Balthazar Getty and his wife Rosetta were spotted yesterday taking a seemingly friendly, romantic little stroll in the Hollywood Hills. This has started the rumor mill going that Rosetta has taken Balthy back, after more than a year of an on-and-off affair with Sienna Miller. Balthy and Rosetta never formally filed for divorce, and there wasn’t even a thread of legitimacy to their separation. They have four children together, but the kids weren’t on the romantic hike:
Balthazar Getty has fuelled rumours he has reconciled with his estranged wife Rosetta Millington after the pair enjoyed a hike together. The Brothers & Sisters actor, 34, and his wife of nine years were all smiles as they chatted and joked while exercising in the Hollywood Hills.
Their outing comes exactly a year after Getty revealed they were separated just days after he was photographed kissing a topless Sienna Miller on a boat in Italy.
Their energetic stroll is the first time they have been spotted together since their split without their four children Cassius, Paul, Violet and Catherine.
After their hike, the couple returned together to their martial home in Beverly Hills, where the fashion designer has continued to live since their split.
Despite being separated for a year, the Gettys are yet to file for divorce.
As the Gettys are spending time together, Miller has been travelling the world on a gruelling promotional tour for her new film G.I. Joe.
Getty and his 31-year-old wife’s friendly appearance will no doubt fuels rumours they have reconciled after a difficult year for the couple. After billionaire Getty’s relationship with Miller, 27, was outed in the press last summer, the couple have enjoyed a controversial on/off romance.
Miller received a barrage of negative press as she was portrayed as ‘the other woman’ and her north London home was vandalised with the word ‘slut’ last August.
In an interview with Vogue published last month, the Alfie actress claimed she had ended the relationship after seeking advice from a close friend. She said: ‘I got to the point where I was doing things that I didn’t necessarily think I was capable of as a person. And I wanted to be conscious of my actions. I think I was really naive and trusting, and thinking that if you are true to yourself, that’s enough, that’s the best way to be. But actually, it’s important to become more conscious.’
But a short time later, Miller and Getty were photographed holidaying with the actor’s mother Gisela in Positano, Italy just six weeks ago.
But following recent statements made by Miller on G.I. Joe press junkets, the status of her relationship with Getty is currently unclear.
The actress lost her temper with Australian radio DJ Adam Richard when he questioned her about her lovelife.
She said: ‘We are not here to talk about him (Getty). But, yes, I know him and everything’s good, thank you. What a scoop. Congratulations. You’re really, really clever.’
In another interview, Miller claimed she was ‘too busy’ for romance.
She said: ‘Honestly I don’t have time for those type of things. But I do agree that summer is an ideal time to fall in love. Lately I’m non-stop and really working a lot, so I don’t have time for doing romantic things. But it’s Ok for now, I really don’t mind.’

Do you believe Balthy and Rosetta are back together? I kind of admire Rosetta’s fight on this one. At first I sort of believed Rosetta should just get it over with, file for divorce and just acknowledge that Balthy is a douche and she would be better off without him. But I think by not giving Balthy a divorce, Rosetta has been playing a sympathetic game with her image, and making sure that Sienna comes off really, really badly. Plus, it must grate on Sienna’s nerves whenever she sees pics of her boyfriend with his wife.
All of that being said, I don’t think Rosetta and Balthy are back together. I think Sienna’s on her G.I. Joe promotional tour and she needs to look like a single girl rather than The Mistress. That’s why she gave that self-pitying sob story to Vogue, about how she was “naïve and trusting”, and why she told a radio host to “piss off” when he asked about Balthy. But she just can’t quit Balthy, for whatever reason. My guess is that as soon as her promotional tour is over, we’ll be seeing yet another topless vacation for Balthy and Sienna.
Why would she take up with that douche again? To help Sienna’s movie?
I hope she isn’t taking him back! She deserves better. If she does, I hope she’s smart enough to insist he be tested for diseases. God only knows what he might have picked up from Miller.

I would no more take back a man who had pranced around Europe with another woman off and on for more than a year. For heaven’s sake’s, Miller and he were together earlier this summer, frolicking in Italy. Any self respecting woman would be kicking his ass to the curb and moving on with her life. Just because they share 4 children, does not mean that it is necessary to stay with an adulterous father. Men like him do not change and if she has a brain in her head, Rosetta will divorce him and show him what his actions have gotten him.
CDAN had a blind about a couple that had an arrangement about seeing others quietly.. and that they are both waiting for the family money to roll in.. Getty was a huge guess on this one.

She definitely should not take him back. I know they have 4 kids together, but she needs to have a little self respect too. He publicly cheated on her, and even if that ended (which I kind of doubt) how could she ever trust him again?
Sienna Miller is just gross. I don’t find her to be talented, pretty or interesting, all she seems to be good at is getting in the press for her love life.
This ought to make Sienna nice and pissy. It would be worth it to pretend to take him back just to give that wench ulcers.
I don’t think they are back together just because they may be spending time together. Since they have kids that would be expected. I can’t imagine Rosetta taking Bart back considering that Balthazar and Sienna were flaunting their affair in such a tacky fashion.
She could very well be trying to maintain a friendly relationship with her husband for the sake of the children since those kids are the ones who are really hurt by an angry separation. I applaud her for keeping her kids in mind.

Yes I have made numerous comments about Getty, and they showed photo’s of Getty and his wife out together just a month before the affair came to light, also a friend of mine who works in LA saw Getty in February 2008 said he was bragging about his wife and children.
I don’t know… I don’t think I’d let an extramarital affair permanently ruin my kids chances of a family unit.
I’d probably take him back… but I think it’s a little too obvious that Balt and Rosetta had “an arrangement” to see others- hollywood wives are manipulative bitches, and i seriously doubt Rosetta’s the victim she claims to be.
Nobody really knows what they are like behind closed doors. One fact does remain, that the odds are greater of a married man to return/remain home than of him going through with leaving.

@Just a Poster: There have been a number of stories floating around about Balthazar’s inheritance. He hasn’t gotten any of the inheritance, yet. Most of the money they live off of is actually Rosetta’s. As far as I know, he’s an heir, but no one really knows how much he’ll eventually get, if anything at all.

You’re probably right and the Daily Mail got it wrong. I think the photos DM is referencing are the ones from that Father’s Day vacation they took together, and it would make a bit more sense if Sienna’s mom was there, not Balthy’s.

Okay Blahbetty, reguardless of who you are star or not, if a married man claimed he wanted to be with me, I would say prove it and get the divorce. He and Ro, could have been trying to kill each other before SM but that does not negate the fact that they are married “U NO IT N SO DO I”! Isn’t this interesting. Considering that BG and SM have pulled this stunt before, I don’t think that BG and his wife are back together. He probably took her out and like his mistress, tipped off the paps.
It seems like this is just more damage control, especially after SM made the statement about “everything being good” between her and the married man during the radio interview. She has to make it appear that they are not together. She is already leaking stories about how they are “just friends” and that BG will always be apart of her life (since he still hasn’t filed for a divorce that means he will never be apart of SM life). You know that SM and BG are still together because she is still sporting that “cat who swallowed the canary” smirk.
These “reconciling” stories are just another attempt to gain the public’s approval for their very public affair. In other words he is trying to give the impression that his wife and kids are not suffering as a result of the affair (and are so cool with the affair that she still hangs out with him) and therefore it is okay for him to go out in public with his mistress. I wouldn’t be surprised if the married man shows up at one of the primieres/parties for GI Joe under the pretense that he and SM are “just friends” of course.

Just as expected, SM counteracts these “reconciling” stories with reports about how she is moving to LA (to be with the married man of course who is just her friend)and that she(not RG and her 4 kids) is the victim in all of this because she won that case against the paps who “infringed” on her privacy and someone(aka-SM and her mother)”vandalized” her house. This is the problem with SM, she just can’t leave well enough alone and is always trying to upstage RG and her 4 kids. Anytime the married man pays any attention to his family, SM tries to set the record straight or drops hints implying that they are still together.
You know that she is still sleeping with BG when she releases stories about “dating” JH. He is the cover for her affair. I seriously think that she is going to be stupid enough to show up with the married man to one of the showings/parties for GI Joe.
