As we discussed yesterday, it seems more and more likely that Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are actually in a real relationship, complete with makeouts on rocks and lovey-dovey pronouncements in restaurants. At this point, I think Mila and Ashton have been together for… maybe since the beginning of April? April is when the stories really began, and there were lots of sightings of Mila and Ashton all around California. So, that means they’ve been together five solid months, probably closer to six months. So is it time to start having “the talk”? The Talk about marriage and babies and their future together, despite the fact that he and Demi Moore are still in some kind of state of matrimony? Gross. Well, The Enquirer says yes, they are talking about it. They also say that Mila Kunis is telling her friends that Ashton claims that he and Demi were never legally married!
The latest bizarre twist in the bitter Demi Moore-Ashton Kutcher breakup – or as Demi famously cast is, her “divorce!”
Inside sources say Mila Kunis keeps insisting that the rumors are true: Ashton and Demi were NEVER married!
“Mila is now saying she and Ashton want to marry and raise children, and she’s assured stunned pals that he doesn’t need a divorce from Demi because the two were never legally wed in a civil ceremony,” said one source. “They got ‘hitched’ in a symbolic Kabbalah ceremony.”

The whole “Ashton and Demi were never legally married” thing has been around for months. At this point, I think the story might have legs, because neither Demi nor Ashton has filed ANY kind of legal paperwork to dissolve their marriage/relationship. There are no separation papers, no divorce papers. All Demi did was issue a statement saying that “I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton”… but then there’s been nothing in the way of paperwork.
Meanwhile, Star has this dumb story about Mila being jealous… of Miley Cyrus:
Mila Kunis has a message for Miley Cyrus: “Keep your hands off my man!” An insider reports that Mila is seething with jealousy over the news that Miley will be cozying up to her boyfriend Ashton Kutcher when she guest stars on his show, Two and a Half Men.
“She’s concerned that with Ashton’s checkered cheating history, he could easily fall prey to Miley’s charms,” says the source.
So Mila is taking precautions by setting some ground rules for her philandering beau. “That includes no extracurricular partying or socializing with Miley, no flirty texts or emails back and forth – nothing.”
Mila has also warned Ashton that she’ll be making “regular drop-in visits to the set to make sure he and Miley are on their best professional behavior.”

Liam Hemsowrth or Ashton: who would you rather? Damn, I wouldn’t mind a roll in the hay with that Aussie boy. But I wouldn’t touch Ashton with a ten-foot pole. But would Ashton go for Miley? Well, considering Ashton’s taste in mistresses during his marriage to Demi, I do think Mila might have some grounds to be concerned. But he’s a new man! Right? He buys lunch! He says “I love you”! He makes out with me on a rock! Etc. Well, we’ll see. Is Ashton dumb enough to cheat on Mila? I think you can guess my answer.

Why pick a guy with a history like Ashton’s? I mean nothing like having love and worry/lack of trust be exactly equal in a relationship. She will always be wondering what the hell he is doing. Why Mila?! Does he have magic dong or something? ( yuck ) I just don’t get it.

Her being with macaulay made me like her even more. Total low key couple, been together for many years, she’s so gorgeous and could have any hot dude, but she was with mac who is very average, I liked them together respectfully…ashton a cheating egotistical douche, that is what I can’t understand. But maybe she likes that, maybe mac was that way too and she has.a type. Or maybe they had a thing for each other during 70s show, but were never available for each other till now and rekindling a fling they are just starting one

So what? what difference does it make if Demi and Ashton were legally married or not? They presented themselves as married and are now publicly split. It doesn’t seem like they were ever legally married, but so what? I don’t see how this makes a lick of difference to the Mila/Ashton relationship. These aren’t regular people who need the benefit of a legal marriage for financial reasons or health insurance. Partnerships vs. marriages, divorces vs. separations don’t seem to make much of a difference in Hollywood.
I think it’s a difference. He probably thought the whole time: “I’m not married, like really..” They were together a pretty long time and he was involved in her family, but I wouldn’t underestimate his knowledge about not being married officially.
I don’t know if it makes a difference for Mila, but I would rather be with someone who was in a long relationship than with someone who is divorced with 35.

Well I’ve been saying this in every Demi/Ashton post excuse me for gloating. Since it has been long enough to file papers its pretty obvious that there was never a real marriage. Not that big of a deal except they were such famewhores about the wedding, relationship etc,etc.
Mila seems determined to dig her own grave. Ashton is just so profoundly douchey I mean MC might have a drug problem but I think he’s a good guy. Ashton with his rumored obnoxious behavoir on set and his product placement and his hoax marriage so awful.

You don’t know what went down with Demi and Ashton’s relationship, you have no idea if Demi was a complete schizo nut job, cheated on him and you just didn’t know, had open marriage, if they were separated when he was with another girl, etc. Big deal, so he was with a girl (or two) when everyone thought him and Demi were together, why is he a douche? he’s human…when you don’t have a connection anymore whatdya do?? Don’t know what went on behind closed doors so not sure why everyone hates this guy now when everyone liked him years ago…let these two be happy—there’s someone for everyone. Ashton and Demi’s relationship failed because of both of them. And just because his relationship failed with Demi, doesn’t mean he’s a douche for life. I like Mila and Ashton together.
Totally agree as well. I have brought up the same points in many Demi/Ashton threads to no avail. This site is definitely anti-Ashton.
I also think it is strange that sooooo many people seem to think Mila is lowering herself to date someone has HORRIBLE as Ashton. So either many people are wrong about Ashton, and he’s not a bad guy… or Mila isn’t all that great either, given she has CHOSEN to be with him.
to be honest, i’ve never seen him as a douche. a weak dude who cheated before he properly ended a relationship, yes, but i found it admirable that he was with demi in the first place. *shrug* for some reason that makes him seem less shallow to me. and i’m sorry, but if i was with someone that clingy and desperate, i might find myself desiring something-ANYTHING-else, too.
i like them as a couple. i like that they’ve known each other for so long and are probably insanely comfortable together. now, if he cheats on mila…i will have to reassess my opinion.

Rather suspicious claim to say the least. In California, the question of whether they were married or not has serious legal ramifications. And hundreds of millions of dollars.
Part of me thinks that Mila is dumb enough to believe whatever Ashton tells her, but I do also think that the arrangement between Ashton and Demi was very strange to begin with. Something doesn’t add up. You’d have to be sure that divorce lawyers would have settled the question of whether those two were married or not in court a long time ago. Even they weren’t, there’s enough money at stake to make a lawsuit inevitable.
I really urge everyone not to believe everything they read. Mila seems like a wonderful girl.
If you have to tell your guy to behave, if you have to order him to stay away from other women, and if you have to check up on him to make sure he isn’t cheating on you, you’re a fool. If you can’t trust your man, he needs to be given the “left foot of fellowship” right out the door.
I think it is strange that he is seeing someone and it looks pretty serious, regardless of whether people like it or not. But why there is not rumor or anything about either petitioning for a divorce. There have always been rumors about them never really being married in the legal sense. But I guess time will tell. If they were not every really married that story will be quite interesting.
I don’t understand why a woman like Mila would even consider/tolerate a relationship where she automatically can’t trust the guy, right from the start?
*If* any of the story is true (about her insecurity about Asston working with/encountering other women), why would she even be thinking about marriage/children? Perhaps she thinks the faster she gets ‘a ring on it’ & a legal ceremony (provided he’d even be game for that, given he was with Demi *9 years* without doing so)…The faster she could ‘tame’ his wild ways, automatically eliminating interest in any other woman.

No need to apply a qualifer of “if”…the Cyrus story is absolutely absurd…..it still amazes me when anybody uses the Star or the National Enquirer as a reliable source for anything. Both stories are complete nonsense……and of course this blog is almost as bad not only using them as a source, but using the standard “gross” in every single post about them. Hey guys, we get it, you don’t like him, and you have a bias against Kutcher that can’t be measured.
As one of the earlier comments pointed out, you don’t know what happened with the marriage with Demi…you don’t know what she did to be responsible for the problems, but that doesn’t stop you from the constant attacks, so it remains standard operating procedure.
I don’t think any of this is true. Mila said several times in interviews that marriage is not important to her. She lived with Macaulay Culkin for eight years, but they didn’t get married.
