- Washington, DC – Josh Duggar has been charged with receiving and possessing child pornography. Josh was arrested on Thursday (April 29) at his home in Arkansas. He is accused of receiving child porn in mid-May 2019. If convicted, he faces a possible 20 years in prison. He has pleaded not guilty. The case is expected to go to trial in July.
