Even if Angelina Jolie was 18 at that time, she would still be WAY too young for that kind of intense and quite sexual performance. And yes I agree that video is totally cheesy.
Also I do not think she has had any plastic surgery, she might just look a little different now because she is older and her weight (even thought she seems to have always been quite slim) has gone up and down and that can affect your appearance.

According to the only major fansite about Venditti http://www.solegemello.net/venditti.htm I could find, the CD was released in 1991 (see Discografia). And he did a huge tour called the Alta Marea Tour in 1992 so I believe it seems normal he would do a tour named after a hit song and not make that song a single with clip video AFTER touring…

Oh, what about Brooke Shields in what is little more than a porno flick as a kid, Jodie Foster in Taxi Driver as a hooker, just about every young woman in any video (LIv Tyler is a good example and it was her father’s video no less). The obession is with any thing that Ms. Jolie does, but it seems that most of the stuff is from more than 10 or 15 years ago.
She has been extremely modest in the past few years showing much less skin than most her age or older. No one gives her any credit for growing up, they just want to keep bringing up stuff from her admitedly wild days. But I guess that does not sell magazines or get web hits.

She seems cheap and not pretty at all.
She is not a natural beauty, but apparently a case of many plastic surgeries.
I prefer them natural. Sorry.
Her nose was quite wide and she lacked symmetry and delicate features.
Her upper lip was thin and her lower lip was very bloated.
There is also something different in her jaw line, but I am not a plastic surgeon, so I am not quite sure what additional work was done.
