Wendy Williams is a small beep on my radar. I know she started getting press when her New York radio show really took off, and she does a lot of celebrity interviews and has her hands on a lot of juicy gossip – much of which might be totally false. Wendy’s trying her hand at television again. This time it’s not just VH1 airing her radio show or whatever, someone actually gave Wendy a talk show. Wendy was promoting the show to Popeater when it seems like she confirmed the rumor that Jay-Z pulled rank at the BET Awards to get Chris Brown uninvited. According to Wendy, Chris Brown is “finished”. Wendy also talks about how Kate Hudson and Jennifer Aniston need some “counseling”, and how she now finds Shia LaBeouf “quietly devastating and sexy.” My favorite part is when she’s talking about Megan Fox – Wendy quotes Judge Judy and says “Beauty fades, dumb is forever.” I seriously hope that’s Megan’s new tattoo:

Chris Brown: Finished. Listen, Mike! My hopes for any sort of comeback was for the Michael Jackson tribute at the BET Awards, but from what I understand, Jay-Z didn’t even want him in the building. I think everyone will forget about it (the Rihanna beating), but everyone will forget him too. Here it is, pop culture forgets everything. If Chris Brown wanted to make an immediate comeback, the BET Awards was the way to do it. He does have a chance to get back in and do something, but he has to have a spec-tacular party song. It’s gotta be good for hip-hop and Top 40, for all colors and all ages.

Is it weird that I’m totally with Wendy on all of this? She’s got Megan Fox down exactly, I think she’s got Madonna figured out, and the Kate Hudson stuff is right on. The only thing she might have wrong is Chris Brown – I don’t think he’s in any way finished. If anything, beating Rihanna made Chris Brown a household name, and there’s a very real possibility he’s going to be a big star for years to come. Unless Jay-Z meets him in a dark alleyway.

I hate to admit it but I think you are right Kaiser (and am not your biggest fan lol). People forget and most people would secretly want to beat Rihanna, she is so irritating. Bobby Brown beat Whitney and it did not stop him from selling albums. I can’t stand Chris Brown but all he needs is a hit.
Now I would love to counsel Jen Aniston about her choises in men. She is my absolute favourite but she needs to snag Gerald Butler as soon as possible.
I’ve listened to her show and I don’t like her for some reason. It seems like she never has anything nice to say about people. She just finds all the dirt she can and dishes it, which is fine, that’s her profession, but it’s not my cup of tea. I hate how she is so nosy about everything, disrespects stars with her embarrassing questions. She’s a very arrogant person who swears that she’s on top of the world. Little does she know she’s at the bottom of the food chain.

I don’t think Chris Brown is finished, i’m not condoning what he did to Rihanna, i hope he uses his experiences to talk to other abusers & shows some remorse because i haven’t seen it yet ?
Maybe it was a good thing he didn’t perform on the BET awards, everbody is jumping on the “i love MJ” bandwagon now but Chris was one of the few performers left who admired & respected mister Jackson when he was still alive !!!
He now has the time to perfect his performance for the VMA’s or the Grammy’s…i hope he gets to honor his idol.
I don’t know if it is true that Jay-Z banned him from the BET awards but he hasn’t got the right to play God. Chris already got his sentence by a judge, when Jay-Z had a son and did something like that he would hope that other people gave his son a chance to rehabilitate ? Nobody needs to aid and abet Brown. He’s a bitch-ass punk who did not get the punishment he deserves. Social isolation is a very viable and legitimate response to criminals, particularly when justice fails (re: the OJ Simpson case). If Cover Girl or Jayzee did ban Brown, good on them. We need more social disapproval of woman beating, and social consequences for it. Beat a woman, lose work. Why not? These assholes really need to get checked. Hit them where it also hurts: the pocketbook.

So now she is a times best selling author, a movie producer and now a talk show host. All I can say is keep hating. She basically reports whatever she finds on the web, then adds her comment. Everyone does that, everyfreaking radio and entertainmnet does that.You may not like her, just like the people on my job, you cannot and will not stop her from going where she wants to go in life.
