Considering how (relatively) quiet Khloe Kardashian has been for much of this year, it’s quite possible that she’s been quietly getting a new face and body via surgery, and she’s just spent some quiet time healing from those surgeries. Or maybe it’s all Photoshop and filters! All I know is that Khloe posted these photos on her Instagram yesterday and people were like “she got a new face.”
It does feel like with every new IG, her face looks completely different? I’ll be generous and say that Khloe is styling-dependent and her hair color really does change her look too. I’m happy she’s back to a dark brown, because that really suits her. The rest of it though…yeah, she’s gotten work done. In a pandemic! In a time when most women are trying to limit their trips to the cosmetic surgeon, Khloe got her ass of lies/Pinocchio Butt lifted and re-Pinocchio’d, and she got new cheekbones, new lips and some eye work. Mess.
According to Kris Jenner, Khloe was the one who was most broken up about the end of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Kris said, “The most emotional was Khloé. She was pretty torn up.” I don’t know why? I mean, she invented some of the most dramatic storylines for sure, but the way she lives her life now… she doesn’t want cameras around.

I honestly think Kendall changed the most surgically, but people always mention Kylie. Kendall looks like Kris now, she looks nothing like she used to.
Surgery, yes. But this is mostly FaceTune. Her thigh thickness changes photo to photo. She knows these “dramatic” changes get her headlines.
That was my thought too. This poor girl seems to hate herself. And no matter how much plastic surgery she gets, that is not going to solve her problems.
Of course, she was chubby and her charming mother used to criticize her for being bad for their “brand”, which is monstrous.

eh, I’m not so sure it’s actually changed and not just facetune/photoshop/whatever app.
that first one she posted a while back about “location: under b*tches skin” or whatever it was, was eventually shown to be ALL digital alterations. there were pics/vid of her a few days later looking like her “old” self. and I’m pretty sure the original pics of her pre-facetune appeared, too. so, while it’s def possible she’s now been physically altered and not just digitally, I’ll wait to see a pap pic or video.

That is crazy! She really does look so much better on the right. Its incredibly sad that she thinks that she needs to tune her face to look unrecognizable.
I’ve always maintained that if someone can afford it and plastic surgery will make them feel better about themselves, they should go for it. But what Khloe is doing is a bit out of hand, bordering on body dysmorphia, I feel. Her face looks nothing like who she used to be. Doesn’t it bother these women at all that they’re making themselves look nothing like their own children, and their children will therefore grow up wondering why they’re not as “perfect” as mommy?
I feel like I’m always saying this…surgery is physically and emotionally traumatic. It’s blades slashing through flesh and nerves and sometimes bone. It’s anesthesia and potential allergic reactions or infections. It’s narcotic pain medication. Perpetuating a culture where this is what it takes to feel better about yourself is not okay.
I’m watching 90 Day Fiancé and one woman had breast implants while on the show.
If I ever had thoughts of doing it they were blown out of the water.
The recovery and potential risks are huge. You need someone to take care of you bad. Like without someone you could die. And then you need to redo them every 15 years?!
It’s absolutely astonishing that so many ladies get them done when it’s such a huge surgery. Perky tits are not worth my life and I’m not sure how we got to a place where something so intense is considered ‘necessary’ by some to feel beautiful.

@detritus. Totally agree with you on this. A friend of mine is seriously ill due to her implants. She had them removed and the road to recovery will not be instantaneous, and she’s not sure she’ll ever be 100% again.
It is insanity if feeling better about yourself requires going under the knife and altering your appearance. Changing the outer doesn’t change the inner. Whatever issues someone has will only fester. It’s a bandaid approach.

Detritus-thats not true. It was hyped up for the show. I have fake hooters and needed someone with me the first day after surgery and that was it. And the twins are 23 and do not need replaced.
