If I had to guess, I’d say they weren’t real.
Totally guessing, but Meghan’s not a skinny little twig, so I’d say they’re real. And having cleavage is NOT slutty.
I think they are real, she is curvy and a lot of it is her upper body. If implants were pushed up like that you would see more perfect ridges, the skin on her chest wouldn’t be pulled like it is on the right. Looking at other pictures I highly doubt it, but if they are, she went too big.
