Compared to all the other ridiculous things LeAnn Rimes does, this latest story is kind of expected. In Touch is reporting that she’s turning into an anal retentive wedding planner for her upcoming nuptials to Eddie Cibrian. She has three gowns allegedly planned along with security and a bunch of probably insanely expensive details:
LeAnn Rimes has turned into a “Bridezilla.” An insider says everything she’s planning is “way over the top — even the security arrangements. What LeAnn doesn’t realize is that not that many people care.” Plus! She has three different gowns: One to walk down the aisle, one for dinner, and another to dance in.

If she didn’t do this I would be surprised. The good news is that LeAnn is marrying an out of work actor who is going to jump ship the minute the next one comes along. She’s going to run out of money at some point if she keeps spending like this, and she’s ruining her looks with plastic surgery, starvation, and bad dental work. If she were only a smidgen less self righteous I might actually feel sorry for her.
In related news about LeAnn, she is scheduled to sing in the class of one Eddie Cibrian’s sons on Friday. Eddie’s ex Brandi rarely tweets to LeAnn, but she told her to step off for this one. “@leannrimes It’s Mason’s week share his family with the class. it isn’t ur place.Let Eddie read a script. Also, after Daisy424 commented on our Grammy recap post that LeAnn Rimes mouthed “f’ing bitch” after Miranda Lambert’s performance, I rewatched that part a few times. She did mouth something that definitely looked like “f’ing bitch” and she thought she was being stealth about it because she was kind of clenching her teeth. Given how big her teeth are now she might always look like that, though.
You know when old people get their teeth out and have those permanent screw-in false teeth? That’s what LeAnn looks like.

When Faith Hill and Carrie were up for Entertainer of the Year and Carrie won, Faith put on her WTF face and later apologized for it. In the mean time, LeAnn posted on her website that Carrie didn’t deserve the award because she had not paid her dues in the biz. Country music fans jumped all over LeAnn for that. The incident probably ranks 4th on LeAnn’s list of self-destructive bitch fits.
Of course since then, Carrie has been the only female artist to win consecutive Entertainer awards and has 13 number one songs while LeAnn is once again playing at the HO-Chuck casino.

Bet that will be a mixed bag for Brandi. On one hand, LeAnn will finally lay off her kids. But on the other hand, the kids have probably developed some emotional attachment to her and will be hurt when they are pushed aside.
By the way,Dean tweeted that he is going with his fiance to LA for the first time. DB then posted that they will be staying with him. Once again, it blows my mind that Dean is still even bothering with him. Dean released that statement about the divorce contradicting Leann’s. He has taken the rare but none the less there jab at LeAnn on twitter. He exchanged those words with LeAnn when LeAnn posted on his twitter about Eddie. Dean’s sister was forever bashing LeAnn on hers. Yet Darrel has always taken up for LeAnn and backed up her side of the story. He has fully embraced Eddie. How can Dean still stand him?
I understand DB wanting to remain friends with both, but I bet you anything that if it had been Dean who cheated on LeAnn so publicly that neither nor DB nor Rosebud would even bother with Dean anymore. He could also have taken a more mutual role in all this drama/ stayed out of it. Instead he takes jabs at Brandi who both Dean’s sister and Dean communicate with, allowed LeAnn fans to fight with Dean’s sister, and made public statements defending and backing LeAnn in the divorce. He also goes on about how great Eddie is. To each there own I guess but I think that Dean is once again being too trusting. Wonder what Dean’s sister thinks about them remaining friends.

I don’t get the big deal about Leann singing in her soon-to-be stepson’s classroom. The girl without a doubt is nuts and a piece of work, but at least she’s not going the evil stepmother route and terrorizing the kids. I would think Brandi would be relieved of that fact instead of calling Leann out on Twitter (like all true, mature adults would do). If my ex were getting married, I would be happy that his fiancee seemed to be loving and active in my daughter’s life. I wouldn’t be drawing lines in the sand and screaming “Mine, all mine!” on Twitter. Don’t get me wrong — I find Leann sad, desperate, and borderline psycho (I’m being kind). I do like the silver dress-so sue me. I also agree with the prevailing view of these two disasters. My sympathy is for the kids who are being used as an emotional ping pong ball by their dad and step-mom-to be. Brandi, whom I do not know, isn’t perfect but she’s in a pretty tough spot.
If BG and EC have joint legal custody couldn’t BG just call the school and take LR off the approved visitor list? When we lived in the same area as Ex we both had to approve who was allowed to volunteer, pick up, visit our son. You couldn’t just take a guest with you to these things, any adult going into a classroom had to have a background check on file first.
Brandi should still go, don’t let LR stop her from being there for her child. She could stand right by EC while LR sang and whisper things to him (just normal “hey, how’s it going”). Watch LR’s head explode.

It’s my impression that Brandi has never used the kids to be vindictive or petty. She let them go to Mexico with L&E and didn’t go to court to get the exploitive photo-ops stopped or bite on the soccer photo-stunts. I think Brandi just wants LeAnn to get a clue that Brandi is now and always will be their mother and not use the children to further her image with her few fans but LeAnn enjoys the taunting to much to be civil.

Is there a reason why Brandi can’t FORCE the issue ie tell the Principal LeAnn is not to pick up her sons, go near them, perform at the school, etc? I mean, she is the mother. I can imagine she would have wanted to use much harsher language, if some weren’t so determined to use that against her. But, to me it just seems like she’s not motivated or willing to actually *do* anything about it. Almost like she has resigned herself to it, and won’t do anything about it. Firstly, I’d go for a restraining order against LeAnn being anywhere near her kids. A bit difficult if they live in her house half time, I know. Its a pity Brandi didn’t get an R.O BEFORE Eddie got joint custody, because with an RO against LeAnn, I doubt Eddie could have been allowed to have the children at her house. If she got in first, that would have had a bearing on custody. Or if Brandi had an RO against LeAnn herself, then LeAnn could not have showed up at the school if Brandi (as the lawful mother) was there. LeAnn would have not been able to, due to the RO and no one is going to kick the legal biological mother out for the woman who the mother has a ro against. Or what about telling the school that she does not want LeAnn on school grounds, and asking them to enforce it, even demanding that the police be called if she does enter school grounds?
OR, my final act of DEFIANCE, would have been to make a stand prior/on the day by announcing to LeAnn, Eddie, Principal, Teachers that if LeAnn sings, she will remove her son/s from class for that period. And return the kids to class after LeAnn has finished and left? Like if she is staying here, my son and I are LEAVING! Could you imagine if as soon as LeAnn started singing, Brandi ushered Mason out of the room, and waited outside until LeAnn finished? Childish? Maybe, but who cares. I most definitely would have done this, if I could do nothing else. A planned walkout. And hey, perhaps any of the class’s fellow parents that felt for Brandi could have been a part of the mass walkout? @salem I think Brandi had something right in the beginning of the split that didn’t allow Leann anywhere near the kids. However, a judge won’t really put a restraining order on Leann or keep her away from the kids unless she was a danger to them. As much as I can’t stand her, I do believe she cares for those children, albiet for her own selfish reasons, however, the kids live in her home so unfortunately Brandi can’t really do much. As for hiring an attorney, well it’s expensive to hire a good one at least and hopefully, if Brandi makes it on this show, she will be able to finally make changes and amendments in the custody arrangements.

I don’t know what 7 year old child would choose to have his stepmom come to Parent’s Day over their own biological parents. Especially when these boys are extremely close to their mother. I have a sneaking suspicion that they are told that when they are with daddy and Leann that their mom cannot attend because it’s daddy and Leann’s time. So the boys automatically assume that mommy won’t be around on her off week. It’s really sad and detrimental to those kids that they have forced separation. Most kids enjoy seeing their parents together and doing family things even if the parents are divorced. If Leann was a normal person she would understand that and respect boundaries so that the kids could enjoy being with mom, dad and yes, even Leann.

I have had about 8 years experience with it. It’s not easy but one thing you have to remember is that you aren’t trying to replace the mother. I deal with a narcissistic and bipolar ex-wife and even still I try to respect her and don’t try to take her place. It’s not an easy task but you do what you can. Leann needs to back off.

DS confuses me sometimes.
At first he denied talking to Brandi when the whole thing initally blew up. Brandi tweets him often and makes it sound like they see/visit/talk to each other from time to time in person. DS however rarely tweets back and never mentions seeing Brandi. If he tweets Brandi it’s to make comments about food. However, the other day, he tweeted to her to basically get over everything.
Just like I think Dean is a fool for being friends with DB still, I think Brandi should not see Dean as such a friend. If he denies talking to mags, Brandi, and doesn’t publicly acknowledge her except to tell her food is good and to get over it then….

Well of course it was easier for Dean to “move on.” LeAnn cut him a check for $10 million to go away quietly and sign the divorce papers as soon as he could so she could be free to stalk Eddie.
And he didn’t have kids with LeAnn, so he technically has no ties to her anymore. Brandi on the other hand will ALWAYS have LeAnn and Eddie in her lives because her children spend half their time with them. Deane’s tweet rubbed me the wrong way as well but it can be interpretted as a loving hug sort of thing. Deane’s been very classy so I give him the benefit of the doubt, for now.
I have no doubt Deane signed an iron clad confidentiality agreement for which he received his fair share of the estate. He called LeAnn’s bluff by filing for divorce and she agreed to his terms less than 24 hrs. later.
I totally agree that moving on for Deane has been a piece of cake compared to what Brandi has had to contend with.

If anything, that statement he released about being shocked by the affair and how he is soo much better off now would be something that could get him in trouble. I didn’t see him getting sued though. LOL! Not that I don’t agree that LeAnn probably made him sign one. I also totally agree that it is far easier for him to move on due to all the money he got from her and the lack of kids.
If he was really soo private though he could have not made that statement to Brandi via twitter where everyone can see. He should have told her privately.
Let’s see:
1) He denied talking to Brandi when everything initially blew-up. He even went on to say that he still wanted to be friends with LeAnn and still talked to her.
2) He is still friends with Rosebud and Darrell Brown. He has no problem making his friendship with them public. He has no problem tweeting to them back. You know, the very people who taunt and torment Brandi publicly.
3) He never tweets Brandi back or acknowledges their friendship publicly.Only once did he tweet her before his “move on” statement. It was to say he liked a particular dish. Now he has made the “move on” statement. In a way, he has gotten involved in the war of words, only against Brandi.
All I am saying is that if I were Brandi, I would be hurt by Dean’s actions and not have bothered with him anymore. Just like if I was Dean, I wouldn’t be bothered with Darrel anymore.
All I know is Leann is SCARED Brandi may end up on a reality show such as RHOBH or another one. Why do I think that? Just read her latest tweets about people really wanting fame bad to be on those housewives shows. LOL!
She’s a mess. An absolute insecure, anorexic mess.
Also, loved her tweets about what the kids were saying to her in Mason’s class. If she had ANY class, the fact she’s got Eddie Cibrian practically chained to her side by providing a roof over his head – should be enough for Leann. But no……she has to instigate with her tweets to the same 10 fans who tweet her back & forth constantly.
As for Dean’s tweet to Brandi about closure, remember, Dean & his fiancee, Sarah, were spending the week with Leann’s BFF record producer, Darrell Brown (Darrell tweeted that news on his Twitter Page). I bet ole Darrell pressed Dean to put that “closure” statement on Twitter. (Darrell used to DM me all the time BEGGING and trying to figure out how to get the Brandi supporters to stop tweeting negatively about Leann’s actions.) She’s got a definite image problem no matter what they say. Funnily enough, one day he just blocked me out of the blue! I figured it went down that Darrell was discussing his actions to Leann & she went “Darrell, WTF, that DiannSteph is my WORST enemy. Block her immediately!” ha.
Back to Leann’s image problem. Just Grammy night alone, if one searched “Leann Rimes” on Twitter Search, over 100 + tweets from lots of people stating “that ugly homewrecker” “Leann Rimes still plays music who knew?” But Leann & her “fans” like to think it’s just a handful of peeps who have a problem with her. Delusion be thy name.
But yeah, Darrell’s worried about Leann’s album sales whenever that great “covers” album gets released. It was due to be released last October.
Ya know, I bet it burns Leann’s hide that Carrie Underwood is actually going to be in a real honest to goodness MOVIE that will be playing at a real live Cineplex. Leann really consider’s herself a serious actress, and she just looooves Carrie Underwood. Haha.
Baylor, Dean follows Brandi on Twitter. He doesn’t follow Leann.
Leann tweeted Dean to congratulate him on his engagement via Twitter. All anyone heard from Dean was “crickets”. He even made a snarky comment about Twitter’s “suggested friends” to him on the right-hand column of his page one day. He had a big laugh over Eddie Cibrian being that suggested friend. He went on record to basically say Leann lied about them “growing apart” in their marriage. He tweeted that.
He’s definitely Team Brandi I’d say.
Remember, he was just staying with Darrell Brown for a week at Darrell’s house. All Darrell does is preach peace, Leann needs Peace, they all need peace & to move on. Then turns around and instigates too.
I think it’s funny Brandi has more followers than Darrell, the hotshot record producer.
I’m not saying Dean is Team LeAnn. I know about all that stuff you mentioned. However, would it kill him to acknowledge Brandi publicly every once in a while? Would it kill him to tell Darrell/Rosebud to lay off a bit on Brandi? Would it have killed him not to tweet that closure comment to Brandi. Perhaps text/e-mail/call her instead?!
I’m not anti-Dean. Just saying that if I was Brandi I would be hurt.
That being said, I hope that if/when LeAnn has her own kid that Brandi tweets about the child often. Technically, the child would sort of be “in her life” because it would a sibling to her kids. Her kids would also talk about their brother/sister I am sure. Then Brandi could say that LeAnn can’t tell her “how to be” and that the child is “part of her life.” See how LeAnn likes it. I hope Brandi announces the pregnancy/birth/child’s name before LeAnn and Eddie can profit off it too!
Dean is backpedaling a bit on twitter now and sorta/kinda confirming his friendship with Brandi. Too little too late in my opinion, but better than nothing. I will go a little more easy on him. 🙂

You sound like a wonderfully loyal gal and I love you for that. However, we need to remember that we would all handle this situation differently. Deane doesn’t want to be wrapped up in LeAnn’s drama which is exactly what would happen by publically communicating with Brandi. He and his bride to be don’t need that in their lives and it is not a matter of being disloyal to Brandi. Brandi and Deane have a private relationship and we all need to respect that. Take Care babe.
What a sad day in Leann’s career when she has to rely on a group of kids to reassure herself that she is a “great” singer and stepmother. Hooray for Leann, she couldn’t get a group of her own peers to recognize her “talent”, so she found another solution. Manipulating children to fill the place of her peers.
To think some blogs had slammed BG for even daring to call Leann out for crossing those boundaries by singing at her son’s school, and as we can see Leann’s tweets about those kids and family day just support that BG was right. Leann is just too immature to handle the responsibilities of being a stepmother. She needs to either grow up or step back and let BG and EC parent their kids.
I also find it funny how all of LR “fans” keep arguing that BG should be thankful for all the things that LR has done for BG kids. What mother would be thankful that a grown 28 yo woman is using the praises of her children and other woman’s children to make herself feel better because she lost the Grammy and her Crazy Women single isn’t doing very well?
Wasn’t Leann in works to do a cooking show? So do cooking shows not count as reality TV? If LR despises reality tv show so much, then that means that we won’t see her and EC with a reality tv show in the future, right?
You know that Leann has an image problem when some radio stations are flat out refusing to play her Crazy Women single no matter how hard her “fans” beg.
Unfortunately LR tweets about those kids are going to continue and get even worse as her wedding date gets closer, LR thinks that she is invincible and that she will never ever have to pay for the consequences of her actions, hence why she opened back up her tweets just so that she can taunt BG by tweeting about those kids. For someone who is always talking about God and blessings, doesn’t Leann understand that God isn’t going to reward her or DB for using those kids as weapons against their mother?

On a different note, and last note of the day, I bet you anything that LeAnn & Eddie will have the boys for Easter. So, lets all look forward to LeAnn tweeting like mad about coloring Easter eggs, egg hunts, and the Easter Bunny in the upcoming months. She will just gush about the joy of children, etc.
Also, there is soo much wrong with LeAnn’s if-your-not-going-to-be-in-my-life-when-I’m-90-you-don’t-need-to-be-at-my-wedding standard/logic of who to invite. Being that her parents and his parents will be dead by then, then I guess why invite them right? Being that DB will also most likely be dead by then, then I guess he won’t need to be invited either. He sure will be heartbroken. Last but not least, like several of you have said, Eddie and his boys won’t still be in her life soo….
Despite her being all about “privacy” and “everyone must be close-knit,” you just know that she will sell the pictures to a magazine. Even if she has to pretend the paps took them, that Brandi snuck into the wedding and took them, or some guest betrayed her by taking and selling them. She just won’t resist rubbing her wedding pictures in Brandi’s face.

Leann had the kids last year for Easter (and we only know about it because she made sure to tweet all about it) and since Leann gets what she wants in regards to those kids, I won’t be surprised if she has them again this year.
I also think that LR is going to sell the photos of her wedding/reception to People mag and then she is going to pull yet another “I don’t know how the tabloids got those photos of me and my family at our wedding”. LR is just so transparent.
