This report was too funny to pass up. Of all of the alleged fights Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been having over the past year, this one takes the cake. It comes from Katie Nicholl at the Daily Mail, who sometimes gets some good scoops. Maybe she’s right about this one, but I doubt it. It seems after fighting about everything from meat to living arrangements, to Angelina’s naughty calls to Billy Bob Thornton, to Brad’s naughty texts to Jennifer Aniston, Brangelina finally has a new fight! The fight is over burial plots. Brad and Angelina are literally arguing about where they’re going to spend eternity. According to the DM’s sources, Angelina is changing her will and she wants Brad to figure out if they should be buried together. Brad thinks the whole thing is “morbid”:

She’s known for her unorthodox views on life but it seems Angelina Jolie has an even stranger fascination with death.

The 34-year-old actress and partner Brad Pitt, 45, have been at odds over their final resting place.

‘Angelina initially wanted to be buried beside her ex-husband Billy Bob (Thornton),’ said an insider.

‘She bought his and hers cemetery plots in Louisiana but since then she’s changed her will. She’s been trying to persuade Brad to make a decision on where they should be buried but he thinks the whole thing is morbid.’

This isn’t the first time Brad and Angelina have disagreed over their accommodation.

Brad is keen to set up a permanent base to raise their children, but Angelina is equally anxious to continue their globe-trotting existence, believing it is educational.

In recent weeks there have been reports that the two are struggling to keep their relationship on track. Brad is reported to have moved into a separate two-bedroom house from the rented family home he was sharing with Angelina and their six children in Beverly Hills.

A neighbour of his new lodge-style home told Grazia magazine: ‘He only moved in quite recently. There have been a couple of nights when we’ve heard him playing Nick Drake quite loudly.’

Sure, the neighbor has heard Nick Drake playing, but I won’t buy that Brad is living somewhere else until I see ten recycling bins full of empty beer bottles. As for whether or not it’s morbid to discuss or fight about burial plots… well, yeah. I’m kind of with Brad on this one, and usually I take Angelina’s side in these imaginary tabloid fights. Now, I think it’s quite appropriate for both Angelina and Brad to update their wills – given that they’re having babies all over the place, they need to make sure they have all of their legal ducks in order. And yes, a will might specify a person’s desired burial arrangements. But to get so worked up over the whole thing, to the point where you’re actually fighting about it, does seem morbid and gross.
