I didn’t think Claudia Schiffer was due for another month or so, but I was wrong. Claudia gave birth to her third child, and her second daughter on Friday. A name hasn’t been released yet for the little girl, but considering Claudia and husband Matthew Vaughn’s older kids are named Casper and Clementine, don’t you think they’re go with another “C” name? Cookie? Carla? Claudia Jr.?

CLAUDIA SCHIFFER has given birth to her third child – a baby girl.

The German beauty and her film director husband, MATTHEW VAUGHN, welcomed the tot at London’s Portland Hospital on Friday afternoon.

A statement from the couple reveals “mother and baby are doing well,” but does not disclose the infant’s name.

It reads: “Claudia Schiffer and Matthew Vaughn are proud to announce the birth of their baby daughter who was born on Friday May 14 in the early afternoon.”

The pair is also parents to son Caspar, seven, and daughter Clementine, five.

For her interview in German Vogue (in which she was photographed by Karl Lagerfeld, The Kaiser), Schiffer spoke about how much she loved being pregnant, saying “You can do whatever you want. You don’t feel guilty, because I used to feel guilty about having a day off… And, you know, something really strange happened to me. Before my pregnancies, I was someone who had to watch their weight. I had a personal trainer, I was working out, I would never eat anything sweet. Anyway, I got pregnant and when I was breastfeeding it just came off. I can eat whatever I want. If I don’t eat enough, I will lose weight.” Bitch. No, seriously, I’m really happy for her and for Matthew Vaughn, one of my favorite celebrity couples. Congratulations to the happy family.
