Yeah, who is Olivia Munn? Never heard of her. Does she think a photo like this in a laddie magazine will make her well-known? Hasn’t really done much for anybody else.

Olivia Munn is the cool sidekick who has actually become more funny and interesting than the host she works with on G4. I really like the way she comes across on that show. Her sense of humor is on the smart and dry side, which I appreciate. I’m glad she’s out there in fanboy/nerd land giving hot girls a good name.
I love her on G4. Im a huge nerd girl and I naturally have hostility to women who try to come off as fake, which surprisingly happens a lot in nerd land, and she is one of the few women I can stand. Shes the center of the show shes on and she is always saying stuff women and can’t say with a straight face.
I hate Olivia Munn. As a feminist girl gamer, all I see is “I’m trying way too hard to be The Ideal!” Plus, I don’t understand why she’s always so proud of herself for not getting naked in magazines. Um hello you’re demanding that the entire world objectify you by getting almost completely naked. Its no better than if you WERE in Playboy.

AOTS is the best geek show, I submit. 🙂 Essie, I don’t think she has to worry about posing in a laddie magazine – the guys that read it know who she is, most likely and if I remember right, it’s not her first Maxim cover.

I watch G4 (well, FORCED to watch as the bf is a gamer) and this woman annoys me to no end. she IS smart, and can be funny, but the way she cracks a joke is like “see how FUNNY I am?! And I’m SO hot too…don’t all you nerd boys want me?”
there’s another show on that channel (I think it’s called X-Play), with a guy and a girl hosting, and that girl is WAY more likable than this one. Cuter, too, in my opinion. but she also doesn’t come off as Olivia does…that is, trying SOOOOOOO hard to be the “hot gamer girl”.
Frankly, I’ve seen hotter “gamer girls” at gaming conventions.
EDIT: strangely enough, my nerd boy gamer bf doesn’t find her remotely attractive either. he also thinks she’s annoying and that she tries to hard.
