In January of this year, Chelsy Davy quietly gave birth to a baby boy in England. There was some lowkey drama because of the way it was reported by the Mail’s Eden Confidential column, which left room for speculation that Chelsy was perhaps going the single-mom route or that she was being squirrelly with the paternity of the child. As we soon learned though, Chelsy has been in a relationship with Sam Cutmore-Scott for a while, and Sam is the father of the child. For what it’s worth, I don’t think Chelsy was trying to be shady or secretive, I think she just learned the hard way to value discretion and privacy. Anyway, Chelsy and Sam got married. From the latest Eden Confidential column:
Chelsy Davy split up with Prince Harry after a seven-year relationship because she didn’t want to be a royal bride. But, happily, the former City lawyer has not been scared off marriage altogether. I hear Chelsy, 36, has exchanged vows with hotelier Sam Cutmore-Scott, 37, who was in the year above Harry at Eton College.
‘They are married,’ a friend tells me. ‘Very few people knew about the wedding.’
The couple decline to comment but Chelsy appears to have confirmed the news by sharing a photograph with friends of her wearing a wedding ring below her sapphire engagement sparkler.
I disclosed in March that she had given birth to her first child, a boy called Leo, in January with virtually no one knowing she was pregnant. The father’s identity was a mystery. However, the following week her friends told me he was Oxford graduate Cutmore-Scott, managing director at The Harper Hotel in Holt, Norfolk. He’s the brother of Jack Cutmore-Scott, 35, the dashing Hollywood actor best known for his role in Christopher Nolan’s Oscar-winning film Tenet and the drama series Deception.
Sam’s a director of his parents’ hospitality company, the Bijou Collection, which owns four exclusive wedding venues: a mansion, a manor and an abbey in the Home Counties and a chateau in the South of France. He and Chelsy live together in Chiswick, West London.
Okay. I hope they’re happy. Harry’s other major ex, Cressida Bonas, is also happily settled down… with a different bloke named Harry. Chelsy was often painted as a Bridget Jones figure, unlucky in love since her split with Prince Harry. I’m glad she moved on and seems to be living a much more private life. (Incidentally, you can see her ring at the Mail – it looks like a sapphire.)

Happy for her. Although she has a face like a slapped a&&ss on Harry’s wedding day (I doubt Harry ever proposed to her anyway), she at least kept her mouth largely shut, unlike the other ex who has been leaking through mummy’s friend like a faucet.

That’s what they chose to show us, but up top in this article there’s Chelsy out front with a big smile on her face (a big Katie Keen open-mouth smile, at that).
So the brother Jack Cutmore-Scott is a boombalottie and supposedly has a twin! Is Chelsy’s husband the twin? Also Jack is married as well to what seems to be a woman of color and THEY just had a babe (Moira Rose pronunciation) as well. Anyway congratulations to Chelsy, her babe and husband.
All the best to her. She’s just trying to live her life privately but has people like Eden sticking his nose into her business. I don’t believe Harry ever proposed to her though. I think that story was put out there to save face. And the fact that Ingrid Seward wrote a piece begging Harry to get back with Cressida means he didn’t propose to her either.
I don’t think Harry propose to either of them I Think This is Just a Narrative being written over and over to save face for this two woman that they were in a long term relationship with Harry . And He didn’t pop the Question but The Moment He meet Meghan he knew right away she was the one it’s a way for the Royal Reporters and the Racist Karen to try to undermined their Relationship as not special or true union Because Harry allegedly proposed to his two white blond girlfriend first but they turn him down .
They both were young so I doubt marriage was on his mind. They have been broken up for close to 10 years

Yup, it’s me again, referencing the Palace Papers as I read it. I recently read the section on Chelsy….OMG I had no idea the hacking and the rummaging through her trash, her email, her medical records. Nothing was sacred! They literally found her flight info, booked the seat next to her on the flight and eavesdropped! And hired undercover people to spy on her….its so disturbing. Harry is great and all but honestly….that life sounds horrific
Kate was also never very nice to her and was reported to have told her that she should expect him to cheat on her.
Chelsy also got slammed in the tabloids for partying even though she’s the one who actually got an LLB and trained as a solicitor. While she did quit practice early on, she did more than faff about on holiday unlike a certain miss katy keen.
But since kate was skinnier and taller than chelsy, the press tended to call kate beautiful and chelsy ugly. I am sure that there was some Middleton interference to assist with that narrative especially since Carole was friends with Paul Dacre.
I remember that Harry and Chelsy were the “wild” ones falling out of clubs. It’s funny how they were the scapegoats when in fact it was W/K. I knew then Harry’s future wife would catch hell.
Is this the same friend that told Richard Eden that Chelsea had a baby? If so chelsey, this gossiping hag isn’t your friend, she or he leaks like a sieve and you need to cut them off cold turkey or your underwear size and color will be Richard next Column about you.

I think Chelsy didn’t want the royal life. It always seemed like she and Harry had a lot of fun, though. Good for her on becoming a lawyer, having a baby and getting married. I wish her happiness.

Chelsey, like Cressida, never got over Harry. Her face during the wedding was tellin. There is even a picture around the internet where she won’t even look at Meghan when she was walking down the isle (too much bitterness from someone who supposedly dumped Harry). I don’t believe for a second that Harry propose to either one of them but watching him marry a WOC definitely hurt their feelings.
Chelsey might have been treated badly by the press but her whiteness puts her above Meghan, and she knows it and is definitely enjoying the new treatment the press is giving her.
Yup! I never forgot that incident with IG, and I’ve heard that Cressida has pulled similar antics with her own IG comment section more recently. They’re both desperate trash and I also don’t think he proposed to either of them. Cressida likes to pretend that she walked away and didn’t want the royal life, but her godmother Ingrid Seward wrote an editor’s letter in her magazine begging Harry to take Cressida back after the breakup.
