Here are some photos of Miranda Kerr and Evan Spiegel out and about on Thursday night in LA, which is where they live. They attended the Louis Vuitton Celebrate Jasper Johns: “Something Resembling Truth” event. Miranda is quite pregnant at this point – I would assume she’s probably due in April or May, right? She looks really cute during her pregnancies and maybe she’s kept forever-young-looking because her husband is so young-looking too. If he wasn’t touching her bump in an “I did that!” way, they would look more like a big sister bringing her dorky little brother on the carpet. As for Evan and Miranda’s plans for the delivery, Miranda was on Jimmy Kimmel Live and she said that there are zero plans to Snapchat the birth.
Not everything needs to be publicly documented. When Miranda Kerr appeared on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! Tuesday to promote her KORA Organics skincare line, the pregnant model addressed some misconceptions about what will happen when she gives birth. Kerr, who has a 7-year-old son with ex-husband Orlando Bloom, revealed in November that she’s expecting a baby with husband Evan Spiegel, CEO of Snap Inc.
The Australian businesswoman assured Jimmy Kimmel that her pregnancy was “definitely planned,” saying, “I was very happy—very excited!” Asked whether Spiegel will be allowed to document her labor and delivery on Snapchat, she said, “No. My husband’s a very private man.”
“That’s ironic, isn’t it?” Kimmel joked. Kerr doesn’t “think” she will be sharing any photos or videos of her children on Snapchat, either. “What I love about Snap is you can send your friends and family these little intimate moments that you’re [comfortable] sharing. So, my family in Australia—we Snap all day long. But publicly, it’s a different thing,” the mom explained. “You want to keep some things private.”
Regardless, Kerr said her firstborn son is “so excited” to be welcoming a sibling. “Evan and I had been together for a while, and he was like, ‘When are we going to have a baby brother or sister?’ We were like, ‘We’ve got to get married first,'” she recalled. “The day after the wedding, he comes running in, and he’s like, ‘Mommy, is it in there?’ I was like, ‘Honey, give it a minute!'”
“Hush child, you know mommy has to marry the billionaire before anything else happens, okay?” As for Snapchatting with family but not wanting all of it to be public… I mean, has Evan hired her as consultant for Snapchat or something? Because I feel like she’s a better “face” of Snapchat, and she explains its usefulness better than pretty much anyone else. Also: do people actually Snapchat the birth of their children?? That’s tacky, I’m sorry. If you want the birth filmed, so be it. BUT DON’T SNAPCHAT IT.

all of those silicon valley guys are super private. they just dont care about ours.
That’s a perfect description. Well said.
I was just coming to say something like this. It says a lot about social media that the most cautious social media users are the ones that invented the technology.
Too true. They sell our privacy to buy their own.
So true… I use social media with caution, I like it, i appreciate the way it facilitates communication with my family, but I just feel that exposing all to anyone to see (or access) is reckless. There is no need to snpchat a birthing…
DJ Kahlid did, and it was one of the most popular ones.
If I ever give birth, I don’t want any video recording or cameras. I’d feel so embarrassed.
There’s a very brief video from right after I’ve had our fourth. He’s all cleaned up and laying on me as I’m sitting up snuggling with him. I’m in the hospital gown, and there’s no skin. It’s a sweet memory and I was so happy when i came across it recently. There is no footage or stills of me in labor with ANY of our kids. There was no way that was happening.
Miranda has done very well for herself by marrying a billionaire, I guess. I wonder why millionaires are not acceptable targets anymore for thirsty models?
Smug mug
Her husband looks so old.
