Unfortunately for Khloe Kardashian, she did not take my advice and ban Tristan Thompson from the delivery room. The good news is that Khloe did give birth to a healthy baby girl. Khloe gave birth in Cleveland, where sheâs been medically stranded since learning that Tristan was banginâ half the Eastern seaboard. The doctors told her she could not and should not travel so close to her due date, and as it turns out, the doctors were right to be concerned, because roughly 36 hours after Tristanâs infidelities came to light, Khloe gave birth. Khloe Kardashian has given birth to her first kid … TMZ has learned. Khloe delivered a baby girl early Thursday morning — around 4 AM EDT — at a hospital outside Cleveland … according to our Kardashian sources. We’re told the little girl does not have a name yet. Kourtney, Kim, Kris and Khloe’s BFF Malika were by her side during the birth. Tristan Thompson was also there.
This is Khloe and the Cavaliers star’s first baby together, but, of course, it comes smack in the middle of a tumultuous time for the couple.
We were told Khloe conceived naturally. She and Tristan have been dating for well over a year, but their current relationship status is murky, to say the least.
Conceived naturally? Or delivered naturally? I mean, I guess both were in question for some reason. Khloe made a big deal about trying to have a baby with Lamar Odom, although she later said that she was just pretending (or was she, I still donât know). I have no idea about Khloeâs fertility, but I guess I never questioned the idea that she and Tristan conceived naturally. As for a drug-free birth⊠God knows. Itâs none of our business, but Iâm sure sheâll tell us at some point.
I think itâs really nice that Kourtney and Kim were there for the birth. I expected Kris to be there, and even though everyone always says that Kim is Krisâs favorite child, Kris and Khloe are a lot closer than people believe. I bet Khloe has needed her mom something fierce this week. Iâm glad Malika was there too. Hopefully theyâll all push Tristan out of his house and make HIM stay at a hotel while Khloe spends time with the baby. About that: People Magazine says that Khloe already has her âteamâ in Cleveland, making preparations for her return to LA, with a private jet on stand-by, basically. A source says: âThe goal is to get KhloĂ© out of there as fast as they can without jeopardizing the safety of the baby after sheâs arrived. KhloĂ© just wants to be home.â
As for Tristan, People confirms that he was there for the birth, and an insider says: âHe has practice today, but will spend as much time at the hospital as possible. Everyone is focused on whatâs best for their baby girl. KhloĂ© is being the bigger person and letting Tristan bond with their baby.â A few hours of bonding with the baby and then Khloe is getting the f–k out of Dodge/Cleveland.

Watching the random episode here and there of the show; almost every episode Iâve seen seems to revolve around Khloe being overly upset about something thatâs not as big a deal as sheâs making it out to be. She takes EVERYTHING personally and canât seem to attribute reasons for why someone would do something that donât involve them doing it just to hurt her bc they donât really love her. Like with Bruceâs transition to Caitlyn. Khloe was the longest hold out, all she could think of was that Bruce had âliedâ to her for so long. I donât think we would say that a gay man who came out recently was purposely just âlyingâ all the time before he came out just to hurt the people around him, I think we would say he was protecting himself and waiting until he was ready, and I think the same is probably true for men who are transgender. But Khloe saw the whole thing as an attack on her.
So I agree that Khloe is probably a stage 5 clinger, needing A LOT of love and assurance that sheâs perfect and great. The articles that came out right after he cheated were talking about how Khloe was blindsided bc Tristan was such a good guy and great boyfriend bc he âtreated her like a queen, gave her the world and always told her she was beautiful.â Those arenât the top qualities that Iâm looking for in a partner, and I wouldnt suggest that someone who buys me things and compliments me a lot is automatically a trustful, honest, kind guy and a serious boyfriend. I bet there are a lot of women out there right now who can say that Tristan gave them the world and called them beautiful, too.
This was all my long winded way of saying that I worry for her daughter, as she grows up. I think Khloe is going to be really clingy and protective of her daughter and sheâs going to expect them to have the âperfectâ mother-daughter relationship, and sheâs going to lean on that kid whenever sheâs feeling down. Sheâs not going to do well when the kid goes to school, or sleeps over at a friends house, or dates, or wants to break away as a teenager. I have a mom very much like Khloeâinsecure, desperate to be loved, highly attached to her nephews and beiges in her life before I came along, and then obsessed with me to the point that I felt smothered and like I was the one parenting my mother. She was so desperate to have a relationship with someone who HAD to love her unconditionally, and I think thatâs partly why Khloe has always wanted to have kids and was so excited about this pregnancyâthe baby HAS TO love her and canât leave her.
Very interesting post, Amy Too — and, sadly, I think it’s pretty damn spot-on as to KhloĂ©’s emotional needs and how she relates to others. I wish her and her baby well, and I hope that having this little creature who trusts and depends on her will fill the emptiness she seems to have felt for so long.

Yep…this all day. Just read on People that one of her inside “sources” said she has basically forgiven him already and doesn’t care about his “drunken random hookup that meant nothing”. Even if she leaves Cleveland, it doesn’t sound like she’ll leave the relationship that easily.

Instead of bonding with her daughter and needing this time being as stress-free as possible to enjoy every minute in peace with your new little one, you are instead dealing with the humiliation and shame of being in this position and the gossip, the press, the inquiries, having HIM there, people mocking you around the world. I am sure she must feel bad that she put another woman before her in that position as well. I hope the baby doesn’t feed off of the stress and drama around her.

This family brings it on themselves. It all begins with the mother or ‘momanager’ who encourages her daughters to promote themselves in such a cheap fashion. There is no hope for any of these women to have a stable relationship. It’s scary to think how the children are going to cope under the limelight that this family and its matriarchs demand – just for the money.
These women have no shame at all, so there are no worries here. She’ll do fine and also make a few dollars from it. It’s the children we should all feel sorry for, not Khloe or her sisters.
I am kinda glad that all of this happened this late in her pregnancy (of course it shouldnât have had happend at all), but just the thought of having these crushing negative feelings for months would have been so harmful for the baby.

Yes you can bring the baby on a plane, the issue is germs regarding the baby. It more harmful for Khloe because she can develop blood clots which and move up to her lungs. If she does take that risk I’m sure they will be on a private plane making it healthy for the baby.
@nikko: I definitely would not take the risk of getting blood clots if I were Khloe. I developed them last year when taking too many long distance flights in a short amount of time (nine flights 4+ hours or more within 12 weeks) I was not pregnant. A flight attendant I know developed them working while pregnant. It’s no joke – you can die from them. Not to mention that if the dvt or p.e.’s (blood clots) are discovered in time you’re required to be on blood thinning medication for six months until you test negative. But the alternative is worse.
My gut insists that the baby is real, but all this surrounding cheating drama is “fake news” ginned up for a story line.

I wonder if the stress of learning of Tristan’s infidelities is what triggered her labor. Can’t undue stress and anxiety trigger labor especially if you are in the later stages? I’m glad she delivered the baby safely though she is a much bigger person than I am to let Tristan in the delivery room. While I do seriously question her judgment on choosing to have a baby with a guy who left his pregnant ex, I do feel sorry that the baby had to be delivered in such stressful and emotional circumstances. But she now has a baby and honestly I think she wanted a baby more than she wanted a stable relationship.

It’s possible. Fetal cortisol (stress hormone) triggers the hormone cascade that starts the process of labor. Basically the baby gets too big for its box and the resulting stress signals to the mother’s body that it’s time to give birth, baby is ready for the world. If the mother undergoes an extremely stressful experience around the end of pregnancy, her own cortisol levels can absolutely trigger labor. It’s not super common and other factors are involved (otherwise instead of hormonal induction they’d just plunk you down in front of a scary movie or something like that), but it’s not out of the question. Natural disasters can trigger labor in later term women.

She was due this week – no one is shocked she delivered today – in fact, I would bet money it was in the script.
Anxiety can cause the baby to enter a stage of duress which can cause its heart rate to go up and cause labor to be induced. When the baby is stressed it can cause meconium to enter the amniotic fluid which can be dire. I am appalled that we are being so cavalier (no pun intended) about this aspect of her situation. This is the last place a pregnant women should be, not just for her health, but for the well-being of the baby. And hopefully she won’t suffer any post-partum issues that often come after experiencing traumatic birth experiences.
Especially since HE is the wrong, in allllllllllllll of this. I know we don’t like them for whatever reason, but this is in no way a funny situation. Glad baby was born safely.
From watching my cousins go through pregnancy>birth, mom’s emotions run on a rollercoaster so she might be making decisions based on hormones, exhaustion and shock. Hopefully, she won’t go through post partem on top of this and have a clearer head to make better and stronger moves for herself and the little girl.

Anyway, the circle came continues, what goes around comes around.

I enjoy reading the comments about a pillow pregnancy because it’s funny AF but I just cannot imagine that she would go through all of that just for show ratings. I CAN, however, easily believe that she was really pregnant and PMK is behind the curtain, pulling the strings to get the best storyline out there. I think Kaiser alluded to something similar on another thread: that both things can be true.

Yeah, I can not find a lot of sympathy for Khloe. But, I will say that for her own good, IMO…get rid of that lying cheater of a Dad. Sooner the better. And do not give him another chance.
