I’m old, so I can’t stay up late and watch talk shows. I do know that Jimmy Kimmel has a reputation as being quite the prankster. His prank war with John Krasinski is epic and I can’t ever get enough of the parental “I ate all of your Halloween candy” videos. Well, the tables have been turned and Jimmy recently found himself the prank recipient, courtesy of Britney Spears.
The 34-year-old singer, with assistance from Jimmy’s wife, Molly McNearney, orchestrated the prank, which was similar to one Rihanna pulled on Jimmy for April Fool’s Day last year. Britney and a group of her dancers snuck into Jimmy’s bedroom at 1:30 a.m. for an impromptu performance of Britney’s new song, “Make Me.” Britney said “We have a surprise for Jimmy, we’re gonna go wake him up and see what happens,” before gyrating and lip-syncing the song on the bed, while the dancers straddled him and thrusted their groins. After the brief show, Jimmy croaked “thanks for coming by” and then (after taking out his mouth guard) came out clad in his robe to give Britney a hug. Awww.
Britney, who is still performing her Pieces of Me show in Las Vegas, announced the release of her new – and ninth – album, Glory, on Twitter Wednesday. Brit says the new album marks “the beginning of a new era.”

I hope the tunes on Glory are better than the duet she recorded with Iggy Azalea last summer, “Pretty Girls.” That kind of tanked, didn’t it? Back in November, Britney sounded optimistic about the new songs, telling E! News, “We’re having fun right now. I’m working with some women who are amazing writers. I have ballads and, of course, dance music—fun cheeky sexy stuff.” The album will be released on August 26 on Apple Music. You can pre-order it now and get instant access to her song “Private Show”, which seems to fulfill that “fun cheeky sexy” part.
I think Brit’s prank was fun, cheeky and sexy too. Britney looks amazing, well except for that weave. She has never gotten her weave game right. Also, I want those boots. Now. Oh, and 47 years on this planet and I’ve yet to be awoken by 5 hot, shirtless men. Sigh. Can I get the guy wearing the “Christmas” suit and disco lights to follow me around for an evening. He would definitely enhance my dream entrance to any event (I’m thinking my next marketing meeting at work) with “All I Do is Win” blaring and me walking in slow motion. Wow, I need a hobby.

My first thought was what has she done to her lips. But yes she’s had work done, which is a shame she was lovely as she was.

I listened to “Private Show” last night after work, and I had to stop it about halfway through. I don’t know if it’s auto-tune or what, but her voice gets so squeaky and high-pitched that I thought my ears were going to bleed. If the whole album sounds like that then I am definitely passing. It would be a shame, because I really do want her to do well.

I wish she would let herself transition into her 30s and stop trying to look like her 16 year old self. She’s pretty but she isn’t doing herself any favors with the make up and maybe some bad plastic surgery.
I think it’s a combination of getting older, smoking, and bad lip surgery. She had a lovely face and she is still pretty, but she is not 18 anymore and had a rough time for the last decade.
Probably the incredible stress of what she has been through is showing too
Britney is at her best when she can be silly and goofy. The light comes back to her eyes. This was cute.
She looks genuinely happy here! You could see the light in her eyes when she was laughing and smiling. I adore her. I think she looks fabulous here also!

She looks older than she really is, but she’s lived a life with lots of speedbumps…the tanning, smoking & dieting don’t help. I think she’s dieted down to the point where her face is too slender. Isn’t that called choosing your ass over your face? I did that once – I looked weird.
She’s looks like she’s lived a rough life. Especially for someone with so much money. She looks much older than she is.
She has a good body, but holy crap… girlfriend looks rode hard and put away wet in those pictures from the Billboard Music Awards. Ignoring the horrible weave, the work she’s had done on her face has not done her any favors.
sigh…I really wish these beautiful women didn’t feel the need to fcuk with their faces. I always thought Brit was one to lead the pack, not jump off the cliff behind the pack.
I’m so glad Britney is doing ok. She seems really happy and stable here. It makes me want to cry.
I have never cared for Britney but I *love* her new single Make Me! I was thinking maybe this album would be something I would be interested in…but then I heard the second song she released, Private Show, and I realized…nope. I can’t deal with her chipmunk voice. Awful album cover too. And why oh why can’t Britney get good hair extensions?!?!
