Margot Robbie and husband Tom Ackerley welcome their first child

Congratulations to Margot Robbie and Tom Ackerley! Tom and Margot, who have been together since 2013 and married since 2016, have welcomed a baby boy. Rumors started after Tom was spotted buying diapers, wine, and a pack of cigars, so an “exclusive source” confirmed to People that yes, baby boy Robbie-Ackerley has arrived. They haven’t unveiled his name or released any pictures, but The Daily Mail reports that the baby was born on October 17, two weeks ahead of his due date.

The Barbie actress, 34, welcomed her first baby, a boy, with husband Tom Ackerley, a source tells PEOPLE. Details about Robbie and Ackerley’s son, including his name and birthdate, have yet to be revealed. The Daily Mail also reported the baby news. A representative for the couple could not be reached to respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

In July, Robbie made her first appearance since news broke that she was expecting her first baby, attending Wimbledon with Ackerley, also 34. The actress looked stylish in a black and white polka dot dress that featured a shawl-like left sleeve and an asymmetrical skirt. She paired the outfit with a black and white bowling-style bag and added some extra height with a pair of open-toe black mules.

Since then, Robbie has been seen sporting several fashionable maternity looks, including a monochromatic white look in Santa Monica and a sheer black look while out and about in Los Angeles.

[From People]

Margot’s pregnancy was so lowkey and under-the-radar that I had kinda forgotten that she was even pregnant! (See also: Jennifer Lawrence‘s and Hailey Bieber’s pregnancies.) I hope mother and son are both doing well and that they’re smoothly settling into life as a family of three. I’m not surprised that they haven’t released any details like his name, birthday, etc. yet. Margot and Tom are so private that they didn’t even publicly acknowledge their engagement before they got married. I respect that, and I’m happy for them to have gotten the past (alleged) two weeks of privacy. That said, as a Margot fan, I’m excited to hear what they named him, and yes, I will absolutely refrain from making some dumb, cringey joke about the baby’s name being Ken.

🎉 congratulations on the new baby.. as for names I think they should just go with Robbie Ackerley.. I think it would be sweet 🥰, but I have a family who often uses maiden names for first names.
