It’s mostly just a church holy day here in the US. You go to mass but it’s not celebrated as an official holiday, like Christmas, Easter , etc…
@Locke Lamora – they do where I live, which is a heavily Catholic, Hispanic area in the southwest. Dia de los Muertos, for example, is way bigger than Halloween.

If James is happy, it’s all that matters. Lisa Liberati had a boyfriend until this spring, there were pics of them on her IG then she deleted them early this year. My guess is James and her were only friends when they were filming Split and then the divorce became official and things became serious between them.
He just has it, whatever that IT thing is. Those soulful eyes.

The pics were taken at M Night Shyamalan’s Halloween party, “Shyamaween”. They are dating, they’ve been seen together in Philly and London at several occasions in the past months.
They look cute together. He has apparently been going to Philadelphia where she lives fairly regularly, follows her on Instagram and likes everything she posts and vice versa. Day after this party they both posted pictures from the same restaurant etc. From what I have seen from people have posted it doesn’t seem like he cheated. She had a boyfriend into this year and then with promo from XMA and submergence they probably didn’t start seriously until August.
Oh that’ll go well. They live on entirely different continents.

James’ first instagram post in April is about his ‘last week in Paris’, and the next day Lisa also posted something about being sad to leave Paris.. This was a month before he announced his divorce.
And there is an interview in 2015 where James (and Daniel radcliffe) was asked who his favorite disney princess was, and he answered with “until very recently i didn’t have one, but now it’s Snow White.” This was not too long after James and Lisa spotted at the same halloween party where she dressed as Snow White..
The Halloween party was during or right after filming ‘Split’. A lot of people think he and AMD were done before he even started filming XMA. If she had a boyfriend into this year, then James was probably in the wings waiting.
That is possible, although sadly it means all of the sweet moments and PDAs between him and his then wife in various public occassions in 2015 were fake. They are both good actors after all. But was it really only the public he was lying to, or was his wife a victim too?
I don’t know who is more to blame for the divorce, so i can’t be completely “happy for James cos he’s moved on” yet. I keep wondering about how Anne Marie (and his son back home) feels about it. I need to know and see them happy too.
I can’t shake the suspicion that James was already pursuing another woman (Lisa) before he and Anne Marie agreed to end things. I want to be proved wrong.
Now that he’s no longer married, I get such a sketchy vibe from him in those pics with Lisa whoeversheis. I don’t know why but he just seems sooo sleazy.

It was me who emailed Lainey Gossip she even mentions me in the post about it. I have ninja social media stalking skills. There are pictures of them together the weekend after the spilt between Anne and him announcement happened.
I love James as a fellow Scot but yeah I definitely get the vibe they started way before August as some people as guessing. It saddens me that he let Alexandra Shipp take all the heat during X-Men promo. It seems like he spends a lot of time in Philly now , I hope he’s not abandoned his family and still sees his son Brendan regularly. Lisa seems like a nice/normal family girl and least it isn’t some 19 year old blonde bombshell or I would have lost all respect for him. I do find it odd there kissing in the pics as James is notoriously private.
