profile on a dating site for Khloe once too…the producers hired actors to pretend to go on dates with Khloe. They’ll do the same for Kourtney.
Of course the Kardashians have HUGE family secrets. Are you kidding me? We’d be shocked to know how this family really works.
