It was painful to watch the gleeful “will Prince Harry get deported?!?!” commentary in the past week. The deportation commentary reached a fever pitch ahead of Tuesday’s document release of Harry’s “visa records.” Even before the release, it was perfectly clear that the court was only going to release heavily redacted documents, but I think the scope of the redactions shocked the Deportation Derangers who genuinely believed that Harry was just hours away from being forcibly removed from America. These horrible people have been smoking their own supply, and now that they got their asses handed to them in court yet again, they’re incandescent with embarrassment. Speaking of, another Heritage Foundation nutcase ran to the Daily Mail to huff and puff about how Harry should (wait for it!)… SELF-DEPORT!
Prince Harry should self-deport from the US because he ‘hates America’, the right-wing think tank pursuing the release of his immigration records has claimed. Samuel Dewey, a lawyer with the Heritage Foundation, said that the Duke of Sussex was ‘furious’ at voters for electing Donald Trump in the 2024 election. If he dislikes the President, Harry should just ‘go home’ back to the UK, Dewey exclusively told DailyMail.com.
Dewey also revealed that Heritage has filed a second lawsuit to obtain the Duke’s immigration papers to find out whether he lied about his drug use on the forms. That means the case will drag on for months more, potentially causing further anxiety for Harry amid speculation that Trump could deport him.
Dewey said that the documents have given Heritage a new ‘working theory’, that Harry was in the US on an O-1 visa, also known as the ‘artist visa’, and that they believe he may have lied on the paperwork about his drug use.
And aside from Harry’s paperwork, the Duke ‘really ought to go’ from America after repeatedly criticizing Trump including a recent thinly-veiled jibe about ‘weak moral character in the world’, Dewey said.
‘He’s in a country he clearly hates. He’s clearly furious at the American voters and attacking them for the result of the 2024 election. Harry should just go home’.
In every interview and public statement Harry has given in the past five years, he’s spoken about how much he loves America and how this is his home now. “He’s in a country he clearly hates!” No, YOU clearly hate that he’s in America. “He’s attacking Donald Trump!” He hasn’t said one word about Trump. “Harry should just go home!” He is home. He’s in the home he owns in Montecito, California.
But clearly, the Deportation Derangers have all decided that this is their new talking point and argument: their efforts to harm Harry through the American courts have failed, so now they’re openly appealing to Donald Trump to personally order the deportation. The Daily Mail’s Richard Kay has a new piece which blatantly lays out this strategy too, with Kay openly threatening Harry with further harassment from the Heritage Foundation, and a public reminder that Harry and Meghan donated money to Ashley Biden’s women’s wellness center. They’re trying to provoke Trump into seeing the Sussexes as “aligned with Democrats” and acting as enemies of the Trump Dictatorship.

Amongst other things, they plan to ban diversity programs, birth control, and increase government support for “fertility awareness” programs, like ovulation tracking and practicing periodic abstinence, instead of more reliable contraception. Harry and Meghan represent everything that is forward-thinking, secular and egalitarian which flies in the face of HF’s almost third-Reich hatred of non-white, non-Christian people, and he must be made the very public poster boy of this hatred by booting him out of the US. America has become a very dark and dangerous place to be.

I’m unsure who Tracy Anderson is but I’m certain that Tracy and her family’s lives have never been threatened by hateful people wanting to harm them, so people making light of such things pisses me off more than anything. There is no concern for paparazzi scaling their fences or cutting holes into fences to get photos of their children. There is no concern with drones taking photos of their backyards or inside their bedrooms. Their lives have value and they aren’t taking any risk by filming a show in their home.
@Nerd – The famous British cook and food writer Nigella Lawson (daughter of Nigel Lawson, former Tory Chancellor of the Exchequer in the government of Margaret Thatcher) never filmed her TV cooking shows in her own kitchen. The TV shows were made in a studio rigged up to look like a private home. Nobody complained about that. This criticism of Meghan for not cooking in her own kitchen is just one more example of the manufactured hate against her. 😞

Its only option is to prove in court there was misconduct by Trump immigration officials regarding Harry’s immigration application. The founder of HF was a guy named Paul Weyrich, a key figure in seeding the fascist takeover we are seeing now and who was also instrumental in turning abortion/reproductive rights into a wedge issue in order to get Reagan elected over Carter. Self-deportation occurs when you would be subject to deportation for violating the immigration laws and you depart the country.

Ah, a voice of sanity! It was driving me completely crazy to hear the term “self-deport” used here. They are just basically asking him to leave of his own accord. If the Heritage Foundation used the term “self-deport”, then it’s because they know they failed to drive Harry back to England by just harassing him publicly, they failed by using the courts, they failed by appealing to the tRmp administration, and by appealing to the Biden admin. too. Harry needs to have his lawyers recruit a donor to HF and sue them for misuse of funds. They have, for what they should deem bizarre reasons, spent donor funds to slander a private citizen and damage his business potential in a matter unrelated to either the HF’s political nor policy agenda it has raised money to support. What the immigration status of a british royal has to do with free market capitalism or a conservative tax and social agenda is a mystery. Rather it seems the HF has allowed a few british employees to go rogue on HF dollars and tarnish the organization’s reputation in the process. If Harry’s alies start beating that drum the HF will shut this down.
I’m asking because I genuinely don’t know the answer as a non-american : couldn’t Harry get naturalized at some point ? And if so when could he get naturalized so that these people can finally shut up ? I know that in some countries it takes five years of living there to be able to apply.
He would have to give up his royal titles to become a US citizen. No US citizen is allowed to retain foreign royal titles.
Wallis Simpson got to keep duchess title. I never heard she renounced united states citizenship. She and Edward spent much of their time in the USA
@Tessa — while they traveled to the US frequently, mostly just so Wallis could party and shop, they spent most of their time in the south of France, Austria, Paris and the Bahamas. She was prevented from using the title HRH, but she automatically assumed the title Duchess upon her marriage to the Duke of Windsor.
I see this a lot, in reference to the unratified 14th amendment about foreign titles, but I’ve seen no proof of it being ‘real’. There are plenty of royals who 1) are US citizens and 2) have titles.
George 6 issued letters patent to keep Wallis from being h r h and she was entitled to that title when she married Edward. The Windsor s lived in suite of rooms at the waldorf Astoria and she was called duchess of Windsor. They spent time in the city of Wallis birth Baltimore. I watched the video/summit that Kaiser posted up last week(the entire 40+ mins of it) . I thought that was a really good interview and I agree with @kaiser, the BM didn’t want to pick it up because it’s all positive about his life in the U.S and more importantly he’s able to thrive without the firm. H is here to stay. Even with the chaos going in the US, he still loves the U.S. ideals of innovation and the entrepreneurial mindset. You really cannot get this anywhere in the world. And the reason why the US(especially my home state of CA) has been #1 in startups and new business starts. From the summit, I think he’s getting more into this entrepreneurial spirit and possibly wanting to do more to provide veterans with more opportunities . And that’s a good thing.
On a side note – our governor Gavin Newsom just posted his meeting with a UK ambassador the other day to discuss opportunities between the UK and California 😊
