Here’s an interesting turn of events – Sandra Bullock told Al Roker in a new interview that she’s NOT rubbing her bangs on Ryan’s gerbil dong. Girl fight cancelled? Or is Sandra just playing a game, not confirming that she and Ryan Reynolds are hittin’ it? Sandy’s got a history of denying stuff that ends up being true, so who knows?
There’s only one man in Sandra Bullock’s life right now – her son, Louis. In an interview with Today’s Al Roker, Bullock made it clear that rumors of her and newly single Ryan Reynolds being an item aren’t true.
“I think there will be a collective sigh amomgst women across the united States when I say he’s not my lovah,” Bullock, 46, says on the red carpet before Sunday night’s Golden Globes. “He’s just an amazing friend for 10 years … but I don’t get his loving after dark.”
Bullock, who is currently working on Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close with Tom Hanks, added Louis is the only man in her life right now, saying “it’s all I can handle.”
And as for her 1-year-old, romance is a few years off: He is “off the market ’til he is 18,” she says.

But now I’ve got to wonder if Ryan wants more and Sandy’s all “No thanks.” Ah, peace has been restored and now we no longer have to hear stories about Scarlett calling Sandy a man-hungry tramp.

I get the feeling that she’s the one who hasn’t let it happen. He looks like a puppy dog every time he’s near her, but she’s clearly in control. Maybe she’s considering it, but definitely wouldn’t do anything before his divorce is final. Maybe she thought he was too young before she met JJ, and now she’s just not ready…..? With all the kids and ex-hubby and movie commitments, she seems to have her hands pretty full right now.
I’m sure she cannot open her heart to another man just yet.

None of the stories about them sound improper. Pretty much they all say a bunch of friends were eating at a restaurant or talking together at a party. Nobody has ever said they kissing or holding hands or that they went someplace alone. I have a hard time believing they are dating considering what Jesse did to her. Even if they started seeing each other after the divorce, I can’t imagine Sandra putting herself in that position.
I seriously doubt she is jumping on another guy this soon. The thing with Jessie was a serious blow to her. She is doing what is best for her which is focusing on herself and her little man.
ITA with Louise – none of the actual FACTS about their hanging out is anything more than friendly stuff. There are no reports of kissing or canoodling, no reports of Ryan making walks of shame from Sandy’s Austin mansion. I think they’re just friends for now. I wouldn’t be surprised if Ryan felt something for Sandra. When men are dumped, they tend to cuddle up to the closest thing. For a lot of men that means tons of sex right after a break up. I doubt Sandra is trying to get into anything right now. She’s just been through a hell of a year and been humiliated by someone she thought she would spent the rest of her life with. Even if she’s looking for a good roll in the sack (which she totes deserves) I doubt she’s trying to find a new man. She said it herself – she’s way too focused on her baby, and gosh darnit, I believe her.
They could not even produce a semblance of chemistry in The Proposal (not even at the cheesy end) despite being two very well paid actors, so I doubt there’s any in real life. I would tend to think she’s smarter than to fall for junior rebound but then again her recent choice in husband is not too impressive. Hope it all works out for her in the future.
I agree with Louise. Sandra doesn’t seem like the type of person go out and do the exact same thing she had done to her. On top of that, I think her priority right now is Louis. I can’t see her going out and putting herself in a situation which would draw attention to her, and then by default her small child.
There was never any proof of boning…no walks of shame etc. so of course the allegations are tots false.
But Ryan totally would. I take him as a social climber and Sandy would be great for his career.
If there is no drama then there should be a pic with Sandra and Scarlett. I mean as of last month they were still friends. Until I see that pic I am still a bit suspicious.
I love Sandy but her hair was a disaster. At first I thought it was a Morticia Adams wig. Then she looked more like Cher.
Also, the coloring was weird: It looked like someone poured a bottle of ultra-black dye right on top of her head. It’s such a harsh and unnatural color. Do you think she was trying to look like Kat?
I don’t think she lies. I remember her relationship with Matthew McConaughey that she always said was a friendship. Her relationship with her ex-husband was a romance from the start.
@Raven actually there was a relationship with Mcconaughey they never admitted it until they broke up. They just said they were friends and then announced a split. Same goes with Gosling.

I hope to God she’s not doing him. They’re supposed to have deliriously good chemistry but I don’t see it and think a romance between them would be a bit messy and frankly tawdry. Making out with ScarJo and then jumping her ex-husband? Not very classy. That said, I really believe Ryan’s people have been the ones feeding the tabs with stories. I think it looks great for him to be linked with her. I’m also thinking Sandy is simply not interested in him that way and I hope she continues to distance herself from him and this ‘romance’.
On another note, I really didn’t like her look on the red carpet last night. The bangs were overwhelming and the dress was too whimsical for my tastes.

I actually think many tabloid stories are nothing more than photo assumption and that some of the quotes from “sources” are written by the tabloid ‘reporter’ in between bong hits. They have absolutely NO integrity and people believe pictures, which makes their job easy.
Of course, I could be wrong. But, even if they are together, neither cheated with the other, so it is nobody’s business, not even Scarlett’s.

I think she looks absolutely beautiful. The hair is a fabulous, sexy look.
She has fantastic chemistry with Reynolds which is why this is a topic of much speculation. They are both amazingly gorgeous, funny and talented people; and we love to think it’s possible that a man and a woman who are good friends, become lovers.
