Angelina Jolie was photographed out in public last night for essentially the first time since the birth of her twins almost three months ago. There’s one other blurry photo of her arriving in New York and holding Shiloh outside her hotel, The Waldorf Astoria, in New York on Thursday night. Last night she attended a business dinner with her castmates from The Changeling. She left at the end of the night dressed in a silver gray trench coat with high boots and carrying a black leather clutch. The paparazzi went crazy getting snaps of the 33 year-old mother of six and she seemed to be enjoying her return to the spotlight.
The traffic around Brad and Angelina’s hotel in Midtown Manhattan, the Waldorf Astoria, slowed to a crawl Friday as people drove by hoping to catch a glimpse of the famous family. The buzz ahead of a journalist screening and press conference for the film Thursday was that Angelina might make it, but only Clint Eastwood was there and she was never scheduled to attend. Angelina is expected to make it to the premiere of the film at the NY Film Festival tonight.

Can’t blame her for enjoying returning to the spotlight – any new mom would know how dumpy and frumpy you feel after having a baby and wanting to return to your pre-pregnancy form.

Kaiser, Kerri, and all the other Badettes, Brangeloonies and what have you, I WENT, I SAW and I WAS TOTALLY OVERWHELMED. Guys for me to tell you Angie is absolutely, out-of-this world beautiful is an understatement. I have read where people say that her pictures dont do her justice, and that is so true.
I got tO the movie house about 2 1/2 hours before she was due to arrive, and was worried that i would get tired and cold, but I met other fans, and we just laughed and talked, and before you know it, the celebs started arriving. Would you believe I met a fan who posts on CB? She posts as Tina. When their car came, the fans just stated screaming, and there was this air of excitement and expectation. I got there early enough that I got a great spot to the front, but as soon as they came everybody started pushing from the back, and there were a lot of people, I would say about 4 or 5 hundred.
They started from the top and walked the whole city block signing. I took my People magazine, and when I gave it to Angie to sign, she said, “Oh, the babies”, and then she saw Shiloh, and said “and Shi”. She is so charming, and when I said to her that she is beautiful, she said “oh thank you”. I know I am rambling but bear with me, I am still trying to calm down.:lol:
Then Brad came, and the man is sexy, handsome, and what a voice. The man has the best voice bar none. No wonder these two are always pregnant, their voices turn each other on.:lol: So I give him my magazine to sign and he says, “Oh that one”, and then he couldn’t decide here to sign, because Angie’s signature had taken most of the bottom of the page. He eventually signed his little BP’s signature.
BADettes, I am here to tell you that from now on we should just ignore the trolls and haters, or better yet, make fun of them. What Isaw tonight is two people completely in love with each other. When they are close together, they are always reaching for each other, caressing each other’s back or butt, (yes Angie does it too). As for the PPD claims, please, Angie was glowing, and if there is someone out there more beautiful, I dont know. There is a serenity, and at the same time a sexiness that just envelops this woman, and all I can tell the fans, is that if you ever have a chance to see them, take it, you will not be disappointed. These two are joined at the hip. I wonder what crap the tabs will write this week? They should just give it up already.
Sorry, i did not take pictures. i am notmuch of a camera person, and the one I had at home, when I checked it before leaving, it was not in good shape. And I think I am the only person in the civilised world without a cellphone. What I will try to do is scan my People magazine to show the autographs. I am also computer challenged, but I will have someone at work do it for me.

Yikes. This thread has got way too reverential for my tastes. One of the reasons I enjoy J-P stories is the mix of opinions, good, bad and ugly. Sorry, but a thread devoted to adoration and, in this case, very little humour makes for a very dull thread indeed. People seem to be in danger of losing perspective. Still a BADette but one with a keen sense of the ridiculous. ‘brad pitt’ is as entitled to post his/her opinion as anyone else.

Dumdee/Katy…I am VERY far from being a BADETTE… trust me, not even close. I was not making fun of the person who couldn’t spell. I truly could barely understand the thought/point they were trying to make. I DID say it was ridiculous and I still think it is. People who speak another language still know how to use periods, commas and semi colons to break up a sentence. That post was ridiculously hard to read.
CB – I took 4 years of French and was fairly fluent with key phrases at one time. I have now forgotten most of it due to lack of use and length of years, but I still know how to spell avec, tu, moi, vous, etc…

geronimo, Kaiser, Kerri and daisy424, I am glad you enjoyed my recount of my experience. It was such a fun night. Everyone was talking and laughing with each other. I am sure not everone there were fans, probably a lot were just tourists visiting the city, and were walking by, but we all had a wonderful time. And the weather corporated, (like it had a choice, it was Brad and Angie, lol), it was a nice fall night. I also saw Brian Grazier (sp) with his crazy hair, and Clint, who was the last to arrive. Even if they weren’t all fans, everyone where I was standing were all saying how beautiful and sexy she looked.
I have to buy lunch for my co-worker tomorrow, lol.I was scheduled to work on Saturday, and it would have been really difficult for me to get there in time, and stake out such a good spot, but she switched with me, because she knows how much I admire and love the JPs. Now I suppose I will forever be in her debt, and I am afraid what she will ask me in return. Hope the lunch will suffice. LOL.
I am definitely taking my People magazine to work tomorrow to (1)show-off, and (2) to ask someone in IT to help me put it on CB for you guys to see. Wish me luck.
