Last Sunday, Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good walked the carpet for the 2024 Ebony Power 100 List event. That’s where they announced their engagement, as you can see in these photos. Meagan was showing off her ring and they were making a big thing about it. Jonathan and Meagan got together in May/June 2023, just a few months after Majors was arrested and charged with assault and harassment of his then-girlfriend Grace Jabbari. Jonathan and Meagan’s relationship has always felt like a really obvious kind of damage-control and PR, and it felt like Meagan was basically just “hired” to help Majors out during the trial and his eventual conviction of reckless assault & harassment. If they actually end up getting married… I’m so tired. I just hope Meagan has friends and family around no matter what.
While Majors was convicted of some of the criminal charges, he didn’t have to serve any jail time. His ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari has faced harassment from his fans and the misogyny bros online, and she’s also tried to push back against Majors’ DARVO and “I didn’t do anything” denials. In March, Jabbari filed a federal lawsuit against Majors for assault and defamation. Then this week… she dropped it.
Jonathan Majors‘ ex-girlfriend dismissed a federal lawsuit against him on Thursday, in which she had accused the actor of assault and defamation.
The Marvel and “Creed III” star was convicted in December 2023 of two misdemeanor counts for assaulting the woman, Grace Jabbari, in the back seat of an SUV. He was sentenced earlier this year to attend domestic violence counseling.
Jabbari sued him in March, alleging that he had defamed her by continuing after the guilty verdict to maintain that he had “never laid [his] hands on a woman” in an interview with “Good Morning America.”
Attorneys for both parties filed a joint notice with the court on Thursday, stating that “all claims against Defendant in the above-captioned action are hereby dismissed with prejudice.”
I wonder. Do you think they settled out of court? Because I thought Jabbari had a decent case, especially since Majors couldn’t stop himself from defaming her on-camera in an ABC News interview. It’s also possible that Jabbari simply wanted to move on with her life. But I hope that she at least got some kind of settlement.

I’ve read that it was an out of court settlement. So she didn’t just drop it. She got paid.
You know he didn’t pay for that ring. I read a couple of months ago that her friends were telling her not to get with him. There were also rumors she was paying his bills. Good luck. Don’t say you weren’t warned. A “pick me” will never learn.
Growing up I thought if I looked like her I could date any guy of my dreams, my dating life would be set if I only looked as gorgeous as someone like her-grass is always greener i guess. so sad to see how little she thinks of herself, superficially I thought she could have guys groveling at her feel but looks don’t fix low self esteem
If it’s fake, I assume she would have picked a larger carat from Amazon / aliexpress/ Etsy.

Just wondering: what’s to prevent any guy from hiring the same troll bot farm that managed Johnny Depp’s online character assassination of Amber Heard, to do the same?
I am guessing: money. Depp had “Pirates of Caribbean” money. Not everyone can afford such a coordinated operation. It was all over all the social media companies: Twitter, Youtube, Reddit, etc. I only saw BRF doing such a comprehensive social media work before during Meghan years.

I remember reading somewhere he was messaging with someone when they (Jonathan & his ex) had a fight in the taxi and he put his hands on her not to show who he was texting to. The rumor was he was texting with Meagan and that is why they got together so quick since he was already cheating on his girlfriend with Meagan. So, it makes sense why Meagan doesn’t see the red flags we all can see, if the rumor is true. Also, this guy didn’t just abuse his ex, we read from multiple coworkers he was a violent POS behind the scenes. Well, good luck girl.
