Coming hot off the heels of rumors that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton were going to take a walk down the aisle, comes news that Blake’s ex, Miranda Lambert, and her beau, Anderson East, may be talking marriage as well. After her split from Blake back in July of 2015, Miranda took some “me time” (which she definitely deserved as the girl had a tough year) and soon after, began dating the 28-year-old singer-songwriter.
Well, it appears that things are getting serious between the couple and Miranda might just have a wedding board set up on Pinterest. A source close to the couple told E! News,
“She wants to get married again and have children soon. That has been an open conversation between her and Anderson. He wants the same.”
The insider adds, “Miranda is very happy with Anderson. They have gotten very close. Her friends think this is the guy for her.”
“She is completely over Blake and wishes him only the best. It was a time in her life that was special, but she’s happy that relationship took her to where she is now,” the source tells us.
“Many lessons were learned in that time with Blake. She hasn’t spoken to Blake in a friendship capacity yet, and she is not sure she will ever get back to that point with him. At this point, they have no attachments to each other.”
Much like Gwake’s duet earlier this year, Miranda and Anderson have also further cemented their musical relationship. Anderson collaborated with Miranda on two songs for her upcoming double album, The Weight of These Wings. The songs, entitled “Getaway Driver” and “Well-Rested”, will be available on the new release, scheduled to hit stores on November 18. The album is broken into two parts, The Nerve and The Heart. Miranda, who co-wrote 20 of the 24 songs on the album, also worked with some of Nashville heavy hitters in the composing department. She is excited about the new release, sharing the project on Twitter and telling Rolling Stone,
I’ve been able to write so much more than I had before, just not being on the road constantly and moving from Oklahoma. All my friends [in Nashville] are songwriters. We’re either hanging out and accidentally wrote a song or we had it set up, so I probably wrote like five days a week for five months straight.
Miranda will tour in support of the new album with the 2017 Highway Vagabond Tour beginning in January of 2017. I wonder if Anderson will be joining her? I am actually really happy for Miranda. It does appear she got the shaft from Blake (have you heard Blake’s song “She’s Got a Way with Words?” It’s a good song, but if it’s about Miranda, which it’s rumored to be, ouch.) I love “Vice”. I’m trying to get the nerve up to sing it at karaoke. I still can’t dislike anyone who likes a good Target t-shirt and I do think that she and Anderson make a good couple. And, hey, if Gwake can be happy, so can Miranderson as far as I’m concerned.

He is not attractive.
Oh my, no he is not, and their body language is not good.
Man all four of them need to slow down. Feels like Miranda and Blake are racing each other to the altar and competing to show who is “happier” now.
I seriously love me some Miranda and have enjoyed her music for years, long before marrying Blake turned her into a household name. I always felt like something was off between them, so I wasn’t broken hearted to see that end. I think she is an excellent songwriter and super talented in general. She just needs to slow it down a bit… get through this album release and tour and then see where she’s at with East. If she is in a race with Gwake… ugh…that’s not one I’d care about winning. Can’t wait for more of her songs!
She has a beautiful voice but I’m not so sure about her character. There were too many infidelity rumers on her end during her marriage with Blake to make me think he filed for divorce for very specific reasons. Although I don’t think she was expecting it hence all the rebound behavior. Ever since the split she’s seemed extremely try hard with the new boyfriend and so much of her stuff on social media since then has been about subtly proving a point. Too many fans give her the benefit of the doubt but I can’t say she’s really earned it. Just my opinion though.
Gwen and Blake have the same management people, so throwing Miranda under the bus was child’s play for them.
However, Blake was so quick to file because he got caught, and those who file first have the advantage..especially when it comes to money.
It is interesting that both Gavin and Miranda, those two crazy sex fiends, have conducted themselves with complete dignity, while their exe’s have not..
Common sense, isn’t it?
He filed because he caught Miss Miranda he loved her she never acted like she loved him and she don’t act like she cares about Anderson. She to much in love with herself. Something is wrong with her she needs help! Miranda and Gavin keeping quite because they are the guilty one’s!
Mirandas’ guy looks ill and it seems they have no chemistry.
Opposites do attract. Your opinions don’t matter to them. Besides it’s none of our business. I like both of them. And just what do looks have to do with her meaning Miranda have to do with her loving him. I love his voice. Miranda is young. Give her a break. I think Gwen n Blake were in the right church wrong pew.
Love all of them. ♡♡♡♡
“Besides it’s none of our business.”
Of course. That’s why we’re here.
They look like Bert & Ernie, but with less sexual chemistry.
😂😂😂😂😂
I read the lyrics to Blake’s new single. “Ouch” indeed! I’ve always loved her songwriting and can’t wait to hear the new album.
That guy needs some vitamins…stat.
Blake responded to the content of that song in an interview awhile ago. It was selected for the album before the divorce and he didn’t write it. He also said Miranda had heard it and liked it at the time. He definitely had time to remove it though, and didn’t.
Vice is a beautiful song. But if it’s autobiographical she needs to slow down with this guy and figure herself out.
You totally should sing it! I’m obsessed with it, the lyrics are intense.
