Yesterday Kaiser reported on a story from Star Magazine that Renee Zellweger, 40, and Bradley Cooper, 34, were moving quickly in their new relationship and had already moved in together. Star’s account didn’t actually support their claim that Renee and Bradley were cohabitating, though, and just said that Renee had her toiletries set up at Bradley’s place in Venice Beach when they stayed together. Whether or not Renee and Bradley are living together, they are making strides toward a more lasting commitment. Both Star Magazine and The National Enquirer are reporting that Renee went to Bradley’s hometown of Philadelphia and met his parents.
Renee Zellweger… sailed past a major milestone in her hot new romance with Bradley Cooper when the “Hangover” hunk took her home to Philadelphia to meet the parents, sources say.
“Brad and Renee drove from New York to Philly so he could show her off to his parents and old friends. They fell in love with her,” a close pal told The Enquirer.
“Renee poured on her Texas charm, even arriving with flowers and a box of cupcakes she picked up at a local bakery for his parents.”
The 40-year-old Oscar winner co-stars with Bradley, 34, in the upcoming thriller “Case 39.” The two quickly became a couple after his short-lived but well-publicized fling with former “Friends” star Jennifer Aniston.
After a romantic five-day vacation in Barcelona, they resurfaced in New York in mid-August, and Brad arranged a quick side trip to his hometown to visit his folks, the source said.
The couple checked out the Liberty Bell, toured his Germantown neighborhood and made a few stops in Philly’s Old City.

Many people are speculating that Renee and Bradley’s romance is being orchestrated by talent agency CAA to ensure their clients maximum publicity as their new movies come out. A lot of us thought the same about Reese and Jake, though, and that turned out to be a long-lasting relationship for them. I get the sense that Bradley and Renee are the real deal, but we’ll have to see if their relationship turns into something long term. It’s a good sign that Bradley had Renee meet his family and friends, and suggests that he’s serious about her. Maybe he’s not as much of a womanizer as we assumed.

Renee must be one of those people who is more pleasant in person than on film. She’s certainly had a lot of interesting men in her life. I find her unwatchable – something about her mouth – and avoid her movies.
I don’t know if he’s gay and never even thought about it until all of the recent hype about his personal life. If he breaks up with her and starts dating Penelope Cruz next, then I’m definitely calling gay.
CandyKay, I too find her unwatchable. It is something about her mouth – the way she is always puckering her lips as though she just ate a tub of sour patch kids. I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt that she can’t help it and it couldn’t possibly be an affectation. When she was on Letterman recently, I couldn’t watch, I had to change the channel, she’s just unpleasant to look at.
As for this relationship? Don’t care about the is he gay, is he not gay debate. Total snoozefest.

I call BS on this Fauxmance. CAA all the way. Her career has been on a major slide since she won her oscar and his career is just getting started. They both need all the PR they can get.

Could be pr related then who would blame him. Some reason he really wanted Aniston off his back. Staying with Renee was a quick way to get rid of Aniston fast.

I remember my room mate was a big fan of “Down with Love” with Renee and
Ewan McGregor. That show got on my nerve untill that it started growing on me.
That’s when I realized how versital she is. Renee don’t deserve the bashing she
get from some one’s bitter fans.
