Kendra Wilkinson has lost those pesky few baby weight pounds that she’s talked incessantly about for months, and she’ll tell you all about that too. The last time we reported on Kendra she was saying she would “100% have liposuction” after having a second baby she’s planning for with her husband, Hank Baskett. She also said “being fit and sexy is definitely important to me, and it’s what makes me happy” Kendra should be overjoyed, because she looks great. She blogged a photo of herself in a bikini lounging on the deck of her rooftop suite at the W Hotel in Miami with a friend. Her husband sent her there for a vacation before their reality show starts filming again.
On her website Friday, Kendra Wilkinson shows off photos from her recent trip to Miami.
She writes that her “amazing” husband Hank Baskett sent her down south for a few days.
“I definitely needed it!!!!” she writes. “We had the best time. We did a lot of wining and dining lolol.”
On Sunday night, she and her friends, Eddie and Brittany, dined at Hakkasan, a fancy Chinese restaurant at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach before hitting the hotel’s LIV nightclub.
“So much fun!” she said.
On Monday, the 25-year-old reality star — who’s dropped most of the 50-plus pounds she gained last year while pregnant — slipped into a bikini and relaxed while her pals went parasailing.
The trio then enjoyed “another great night out on the town!”
“It was a busy yet relaxing trip!!” said the mother of 8-month-old son Hank IV. “No matter how much fun I have, I’m always happy to go home to my family.”To learn how Kendra shed those last few pesky pregnancy pounds, pick up the new Us Weekly (on newsstands now) and check out her workout DVD, Be a Knockout With Kendra.

In our last story on Kendra, I said it was naive and depressing to try and derive happiness from a “sexy” body, but it’s not like Kendra is a very deep person. We had a great comment on that story from SarahS, who wrote “She has gotten rich and famous from her body, and been rewarded with attention and money solely for how it looks. For her to equate her physical appearance to her happiness makes sense to me. Its sad.” That’s true, and now that she’s shed that last bit of weight she can show it off, get pregnant with another baby, rinse and repeat. (To borrow one of Kaiser’s phrases.) I don’t dislike Kendra exactly, I just find her disingenuous and predictable. She’s fooling herself in a way too, especially when you consider how she “told all” about her troubled past but didn’t seem to be affected by it at all. As long as Kendra is “fit and sexy,” she’s happy, so maybe I’m imposing my standards on someone who’s kind of oblivious to the things that would bother the rest of us. She’s famous for being one of three women to live with Hugh Hefner at the same time, posing nude and putting out a sex tape so it’s not like she’s ashamed of much. She’s a nice person, though, and she deserves to be happy. She obviously is.

The woman on the right looks way hotter!
Good for her, I’m glad shes happy!
I really love Kendra but you can tell she’s still uncomfortable with her stomach in these pics–lying down and hiding behind the wall.
Go kendra!
Wow. So a rich chick, who doesn’t have to work, and can afford all the plastic surgery she wants, was able to lose her baby weight. Color me unimpressed.
A normal woman, raising a family and working 40-60 hours a week, that loses her baby weight — that’s impressive to me.
Don’t have anything against Kendra, it just cracks me up when we’re supposed to be in awe of these lay around celebs that manage to stay in shape with the help of unlimited money, trainers, and time to work out.
Doesn’t look like she’s lost ALL the baby weight. She still looks bigger than she used to be, and her stomach looks wrecked, compared to how it looked pre-baby. But that’s what happens. Lucky for her she can afford surgery to fix it all up!
The girl on the right puts Kendra to shame.
I’m glad I’m not the only one that thought she hadn’t lost it all yet either.
Not that she looks bad, she just used to be really fit and petite.
I completely agree with postaldog. When it comes to working out, I usually have to let something go in order to make time. Most often, cleaning.
Now the woman that does it all-that impressess me!
I do NOT get her appeal.
I third postaldog. I have nothing against her, in fact she seems pretty innocuous, but it’s not like she has a job or anything, other than looking good. Or sort of good, considering that she kind of looks fake.
Let’s see, get all women who have had children a trainer, dietician, and a nanny they would all be playboy material.
I disagree that deriving happiness from looking fit and healthy is depressing or naive.
I’m ALWAYS happier when I’m working out and look good in my clothes. it isn’t naivete, it’s having a sense of pride in how you look and there is nothing wrong with that.
If anything, it’s depressing to me that people don’t have any pride in their bodies and are perfectly happy wandering around with pouches of fat hanging over their pants or continuously buying bigger and bigger clothes but never seeing the problem.
I, personally, am only happy in my own skin when it’s fit and healthy.
She looks like the typical cute girl you would see at a Wal-Mart. I understand that she is fixated on her body because that is all she has to offer. But she needs to realize that there are hundreds of other celebrities that are more appealing. What will happen to her when she turns 40? Youth obsessed Hollywood will shun her. I also think she is lying about her age. She says she’s only 25 but she looks about 30ish to me.
I hope nobody out there is named ‘Hank’ but I think that is one of the most awful names ever.

Deriving happines by being fiT and healthy is indeed cool.
Being happy with yourself whil being fat an unhealthy…..THAT my friends is depressing.
Not impressed.
@Keyanna – I agree and for someone who is only 25 or however old she says she is it took her over 8 months to lose all that weight and she still hasn’t lost it all. I actually think those other two, Holly and whatever the old one’s name was were way older than they said they were.
She did gain a LOT of weight so I think she’s done well to lose the weight she has so far. If she had lost it in three-four weeks like some other celebs, people would criticise her for losing it “too quick”. Kendra can’t win really-but I’d say she’ll be able to keep her weight off due to the fact she IS losing it steadily and probably a lot healthier than other celebs.
@The Hamm-ITA
50 pounds? What the fuck was this girl eating? That is not normal. And for everyone who says it is, it’s not. 25-30 lbs is. This country is so disgustingly fat and everyone thinks it’s normal or average.
I think what people are saying here, is that her body is the ONLY thing that matters. NOT that she should be a fat slob and be happy with it.
who gives a shit?
@Morgs: Just because there’s an “average” weight gain during pregnancy (which is actually 25-35lbs) doesn’t mean that going outside of that average makes someone a pig. If a woman is heavier before she got pregnant, she may not gain any weight at all, and if a woman is slimmer and has a lower BMI, she may need to gain more. That’s why we always hear about celebrities putting on tons of weight–cuz they’re so underweight to begin with. It’s whatever is healthy for your baby–so putting a number on weight gain and saying, “No more or you’re a fatty and a bad mom” is downright stupid. I happened to gain 48lbs (all in my belly and boobs) during my first pregnancy. I also lost 40lbs by the time my son was 8 weeks old, and the rest shortly thereafter.
Ok, I’m done ranting. 🙂
I don’t think anyone is condemning anyone for attempting to get in shape… the point is that her body seems to be her main source of happiness… Also, not all fat people are “slobs”… someone can have a little extra weight on them and be well dressed, well groomed neat and tidy looking… similarly, someone can be stick thin and be a crackhead with missing teeth, unwashed clothes and ratty hair etc…
people are naturally going to become bigger as time goes on… It’s just a consequence of progress… deal with it and stop trying to make people feel like crap for it. It’s not just the US that is gaining weight, other countries are heading in that direction as well. Just think about it, if availability of food increases and the need to expend energy decreases due to innovation, what do you think is going to happen? It’s only logical… I think our standards are just going to have to change otherwise no one in the future will be happy. You wouldn’t use the state of cave men as a quantifier for the ideal in today’s society would you? It just wouldn’t make sense since they had to hunt for every bit of food they ate and were constantly on the move… similarly, we’re just gonna have to accept that the standards of a few hundred years ago are just not going to be naturally achievable today… the sooner we realize that as a society, the happier we will be I think…
It is naive to think that only fit people who look good in their clothes are the only ones who should be taking pride in themselves. Putting down someone because they have “pouches of fat hanging over their pants” is such a mean and insensitive thing to say. For some people, life means more than how you look and if you would look beyond the “pouches” then maybe you could see that these people don’t have a “who gives a shit” attitude. Honestly, shaming overweight people is mean and awful.
@fizxgirl3114: Nobody said that every fat person is a slob. I could not disagree more with your post. You are saying that everyone should overeat and be inactive and die prematurely. People should NOT give up and accept being overweight if they don’t want to be!
The new standard for fit has GOT to change and will change whether you like it or not… it’s just the way it’s going to be… there’s no way people all of a sudden are going to start putting in massive amounts of effort to stay thin… I think we’re just going to have to accept that the new average as being about 20 pounds bigger than it used to be… probably most people won’t die from being 20 pounds above their “idea” weight… on the other hand, if you’re obese, then you probably have some other issues to deal with and you probably don’t need people running off at the mouth and talking about how you should be losing weight anyway…
@fizxgirl314: I don’t think the majority of overweight people are only 20 pounds overweight. But if I gain that much weight I’ll be damned if I just accept it. And I am pretty sure my doctor wouldn’t want me to ‘accept’ it either.
yea no, fizXgirl: I will not accept being 20 pounds overweight. Ever. Some people might be ok with it, but I won’t ever be. I like being healthy and fit.
Keyanna-
Why are you so bothered by someone who is overweight? I like to be fit also but I certainly don’t have issues with someone who struggles with their weight. I have never had weight issues so how could I judge what they go through? Overweight people aren’t just opening their mouth and eating everything in sight. For some people it is a real struggle and their bodies aren’t cooperating. Ease up and get off your pedestal.
@6: No pedestal involved. If you bothered to read my posts, I have been going back and forth with fizxgirl because she says people should just accept the weight gain. I simply disagreed with this. I have absolutely no problem with fat people. They make me look even better!
Futile.
lol@ postaldog
it is nothing.
