Do people really care about Jenna Jameson one way or another? Well, if you do care, you should know that she’s married domestic partners with a woman-beater named Tito Ortiz. Apparently he’s in the UFC? That’s Ultimate Fighter stuff, correct? Tito was arrested and cuffed this morning outside of the Huntington Beach home he shares with Jenna. Tito and Jenna have two sons together, 13-month-old twins, Jesse and Journey Jett. Here’s more about Tito’s arrest:
TMZ has learned Tito Ortiz was just arrested for felony domestic violence at the home he shares with Jenna Jameson.
We’re told when cops arrived at the couple’s home in Huntington Beach, CA — Jenna Jameson had “visible injuries.”
We’re told someone called 911 today at 9:53 AM and reported a “disturbance.”
Tito is currently in custody and on his way to a Huntington Beach jail in Orange County, CA.
Tito and Jenna are not married — but they have twin boys together.

Jenna was seen later on Monday wearing some kind of bandage/light cast on her right arm, and she confirmed to TMZ that she was pressing charges against Tito, so that’s a plus. At least she recognizes that it’s a bad situation and she’s using the law. Jenna also told TMZ: “My babies are alright … everything’s OK .. he’s in jail.” Later still on Monday, Jenna announced that she was quitting Twitter (is all of this Twitter related?), writing: “I cant take any more abuse from ANYONE.. To my sweet fans…thank you”. The UFC is not currently going to kick Tito out, but they leave that possibility out there, sort of a “wait and see” approach. They’re probably going to wait and see if Jenna sticks to her guns and presses charges. Which I hope she will.
UPDATE: Tito Ortiz is now claiming that the whole thing started because he confronted Jenna about her Oxycontin addition (alleged). According to TMZ: “Tito’s attorney Chip Matthews said that Jenna’s been battling addiction to the painkiller for more than a year now, and that Tito and family members have been protecting her.” Oh, and Tito “never touched her” and Tito hopes “Jenna will be okay”. Jenna responded that Tito is “very, very desperate.” Jenna also claims that the whole incident started because she “said something very hurtful to his ego” after which Tito “threw me into the bathtub and tore two ligaments in my shoulder.”
God, look at this guy. I told you that I’m prejudiced against giants, and this guy does nothing to end that prejudice. He looks like the kind of guy who “forgets” to breathe.
If I understand CA law correctly, it doesn’t matter if she presses charges or not: law enforcement will press charges, with or without her cooperation, provided they have enough evidence to do so.
I love the UFC (just throwing that out there). I’ve watched Tito on quite a few things (Ultimate Fighter shows). He’s got a bit of a temper but I’ve also heard before about Jenna’s addiction. I’m sure there’s more to the story (isn’t there always?)
I do have some advice for her. I take one look at him and I think to myself, this is a guy to whom I should not say “something very hurtful to his ego.”
Since she is a former adult movie star, I can imagine that there are many hurtful things that she could say that would hurt his ego. ahem.

I kind of feel sorry for Jenna. I read her autobiography and she had a really messed up upbringing. She has been battling addiction her whole life, it seems. And she was so pretty until she started messing with her face.
I hope her and her babies are ok. She needs some stability in her life. I thought she found that with Tito but apparently not.

I’m impressed that her first comment was “my babies are alright”. Seriously. He shouldn’t be beating on her, but her babies get top priority, as it should be. & she shouldn’t be popping pills. I saw her E THS a few years ago & you could tell she was on something. I think she has alot of emotional pain that she’s just not equipped to handle.
I don’t care for her, I never bought the “I was just a porn star because I likeed it and now I’m going to be suzy homemaker and that’s possible to do because I am perfectly normal and selling your a– is just like any other job” bit. There are issues there whether she admits them or not, and sooner or later (sooner it seems) things will come out. Her life isn’t this porn fairytale and I wouldn’t be shocked if she was hooked on something because most of those girls are. That is how they cope with that stuff. I’m not going to assume that he did hit her just because she said so. I’m a woman who’s been abused, so I know that it’s not exactly a supportive thing to say, but the reality is women who lie about being abused do more harm than good, and as such, one has to be skeptical whenever possible, especially when drugs and inconsistencies line up.
I want to give her the benefit of the doubt but she’s changed her story twice already. It’s easy for a man’s life to be ruined by false accusations; I’m going to hold off calling him a monster until all of the ducks are in a row.
He didn’t beat her – she threw herself at him when he threatened to take the drugs and the kids away!!

I like Celebitchy because most of the comments are more intelligent than a lot of other gossip sites-perhaps my reaction was knee-jerk, but I have seen people defend woman beaters way too much. Maybe she needs help for the addiction, but beating someone for it is a pretty caveman-esque move.
Wow. First of all, i would LOVE to say something about all the vulgar and ridiculously hateful remarks that a few people keep saying OVER and OVER again, but i won’t because i know it’s a losing battle. What i am going to say is that, obviously, being on the wrong end of a domestic violence issue is never fun. it’s an incredibly complicated, emotional, and completely F*cked up situation. I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that NO i do not think she is lying or making it up, not like Tila Tequila. This is an older, more mature woman, with a substantial amount of money, fans, a career, children, a house, and a family. She has nothing to gain from making false accusations of domestic abuse. If she wanted out of the relationship she could just divorce him, and that would be the end of it, she certainly doesn’t need him for money or fame or anything like that.
I’m not surprised to find out that she has some sort of addiction; she is/was a porn star and like someone above stated, ost of tose girls get hooked on one thing or another because it’s how they get through all the crap that they have to do for a living, and all the weird attention from men and the objectification of themselves, and of course just the physical stuff itself!! Yet the bandage on her arm is BETWEEN her shoulder and elbow…not the shoulder itself. I have torn ligaments and know how PAINFUL it is. Her arm looked like it was swinging just fine and the bandage was NOWHERE near her shoulder. On top of that she changed her story 2xs already. Not calling her a liar (yet) but Im definately not going to call Tito a wife beater because of this. She’s seriously losing credibility.

First of all they are NOT married they say that is not for them they just live together. 2nd Tito’s Ex wife has said he has NEVER been violent towards ANY woman. I am sure Jenna has a problem Tito found the drugs asked her about them she got mad he prob grabbed her arm and said will you just listen to me etc etc dad calls cops jenna has bruse on her arm Tito goes to jail. The brace is prob covering finger tip bruses. Did he grab her to hurt her most likely not. We will just have to waite for the police reports to come out. Also look up Tito on Google and read his twitter check mma forums etc and go back a few years and look at the abuse he has taken for going out with Jenna and all the comments and he just takes it and replies I love her and she is a perfect mother and I do not care about her past.
