Are things getting serious between Tom Holland and Zendaya? Like, we bought a house serious? The Mirror seems to think so. According to the excerpt below, Tom bought a three-million-pound home to share with girlfriend Zendaya in West London. OMG! The house is a six-bedroom property in Richmond, which is a popular neighborhood with celebrities. Sir David Attenborough and Sir Mick Jagger live there. Angelina Jolie has a place there as well, so Zendaya will have another American to light firecrackers with on the 4th of July. But the house isn’t move-in ready for the lovebirds. They are planning a massive renovation first.
Spider-man hero Tom Holland is swinging his way back to the UK to live in a £3million home with superstar girlfriend Zendaya.
Hollywood’s golden couple are making Britain their home and have got the keys to a six-bed London semi-near a raft of celebrities.
The 25-year-olds – who met on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2016 – have big renovation plans.
Their house will include a gym, cinema and a man cave… or perhaps Spider-Man cave, in Tom’s case.
He already owns a three-bed flat in the capital, while Zendaya – star of hit TV series Euphoria – has a £3million home in Los Angeles.
A source said: “They are over the moon about the property and getting their first home together.
“They are very much in love and wanted their first home to be in London where Tom grew up. Everyone is thrilled for them.”
Renovation firm KGF Group will lead the rumoured £250,000 do-up.
The source continued: “Tom has made it clear he wants hi-tech security all around the premises, starting with an 8ft steel security gate on the drive. He was also very specific about his man cave and the cinema room.

The fact that Buzzfeed weighed in on this gives me hope that it’s true. The article makes a reach of Zendaya’s “British roots” because her mom has Scottish ancestry. So it’s not exactly like the prodigal daughter is coming home. However, her great-grandfather was a war hero in Dundee so maybe that’s how Britain sees it. It feels like they just want to take Zendaya from us. You can’t have her! Anyway, the article went into more detail like how Tom and Zendaya flew from LA to pick up their keys and they kept emphasizing they are planning to move in this summer. First lesson in renovation, kids – double both the price and time estimates. Maybe that doesn’t apply to celebrities. I mention the details because I want this to be true. I think Tom and Zendaya have been letting us know they are more serious than we’ve guessed. They both grew up in the business. They had the colossal weight of the Spider-man fandom thrust upon them, they have a lot of shared experiences. Plus, when a couple gets back together, which is my theory about how their relationship tracks, they are usually ready to get more serious.
I’m less convinced about Tom insisting on a man cave, though. I know he’s very close to his brothers and a few friends so maybe he wanted a game room for them to hang out. But I’m having a hard time seeing him building a space that shuts out Zendaya and all feminine energy. That runs counter to what we’ve seen from him. I’m curious what other renovations this home will have. With Tom’s eagerness to start a family, I wonder if he’s eyeing one of those six bedrooms for duckie wallpaper?

I feel the same way about the emphasis on the man cave. It doesn’t sound like Tom, from what I know about him.
It’s funny, I only know two couples who have a “man cave.” My brother, who holds super traditional views on men/women (and his wife is in agreement–he keeps all his college meorabilia in there) and another couple I’m friends with. They just built a really big house, and still have a man cave just like they did in their smaller house. We have a large house, but don’t have that kind of space carved out. My husband never really *wants* to go somewhere that is designated just for him and exclusionary to the rest of the family. He’s always open to spending time with me and our kids. But he doesn’t have hobbies like video games and he doesn’t watch lots of sports or anything.

I love this couple for the height representation!! I think my man and I look great together and he’s three inches shorter than me. The AMOUNT of comments I’ve heard and even had directed at me from women about how they CANNOT be with a shorter man is insane. I have the best man on earth! (For me, obvi haha). Zendaya and Tom are a gorgeous couple and the height difference looks fabulous on them. We need to move past these silly outdated height ideas as a society. So I love to see the latest “it couple” representing like this.
Also the phrase “man cave” is so overused now to mean anything from a game room to a garage for hobbies. It just means a personal space to pursue hobbies, at this point.

And yes I doubt Tom is building a ‘man cave´ where Zendaya isn’t welcome, but rather a game room to watch matches and play video games in big plush chairs that you wouldn’t put in the more formal living room. Just a casual spot for both of them and their closest friends to hang out.
I heard the phrase “she shed” on a hgtv show and laughed. I guess if you live in a huge house and you need to come up with uses for different rooms that works. I think it used to be the den for guys and sewing room for women back in the prehistoric leave it to beaver times.

As much as I ship it, the house news isn’t true. Tom is renovating a house be bought pre-panini. And he’s going to be filming an Apple TV series in NYC from March to Aug/Sept. And I think Zendaya is due to shoot Dune 2 this summer.
I do think they’re pretty serious. He recently bought a Rolls Royce in LA. And they did make and LDR (+working actors scheduling) for quite a while during their first go around. I assume they’ve had conversations about v2.0.

Yes, I agree with all of this. Tom seems to have bought this London house in early 2019, and it’s been being renovated since 2020. The Mirror or some nosy neighbors probably saw Tom & Zendaya stopping by on their recent trip to London.
But I’m sure Tom will let Zendaya stay over when she’s in town 😉
The man cave is probably more like a dance studio. He’s quite good at ballet and will be practicing for Astaire. And a place to gymnastics if he keeps playing spidey. He is REALLY fit.

Some of the most expensive houses, ie. hundreds of millions, I look at and think really? Why would you spend that much money to make the home looks like that? I still love looking at the homes though even the ones that aren’t my taste. Check out the website Dirt, it’s a real estate site for celebrity homes.
I adore this couple. Watching interviews with them, it’s so clear how connected and comfortable they are with each other. It’s very sweet, and even better because they seem like great people individually.

What makes you say that they’re acting? I’m usually pretty cynical when it comes to celebrity “relationships” but in this case it seems pretty real to me…also, what other past relationships have Zendaya faked, if supposedly that is her MO?
I clicked on a video with tom or maybe tom&zendaya, it changed the algorithm lol and now their videos keep popping up and I’m obsessed with them. They’re so cute together and that’s my next heartbreak if they ever split.

I think they are pretty serious and hope they will make it. A lot is stacked against them working in their industry (time apart for shoots, all the most attractive people around all the time, not strong culture of fidelity, fame/fortune making people more selfish than the norm), but they both seem fairly smart and self-possessed so they could beat the odds.
