Justin Long and Kate Bosworth met and worked together at some point in 2021. They got along really well, so well that her marriage to Michael Polish fell apart soon after. By January 2022, Kate and Justin were officially a couple and they gave us periodic updates on how much they love each other. At the Vanity Fair Oscar party this year, Kate wore what looked like an engagement ring, and soon after, they confirmed their engagement. Now Justin has confirmed, one month later, that they’re already married??
Justin Long and Kate Bosworth are officially married, he shared on the May 9 episode of his podcast Life is Short. The Live Free or Die Hard actor revealed his new status as husband while recalling his time in Bulgaria, where the couple filmed the movie Barbarian.
“I was there while I was like really falling in love with my now-wife,” he told guest Kyra Sedgwick. “She came to visit and I had never been comfortable with…set visits. I like to separating the relationship… But, yeah, I loved having her there and we just had the most magical time…. It helped me having her there. She’d help me with scenes. It was the best.” (In addition to Barbarian, both Justin and Kate starred in the 2022 film House of Darkness.)
Kate, 40, also seemed to confirm the nuptials by giving a glimpse of her apparent wedding band, worn with her engagement ring, during an Amazon Live video with Justin on May 15.
It was just last month that Justin confirmed that the pair had gotten engaged, after sparking romance rumors back in January 2022.
“She said YES… to being a guest on @lifeisshortpodcast! And to other slightly more life-changing questions,” he wrote on Instagram April 4, alongside a photo of Kate’s massive engagement ring. “I feel eternally grateful that I found a partner who makes each day SO full, whose mere presence IS a reminder of the beauty and brevity of life, and who makes me laugh from the minute we wake up til the one I begrudgingly fall asleep. I cherish the days we’ve had and the ones to come.”
Congrats to them. Bosworth seems to have that x-factor which makes guys go crazy about her. She slays, I guess. She’s just cool, confident and blonde and men are putty in her hands. Anyway, I’m fine with this – Justin and Kate seem to adore each other and why not? I mean, I’m sure Michael Polish is mad about it, but yay, love wins.

She’s a serial monogamist until she decides to do her usual serial cheating thing. Almost all her relationships have overlap with other men.
It seems like a lot of women with that X Factor do this, right? Like they can’t help but get bored and look for the next best thing.
What x-factor? It’s the year 2023 and she still spends most of her time reminiscing about blue crush (from 20 years ago). Her career is starring in bottom barrel VOD movies. That’s why she posts so much about Justin long, it’s all she has left for attention.
I would say x-factor is a different thing than career success in movies. You can have one without the other. Her ring is very pretty I’ll give Justin props for that. I don’t believe he’s ever been married/engaged himself? I could be wrong.

Congrats to them! They always look really happy and into each other in photos. I don’t think I ever saw a photo of her with Polish where either of them were smiling.
That’s some weird revisionist history. She still has all the pics up on Instagram of her and her ex all over each other and smiling.
I still gotta give Kate credit. The minute Michael started taking money from Nazi’s to make movies staring Nazi’s, that was all the dealbreaker she needed. That was her hard line and never looked back. Their separation announcement and the trailer for that movie sure didn’t read coincidence for me.
I like Kate as an actress but I’ve noticed she can never stay single. After she breaks up with one guy, she’s with another guy the next day. I thought her and Orlando Bloom were a great match, but didn’t work out for them long-term.
