Kelly Clarkson feels “bad” for Susan Boyle, not “badly.” You want the adjective here unless you mean to say her sense of touch is off.
Is it me, or am I the only person in the world that is completely over Kristen Stewart’s and Megan Fox’ ‘so what’ attitude?
Sure, sure, they’re nice to look at…but terribly vapid and devoid of all human emotion. I feel the same about them as I feel about ‘Spidei,’…that maybe if we ignore them, they’ll go away.
Kelly Clarkson keeps forgetting that the industry she is in expects her to look good and the point isn’t to please herself, it’s to please her audience.
Susan was thrust into this with zero preparation and everything has been so sudden that I don’t blame her for flaking.
Kelly herself has been in the industry for a long time and her complaints about hwo the industry ‘bullies’ her are wearing thin (haha) and she has no real reason to complain.
I swear, all these stupid stars do is complain, as if they didn’t know the expectations beforehand.
I feel sympathetic for Susan Boyle because they exploited her for being unattractive. People act like it’s so shocking when unattractive people have talent, because I guess beauty and talent are mutually exclusive.
Susan Boyle went onto the show to sing maybe to…god forbid…sing, and not promote herself. I think that deserves a lot of respect.
And please, before anyone pulls the “it’s her career to look good” crap, that’s a load of BS too. People don’t want to realize how shallow and fickle they are, so they justify their attitudes with the same excuse. Mob mentality.
Don’t tell me that if Susan Boyle got plastic surgery and went on some wacko diet to appear more “commercial” that she wouldn’t receive criticism for being mentally weak, fake, a sell out, etc.
You can’t win. I think music videos is destroying the virtue of being a musician. It’s all a big joke. Who’s prettier, who’s cuter, who’s more hip…it’s unsettling for people who respect a musician for their ability to perform.
Oh just stay out of it and bite down on a baloney sandwich.
Together with almost everything that appears to be building within this specific area, all your opinions are actually somewhat exciting. Nonetheless, I beg your pardon, but I can not give credence to your entire idea, all be it exciting none the less. It appears to me that your comments are actually not completely validated and in simple fact you are generally your self not really completely confident of the argument. In any event I did enjoy reading through it.
