These are photos of Kim Kardashian outside of The Late Show last night. When I first glanced through the thumbnails, I truly thought this was Kourtney Kardashian. Kim’s plastic surgery, Botox and whatever else really has morphed her into her older sister… from a distance. Up close, you can see that it’s Kim, and that she’s a mess. I mean, the jig is up. We know that she’s pregnant and gaining weight, and it’s no big deal. I guess Kim was trying to de-emphasize her pregnancy weight gain by wearing a structured suit, but it’s just awful and unflattering and it makes her look even heavier than I believe she actually is. Try an empire waist, girl.
Anyway, there are about a million new Kardashian stories, so let me just do some bullet points:
*Kim has called Kanye West “the love of my life.”
*Kim on the split rumors between Lamar Odom and Khloe: “It’s ridiculous. It’s not true. Khloé and Lamar are very happy and have a great relationship. They’ve been obsessed with each other since the moment they met.”
*Kim says Khloe is fine with Kim’s pregnancy: “Khloe is doing really well” with the Kimye baby news. “She texted me the other day that thank god it’s me, not her. She’s not sure if she’s ready.”
“It’s funny, you know, you think you want something so badly, then I think she kind of realized, ‘I have time. I’m 28. I’m good… I’ve read that ‘she’s devastated’ and things like that, and none of it’s true.”*Kim on her career: she “doesn’t want my career to overshadow the love in my life.”
*Name choices for the mini Kardashian-West? “We’re not sure yet,” she said, adding that the parents-to-be still “have to think about” whether or not they’d follow the Kardashian tradition of giving their baby a “K” name. “I have to discuss that with my boyfriend to see where we are. But we’ll keep the name private, I think, whenever we decide.”
*She wants to be divorced: “In a perfect world, of course I would love to be divorced… [The marriage] is going on its second year, and that’s really tough because I want to move on. I really want to move on with my life.” Admitting her ex was “someone [who] I loved a lot,” the TV personality defends his claims that she married him “for publicity,” explaining, “He’s … suing me for an annulment … He’s claiming that I [committed fraud] … Who would ever do that? It’s just not who I am. All those fake and fraud rumors got started because of that, and we have to deal with that and handle that.”
*Kim says the real fraud would have been staying married to Kris: “I would have rather ended it when I felt that way, than waste a year of my life not being happy,” she says. “But for him, too. I knew the whole world was going to bash me. I knew that. I said to myself, ‘What’s more important? My life and my happiness, or what the whole world thinks of me?’ [Staying married] would be vain. That would be fake. That would be doing it for publicity.”
*She had fertility problems: “If anyone [only] knew all the fertility problems and the things that I was going through… God brings you things at a time when you least expect it. I’m such a planner and this was just meant to be. What am I going to? Wait years to get a divorce? I’d love one.It’s a process.”
Blah. You know how I feel about the whole Kris Humphries mess – I’m actually on her side, and I realize that I’m alone in that. I think Kris Humphries is an immature douche who wants her money and wants to hurt her because she didn’t want to stay married to an idiot. As for all of the other stuff… what would be a good K name for the baby? Kale, Krow or Kroy for a boy, and for a girl? Kassie. Krissie?

From what I understand an annulment would make the confidentiality agreement void. Maybe that’s what she’s worried about.
There was an episode of keeping up when they went to Bora Bora, not sure why, but they were all there, Kris H. too. They had just arrived at this beautiful place, gotten into swim suits when Kris picked up Kim and threw her in the water. Hilarious to watch. Then she completely and utterly *freaked* out because one of her diamond earrings got lost. She cried and absolutely lost it, and you could see the realization on Kris H.’s face that this is what KK was about. He couldn’t understand why she would wear earrings *with a swimsuit on vacation* that she couldn’t swim with. I think he did love her, and wanted it to work, despite her being vain, vapid and vaccuous. When she divorced him 72 days later, I think the very dim light in his head started to shine brighter, and he realized he had been duped for publicity. On tv. I really think this is why he won’t let it go. She half assed that marriage, knew she wasn’t going to try to make it work, and willingly, knowingly involved media, family and friends. All of the gifts and attention were a hoax.
From what I gather, he will only annul if she admits it was a sham. She won’t because she refuses to be honest with the public to protect her pee stained “brand”, and therefore he won’t sign.
I love him for it. Finally ONE person in her life is calling her out, in a massive way, and that’s why they are at an impasse.

The anullment can only be granted on the grounds of fraud which is what Humphries is claiming. If she grants the anullment she would be admitting to fraud which, I would think, could open her up for a civil suit from Humphries. I’m not an attorney so I don’t know if he could actually file a civil suit but my guess is that he could.
The ‘fraud’ is an outdated term BTW she could agree to the anullment and still reach a settlement.

Yeah, that’s a load of crap. In one episode of KUWTK Kim went to a fertility doctor (with Khloe, I think) who told her she wouldn’t have any problems getting pregnant (but should consider freezing her eggs for the future since she wasn’t getting any younger). And now she’s claiming she had all these fertility issues, when she got pregnant by a guy she’s been with less than a year? Talk about a slap in the face to Khloe, who has *actual* documented fertility issues. This just sounds like a ploy to get public sympathy for Kim.

Whatever path you take to bringing a child into your life will be a wonderful blessing…something unexpected that I’ve learned from my struggles…..it’s helped me to become more sensitive & aware of other womens/couples struggles & I’ve made a lot of new friends. We have a great support system now & I will be forever grateful for that 🙂

I also have had fertility issues (never was able to have children) and I call bullshit on her. To me it is a slam in the face for Khloe and all others dealing with these problems. Good luck to you ladies dealing with it. A bit late for me as I am now 54 and am happy with my life the way it is.
I think Khloe even called Kim out on the fact she steals things (stuff that happens, life events, experiences) from others and uses them as if they were her own. Especially when they were already captured ON CAMERA with the doctor revealing Kim would have no issues conceiving.

Her mentioning fertility problems tugged at my heartstrings. Just because it wasn’t public doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. I had a miscarriage in October and very few of my friends know about it. Maybe Kim had one in the past, or maybe she had an ectopic pregnancy. Who knows.
And to be honest, she’s probably hearing the ticking clock. Right now I’m a potential match as a bone marrow donor, but I’m proceeding with trying to get pregnant (which would disqualify me as a donor). In a perfect world I could wait until the bone marrow match comes back as a positive or negative, but I just turned 30 and the risks for fertility problems increase as you get older (and my husband and I would like more than one child).
So right now we’re trying, as the lab is also testing my blood. I feel bad for the man who needs a match, but as Be the Match reps say, you can’t put your life on hold.
(And for those in the know about the process – I haven’t committed to donating and they’re not prepping the patient – they’re still testing my “perfect match” status.)

I don’t know why you feel bad for this woman and her ongoing drama with Kris and their divorce. I don’t feel bad for anyone who rushes into marriage and then gets slighted. Sorry, I don’t buy the whole “omg I went through sooooo many fertility problems” bullshit. You ALL know that if she did, we’d have a ton of magazine covers about it and she would have pimped out her problems. This is the second time I’ve seen her randomly bring up that “I went through some problems” getting pregnant, and none of the interviewers bit. I think she’s just begging for even more attention. It really bothers me that she can pretend she has actual issues with it when Khloe is having ACTUAL infertility problems. “Omg I’m Kim my life is so hard” while Khloe has been actively trying for years to get pregnant, and I think Khloe is the most sane out of all of them. Her whole “I don’t exactly like talking about it because it’s not a happy thing, but it is what it is” feeling is something a lot of women feel.
Maybe I’m being oversensitive, but if my sister got pregnant (we’re pretty sure they weren’t “trying” – or had just started to, right?) at the drop of a hat when I’ve been trying for years, and then tried to be all “omg it was soooo hard on me” I would be really upset.

I’m half wondering if she didn’t get pregnant to try to force Kris to give up. In addition to the famewhoring and Kanye trapping aspects of it all. Because there’s no way she actually wants to have a child and be a good mother. That would require not being 100% selfish all the time!

OK IM confused. We ow hear she has fertility issues so how many guys did she try to get pregnant with? She has been dating Kanye what 8 months so lets say she was on the pill she came off for what two months for pregnancy & got pregnant soon after. Doesnt sound like fertility problems to me but does suggest that it will be part of the show.. Is there nothing in this family that they dont do or havent done or touched on.. I dunno something is just off with all of this stuff JUst sounds like more story lines for me & a sudden fertility problem.
First let me say that 99% of Kim’s clothes are ill fitting. Why should what she wears while pregnant be any different. Second, please stop talking about your “fertility” issues because you don’t have any. You became pregnant pretty quickly after going off the pill so there are no issues. Just because you froze eggs, doesn’t mean you have fertility issues. I feel sorry for those who have real fertility issues. Lastly, one article (somewhere) stated you were going to keep your relationship with Kanye and keep the baby private – good job doing so (sarcasm here).

Don’t know state of CA family law, but wouldn’t there come a time when abandonment (of marriage) kicks in? The judge signs off and voila!, a divorce.

The thing about the divorce is that Kris Humphries made money off the wedding too. He got paid to be on their reality show and all the endorsements from the tv special. Surely not as much as KK but still. Also I don’t understand why Kris is even allowed to challenge the pre-nup and draw this out for so long. I mean isn’t that what pre-nuptial agreements are for? So the partner can’t just try and take a ton of their former partner’s money anyways?
