Last night, my mom told me she was worried that North Korea was going to nuke us. And I honestly said, “Yeah, they’ll probably try.” I said it like it was nothing, and I realized I had already made my peace with it. Psychologists need to name what’s happening to people now, like Trump Fatalism Syndrome, or something like that. It’s not that I think our chaotic reality is “normal.” I’ve just made my peace with the fact that we’re all going to die by a pair of orange baby fists. So, here are some of the stories around today:
The Georgia 6th. Democrats were trying to make this into a huge thing but, as I said, I have Trump Fatalism Syndrome, so I wasn’t buying it. The Democrat Jon Ossoff got enough votes in yesterday’s special election to compete in a run-off election in June against Karen Handel. Don’t put all of your eggs in this basket, Dems.
Trump is going to sabotage Obamacare. Because of course he is.
The America-First bulls–t. Trump is going after H-1B visas, the same program which allowed my father to come to America from India to work as an engineer, and eventually attain American citizenship. Trump is literally trying to make it harder for STEM fields to hire the most qualified foreign workers around.
Susan Rice did nothing wrong. We already knew that, but now the reporting backs that up. Susan Rice was the National Security Adviser with access to classified information. She accessed that information. There is no scandal. No, that’s not true – the scandal is that the Bigly administration and Devin Nunes tried to scapegoat her. You can read the New Yorker’s piece about the situation here.
The US Attorneys. You know how Bigly Fists fired all of the US Attorneys a month ago? Yeah, no one has been hired in their place. AG Sessions wants a huge federal task force to enforce all of these draconian immigration policies, except there’s no US Attorney in office right now who can prosecute anything.
The Patriots will go to the White House today. They’ll get a no-media visit to the Oval Office, then the Patriots will get to do an event with Bigly on the South Lawn. A bunch of Patriots have already said they have no interest in going, so it will be interesting to see who shows up. Will Tom Brady go? Probably.

And this is why the Atlanta Falcons are the true winners of SB 51.
Exactly. They avoided the horror of meeting this lunatic.
Brady’s not going to the White House.
http://boston.cbslocal.com/2017/04/19/patriots-tom-brady-not-going-to-white-house-president-trump/
Smart move
Very smart move, Tom!
Maybe, in light of what happened with Hernandez (I’m sure it affected some of the players), Trump should have cancelled today’s meet and greet.
Sorry to threadjack … but Benghazi whackadoodle Jason Chaffetz announced he will not seek re-election in 2018.
Im a New Englander and I just want to say, f*ck Tom Brady. I like to refer to him as they do in brazil aka “Giselo”or husband of Gisele
I just read that Tom Brady is skipping the White House visit. I’m a Pats fan, and am glad. It is harder to be supportive of the team, with Bob Kraft being such a good friend of T….
Brady’s not going. Why do people insist on pretending that he’s going to the White House?
He made the announcement a long time ago BTW. Said he had a prior commitment.
What a mess. Every day I think this country can’t get dumber but we raise the bar daily. So fun.
Also the NE visit is timely considering one of their own just hanged himself today (talking about Hernandez)
Hernandez was in prison longer than he was a Patriot, I would assume the Patriots didn’t consider him one of their own any longer.
Yeah, considering the defense wanted to subpoena Belichik as a character witness for Hernandez and Bill did not end up testifying. Could it have been to protect his former player? Who knows. Bill is such an enigma, you can’t even begin to guess what goes through his head. However, Kraft did and it was not flattering and they erased the vestiges of Hernandez from the team very quickly. Plus given the trades and drafts etc. I bet there a few Patriots left that even played with him. It’s the fans that think there’s this unwavering loyalty between teams and former players. There isn’t.
There’s an SI article that came out last year about Hernanadez’ brother DJ and it is one of the saddest reads I’ve had in awhile. He basically had to give up his dreams of coaching and completely uproot his life because of his brother’s actions. It’s a good read but a heartbreaking one.
The Susan Rice thing makes me SO MAD. The fact that this poor woman had to be vindicated, when in fact SHE WAS DOING HER JOB THE WHOLE DAMN TIME. To be a woman in a man’s world… le sigh…
Yeah I skipped the coverage deliberately because I could not contain my anger. She has faced so much disrespect through out by the Right wing. Woman and Black? Double hitter for hate. Enough already!
Can’t wait for someone to ask Trump where the USS Carl Vinson, which was supposed to be heading to North Korea (BIGLY lies), currently is located.
Some folks are calling him Wrongway Trump, since while he was bleating that the ship was heading toward North Korea to threaten his fellow toddler, it actually was headed toward Australia for scheduled training exercises.
One of the late night comedians (maybe Colbert?) suggested that the South Koreans might want to get out their marker pens and make a huge sign over their entire country explaining they’re the good Korea, with an arrow pointing to the other Korea. We know that Trump has a tenuous hold on geography.
I agree. And of course none of the Trump supporters will read about how she did nothing wrong because it is not a part of the news headlines right now. It’s just a minor blimp that won’t penetrate the bubble.
Aaron Hernandez was found dead this morning and is the top headline everywhere so far and now every story about the Pats visit will reference this. Shallow thought but Bigly is going to be po’d something is going to detract from his big day.
And those players who are attending who knew Hernandez will have their moods affected by this. Hernandez did terrible things but whenever someone you know commits suicide, no matter how bad a person they were, it affects you. And my LaGarrette and Dont’a and Devin won’t be attending
Totally agree. Hernandez did his killing right down the street from my cousin in N.A. and it freaked me out. The Pats didn’t only know him as a murderer, but a teammate. His inexcusable crime must have affected them terribly, and taking his own life no matter what, must be stressful too.
My boyfriend’s best friend is a PA at that prison. He’s in for an interesting day today…
Hernandez was a vile person, but his story is a cautionary and tragic one. Only 27 years old…smdh.
Bigly was already going to be awkward but this latest development will make it even more awkward, I’m sure. I can imagine how Obama would have handled it, with grace and sensitivity as usual. The thought of Bigly in a #45 football jersey is so gross to think about. He gives off no warmth or sense of genuine rapport with anyone he meets and I’m sure this will be no exception.
Karen Handel is the person behind the Susan Komen Foundation scandal of a few years back. She’s awful.
The gop are not so good at having candidates that have any moral compass.
I hope he grabs their helmets, signs each one, then starts carelessly throwing them back. Or that he says something completely inappropriate about their significant others.
Yes, I’m hoping for a demonstration of piled-up tackling. The opposing player is orange.
Well, he didn’t have sign too many helmets if that’s what he had planned. I just saw the pic of the team’s visit this year compared to the Obama visit and darn near fell out of my chair laughing. Looks like quite a few of them are MIA.
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/04/19/sports/-new-england-patriots-visit-white-house-donald-trump.html?smid=tw-nytsports&smtyp=cur
I’m a liberal from Massachusetts who’s a Pats fan. I hate Trump more than anything in the world! Whatever team wins the Super Bowl goes to the WH. This isn’t a new thing that only the Patriots do! Glad to see so many not going. No matter what people think and say, there’s not even proof that Brady voted for Trump, but I’ll be disappointed if he did. The MAGA hats were left all over the locker room, not just Toms. They knew each other because they both were judges in a pageant. People hated the Pats for being the best long before Trump and his BS became the worst POTUS in history
TB is a mellow dude from Cali who’s married to an immigrant. Just because he didn’t throw the MAGA hat that Trump gave him in the wastebasket (which is where it belongs, after being vomited on by my cat and lit on fire) doesn’t mean that he voted for Trump.
I tend to believe Giselle’s now-deleted text when she responded to someone on Twitter asking her if they were Trump-voters: “HELL NO”. 😉
+100
I don’t think Brady really wants to get involved with politics. He probably just knows Trump socially and doesn’t want to get into the political end of it.
Some of the Patriots indicates that Trump’s policies really were the reason they weren’t going. I wonder if they also remember that he walked away from the tv at his Florida Superbowl party when he thought the Patriots were losing. I’m not sure he actually saw them win it in real time.
Tell you what, Bigly-as soon as YOU stop hiring foreign workers to staff your multiple properties, THEN you can enforce the Hire American thing.
What? You mean you (and all the other people profiting off cheap labor, including immigrant labor) can’t find any Americans to take those jobs? Because we’re all too good to do that kind of stuff, right? And as for the H-1B visas-they’re going to choke innovation and advancement in this country because of racism, because if we lose those workers, we’re f**ked. That is what happens when you make education an unreachable goal or dismiss it as suspect or unnecessary. Or worse, less important than pushing a restrictive (particularly to women) religious agenda in place of science and technology education. Honestly, most days I wonder how long it will be before we go back to using bleeding as a way to “cure” people or burning them as witches.
And as for Buy American-PLEASE. It would be great if things could be manufactured on a large scale in this country again. But that era is going and it is not coming back. And frankly, even if it did, the cost of the items would skyrocket because you won’t be able to make people work in sweatshop conditions here and then you would never hear the end of the screaming from all those patriots currently waving their Made in China flags and MAGA hats about how expensive their TVs are.
Every day, the hypocrisy gets harder to deal with.
i work in manufacturing. we have many plants in the US – but to also have to buy american components to make any of our stuff (electronics) is literally insane. any company that manufactures with electronic components (…all of them) will end up being penalized for not sourcing from companies that simply do not (and have never) exist in the US. so – i think this might backfire. companies will start lobbying hard against this b/c this is a sisyphean task for american manufacturers.
I agree – I work in Healthcare IT consulting. If there were qualified “Americans” (code for “people of white European ancestry) available to do the jobs, they would be doing them. Many of my employer’s clients rely on the H-1B visa to not only take care of their technology needs, but also to fill medical positions. We can’t make it harder for smart people to come here and essentially keep this country running, while at the same time making it harder for citizens to get educations and opportunities. We’ve always prided ourselves on being a place where “upward social mobility” was accessible, and in this “Land of Opportunity” idea…but it turns out things really aren’t like that.
He is such a hypocrite. He and Ivanka don’t produce their products in the US. He hires immigrants to staff his golf courses and clubs. I can’t believe people believe in anything he says, he is a straight up con man.
I was reading up on these types of visas (and someone can correct me if I’m wrong), there is a H-2B visa: An H2B visa is a temporary work visa for foreign workers with a job offer for seasonal, non-agricultural work in the US. The H2B visa program is open to nationals of countries designated by the United States Secretary of Homeland Security and is capped at 66, 000 visas per year (from October 1 – September 30). Not sure what is considered “temporary work” and what is considered “seasonal work” in different types of businesses, but to me this is the visa those immigrants are using for his golf course and clubs. He is not looking into these types of visas from what I read. I can see Trump abusing this type of visa. @Lightpurple, you are very good at explaining things. Am I off on this or can you expound on it.
swak, that is true. He uses the H-2B visas to staff maids, servers and cooks at his clubs. Which even further shows what a hypocrite he is. He will go after the visas that he doesn’t use (H-1B), but gives a pass to the ones he does use (H-2B).
According to the NYT, since 2010 (and as of early 2016), more than 300 US workers applied for positions at Mar-a-Lago (does not include his many other clubs). Only 17 US workers have been hired there. During that same time, he sought 500 visas for foreign workers at Mar-a-Lago.
Here is a link to an article from Feb. 2016.

@grabbyhands
Yes, i was trying to explain that to my husband! I agree
I know people who still remember where they were when President Kennedy died. I still remember where I was when it seemed that Hillary Clinton might very well lose the election. I was in bed praying she would win by mornings light. I woke up to find a tough talking insulting p*ssygrabbing braggart and lying conman with no experience in governing and minimal intellect won. It was sickening … like death. My trust in the overall goodness of humanity, and particularly the American people, died. Trump alone is nothing. It’s his supporters that are continuing to play into the hands of evil and I don’t throw the word “evil” around lightly. Evil is in congress that are protecting Trump from showing his taxes and so much more. Evil is people in Georgia still voting Republican rather than helping to throw the bullying bum and wanna-be dictator out of the WH where even he doesn’t want to be. Sickening.
This country has probably lost any respect I had for it the rest of my life. I hate having to see people everyday and wonder is this person an ignorant racist who voted for our demise. And clearly judging from Georgia people are continuing to do so even if I had no expectations for a deeply Republican state. Ugh.
ETA: At least I live in DC and its liberal. That;s all I got these days. 🙁
Ossoff actually did quite well given the nature of the district, and it was always a long shot. Even though on paper it’s a loss, it was by 2 points, and seasoned Republicans have to be looking at that– plus the money and outside attention that flowed in. That’s money and attention they didn’t get.
Yeah I mean the results were very positive, I agree. I just can’t believe so many in the south continue to vote against their own their interests. Le sigh.
I’m with you Robyn, Trumps’s election was like a death to me, too. I also wonder how people are managing to go on as if everything’s just fine. I had to tell one of my book clubs that I had to drop out because I just can’t read for fun as much as I used to, I’m constantly distracted by all the political news and terrified about what fresh hell Trump and his gang will unleash each day. And those friends looked at me like I was crazy. One actually said, “Why what’s going on with Trump? I don’t pay attention to that stuff.” She voted for Hillary but she still lost my respect a bit after she said that because I don’t know how she can stay so oblivious.
Esmom, your comment really hits home. My life similarly changed and it felt like a major loss. There’s a stack of books I was looking forward to enjoying but the news wins out. I’ve gone through the same things with friends, who vote for Democrats but otherwise seem to be intimidated by the prospect of doing any more than that. Even just making calls – what’s the big deal? Some of them live in Blue states/areas and may feel ‘safe’ but they’re not. Some of them may be in denial or feel helpless. It’s hard to figure. I just know I’d rather hang out with people who are actively engaged and fighting. Also not reaching out to the Bernie or Bust (men) I know, all comfortable, privileged people. It’s still a 2-party system, period and I don’t wanna hear anything else about it.
@Esmom I am feeling the same way. I have been reading the same book since February, and I am a very fast reader.
We adopted a rescue cat about a month ago and she is quite the little project. It has been such a welcome distraction from how miserable I feel about Trump, his administration of deplorables, and the feckless Republicans in Congress.
WATP, Most of my friends, book club people included, are pretty actively engaged politically, so I feel lucky. It’s the few who are only not engaged but are not even following what’s happening that bewilder me. Although one woman said she bought defense stock because she’d heard it would be a good investment right now. I had no response for that. She’s been texting me to chat about inane stuff and I can’t even respond.
Megan, we adopted a rescue cat about a month ago, too, how funny! We just adore her, she has been really the only bright spot for me in 2017. She’s napping so cutely next to me right now, I seem to be the person she’s most attached to, probably since I am home more than anyone else in the house.
Our new kitty is skittish around men and it downright hurts my husband’s feeling that she favors me so much more than him. But I don’t mind, I need all the kitty love I can get. 🙂
Yes, evil, immoral, unethical, greedy, disgusting … these words didn’t cross my mind every 10 seconds a year ago. I still can’t believe this has happened to our country.
I just want to scream. We are getting closer and closer to a nuclear war and this POS is enjoying the company of a football team. If this is going to happen now that Hernandez killed himself, Trump will be the happiest little POS if Brady lets him wear his SB ring.
I hate everyone who voted for him. I don’t care about the reasons – you voted for him, I hate you. Oh and I hate all of my fellow Germans who thought “At least he is better than Hillary, because something about emails and she would only want to go to war.”
Yes. I hate them too, for voting so selfishly even with all the evidence in front of them, years of it.
Now he is calling NAFTA a “total disaster” again, targeted at Canada. Our gov’t helped our dairy workers, and it pissed of some US ones, so now it
s a “bad deal” for the US. And? so? It’s Make Canada Great Again- isn’t that what the world is supposed to do, or is it only the US, trump, that gets to do what is best for it’s citizens?
never mind, I know the answer already, I’m just so hopping pissy angry every day.
As a fellow Canadian (living in America) I was appalled. This man is truly toxic – how can you insult one of your neighbors that has supported you for as long as anyone can remember. And to attack Canada for something so ridiculous and self-centered. Yet Agent Orange praises a Turkish dictator. The man is truly sick.
He’s gross. He was also in Wisconsin, so he was playing to his dairy-minded audience. He’ll attack anyone, anywhere, anytime, for any reason, as long as it makes someone clap for him. Hoping there’s no follow-through, there’s probably no staff to make it work.
Just get Justin to flatter daughterwife and she’ll go to daddydearest to make it all right.
If Trudeau would fast track those trademarks Ivanka applied for after her father’s election, I’m sure we would all be the best of friends again.
Brady won’t be there, guys.
And Ivanka the Terrible has broken the Criminal Conflicts clause by inking trademarks with JINA!
I really despise all Emperor Zero spawn as well as all the regretors who voted for this clown, who doesn’t know where the “armada” is located or the name of the NK dictator.
Ffs.
Or what country he bombed because he was so bigly sad about the beautiful babies being killed 🙁
Ivanka is the greediest one in the bunch, and that is saying something.
This is my 1st time posting here so please be gentle but I just wanted to explain a few things about the 6th district of Georgia as I am a resident of it. While I prayed that Jon Ossoff would win the seat yesterday this is still a huge deal that he even made it to a run-off. Our districts in Georgia have been jerryrigged by the Republican Party and until we redraw the districts they are not favored for any candidate beyond ultra-Comservatice republicans. After all, this was Newt Gingrichs district while he was Speaker of the House and has been a Republican seat since the 70s. There have also been all kinds of shady things that have happened in the past few weeks that are worrying. This past weekend several voting machines were stolen from an election officials car in Cobb County and wasn’t even reported stolen until Monday. Our Georgia Secretary of State even issued a statement saying how it was unacceptable that not only did the official leave them unsecured but did not report it til Monday when the election was the next day. Additionally, there has been crazy bullying by Trump supporters to anyone who shows their support of Ossoff the least of which included Trump minions driving around Atlanta and stealing Ossoff signs. I know that many wanted more but I honestly am proud that Ossoff even managed to pull so much support alraeady. I guess what I’m saying it don’t be discouraged. It is still a minor victory.
I’ve been following the Ossoff race…last night’s result is indeed a victory. Thanks for your insider insights! Good for you for staying strong in your support despite all the GOP/Trump shenanigans to try to derail him.
Sounds like the Rethugs were up to their usual tricks, re stolen machines, bad cards, etc. There needs to be a hand count. We probably need to bring in foreign observers to oversee our elections.
http://twitter.com/sethabramson/status/854542877078302720
Thank you so much for pointing it out. Any story saying “He lost, Democrats are delusional,” doesn’t have this necessary context. Ossoff did remarkably well and I hope he and his campaign have the stamina to make it through to the runoff. As I said earlier in the comments, seasoned politicians know what his performance means. Just 2% shy of 50% is remarkable and probably (like Brexit) within the margin of error, esp. given possible tampering and known gerrymandering. To see a smart, internationally educated, “elite,” skinny Jewish guy (who supports his med-school girlfriend, though he should probably move into the district for a bit) make it this far in Newt’s district is very satisfying. And now he can run against Handler, a bad candidate, and will only have more ammunition to run against Trump.
It is very unlikely Ossoff will win the run-off, but he and Thompson in KS should be a huge wake up call to Democrats in the House. Every single seat can and should be contested. Dems have written off so many seats as unwinnable they don’t bother to try. It’s impossible to build a base when you don’t field candidates.
It’s not a victory at all–Trump only won narrowly there last year, and the margin hasn’t changed..looks like he’s still beloved in the south.
Well, if he targets the highly skilled foreign workers, I hope many tech companies react by moving their headquarters to other countries and I really hope that Canada gets a big slice of the cake.
About the normalization of chaos, I disagree, if we all normalize this craziness there will be nobody protesting against him and his madness. We have to stop this man with the strength with the mass.
Canada is watching, especially because Canadian immigration policies actually target the high-skill workers. Whether Canada has the infrastructure to develop Silicon Valley-like pockets remains to be seen; it’s less of a culture of innovation.
And during another deflection, this unethical, lining his pockets crap is going on. A gop fundraiser at, where else, a trump facility. No conflict of interest here, no, none at all.
http://twitter.com/gdebenedetti/status/854458763029479424
And more corruption. The trumps have shown that the Corleones and the Sopranos were pikers, real pu$$ies.
http://twitter.com/olganyc1211/status/838751000651530240
Why is this gossip? Why does this website keep regularly posting demeaning things about the POTUS?
@Kris (Jenner)
Because he’s a major ASSHAT!
There are plenty of other gossip sites for you to go to, personally, I enjoy the daily wrap ups here.
Nobody making you read this site..right?
Not yet, anyway. Give trump time, we’ll only have Fox to read.
Because they’re all true. Because no administration has ever been this corrupt. Because a kleptocracy is being established under our noses. Because we’re closer to nuclear disaster than we ever were during the Cold War.
Anyone else want to weigh in schooling Kris?
I don’t think the Patriots doing what every winning team does is something to frown upon at all.
But can you find anything non demeaning to say about Trump? No? Of course not!! Unfortunately, Trump as POTUS is nothing but shameful news we all discuss here. When he stops being demeaning to the world, maybe there won’t be so many posts about him.
Yup. Every winning team visits the WH and that’s why I’ll be watching to see what the UNC basketball team and Roy Williams do because ol’ Roy hates Trump and is not quiet about it. He refused to commit to going.
There was some discussion on that subject shortly before the Sweet 16 teams played to go into the Elite 8 on another site. The general view was that most college basketball teams would be less enthused about their WH visit for winning the national championship under Trump. Some people were thinking the same about whoever wins the NBA championship, because both pro and college basketball have majority African-American players and there has been an increase in the political activism in those sports. My thoughts were most teams would either try to politely decline the WH invite or make it optional for the players to choose to opt out.
College football is different than basketball. I think the only championship caliber team that would not have all of its players there would be Michigan because of the left leaning political views of the university. As a Michigan fan, I’m okay with them not winning a national championship until after he leaves the White House so his administration can contaminate the likes of OSU, Alabama, and Florida State.
Have you been awake? Why shouldn’t Trump be demeaned when he is, himself, demeaner-in-chief. Trump is fodder for gossip in part because he is an entertainer/celeb who has demeaned and continues to demean people and countries (with notable exceptions) whenever he opens his mouth. Calling Russian involvement a hoax shows he doesn’t even have respect for democracy or ethical standards. He doesn’t love the country he heads any more than his supporters do. They love power.
Celebrity Apprentice!
You have to ask if what he’s doing is ok (enriching himself and his family off the taxpayer’s back, stripping women’s rights, overly enthusiastic immigration reform, stirring up $—t with NK). The list goes on an on and I f—g will disparage him all I want. It’s a free country.
Sorry, but I don’t find these stories on Trump to be gossip. They are a way (and I thank the CB staff for doing this) to summarize what is going on. So, again, as others have said, don’t like it, don’t read it or don’t visit the sight.
You can always start your own blog posting only positive things (are there any?) about King Trump. I am sure you will have tons of followers.
You have got to be kidding me! First this isn’t just a gossip site, some of the gossip is true just written more satirically to give us a break from some of the dire news. Second, one of POTUS’ previous occupation was reality tv star, and he still talks about this regularly. So I think your righteous indignation is a bit misplaced, because I would bet he loves this.
Brady’s not going. It was just announced.
Well! Good. That won’t please the Emperor.
That will be very upsetting to baby fists.
Tom’s mom is very ill, rumored to have cancer so maybe he wants to spend time with her. Or maybe he just hates Trump like the rest of us do.
https://www.aol.com/article/news/2017/04/14/patriots-quarterback-tom-brady-shares-emotional-photo-mother-daughter/22040157/
It could be his mother’s illness. Or it could be that he has a brand to protect and meeting with Trump isn’t a good look. Or maybe Giselle put her foot down.
And because I’m invested, I just checked out Giselle’s Instagram and they were just on vacation. So if they could go away, his mom may not be that sick right now.
Maybe a combination of his mother being quite ill and the suicide of Hernandez. Having watched my father waste away from cancer, I can see that his mom may be at the point that he wants to be with her as much as possible. She almost didn’t make the Super Bowl because of her health.
He posted something about his parents being together for 48 years and the whole extended family is spending the day together. Probably their anniversary and the kids want to acknowledge how tough the last few years have been and that the mom is still here to celebrate or they think this will be the last one.
Did you guys hear Senator Thurston used the n word while in an argument with black senators?
Sorry, senator artiles, not thurston
I read that last night @snowflake.
It’s kind of unreal that we’ve gotten to a point where a public person and elected official and gov rep, such as a Senator can use racial slurs (to and about his colleagues no less) and it not be blaring headline news EVERYWHERE. Sheriff Bull Connor in 1960s Alabama wouldn’t have been that bold.
What kind of mad apocalyptic racist Twilight Zone are we living in?
We’re living in an apocalytic Twilight Zone where an elected official feels free to post this on social media.
http://twitter.com/stevekingia/status/854465237977710593
I hated to hear that Blue Bell ice cream is his #1 donor. I liked them, but bye bye.
omg
Yes. Unreal, isn’t it? I feel like this country has gone back 50 years which just this one election.
That piece from NYT about Trump using Nunes and NSA to create proof for his lie about being wiretapped by Obama made some great points When is Trump going to be held accountable for abusing his position as president and using the NSA for all the wrong reasons?
