Here are some photos of LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian at The Grove yesterday, filming an interview with Extra. I can’t find the interview! So I guess Extra hasn’t released anything online yet. I can tell from the photos that Eddie and LeAn did the interview together and then she sang something, probably a new song from her album. LeAnn looks… different, right? Ever since Brandi Glanville accused her of downing laxatives like candy, LeAnn has been gaining some much-needed weight back. Some of the weight has gone to her face, I think. Either that, or this is just an awful hairstyle that makes her face look chubby. Also: how unflattering is this dress? Ruching on the side? Gross. So, obviously, I’m now wondering if she’s pregnant.
Some more LeAnn stuff – she’s going back to acting! She’s going to make a guest appearance on Anger Management, and she’ll be playing Charlie Sheen’s love interest/girlfriend. There’s also a rumor going around – that I can only find on this one outlet – that LeAnn’s lawsuit against the Smileys was thrown out of court, and that LeAnn has 20 days to either re-file or let it go. We’ll see.
LeAnn also appeared on Chelsea Lately last night. It was a boring interview, LeAnn just said that she’s not ready to be pregnant yet but she is a step-mom, blah. So I guess she’s not pregnant.

This is mean to say but I think it every time I see Eddie with Leann together; they would not have cute kids. They both have such squinty narrow eyes. I also believe they are not having kids yet due to her having some type of substance abuse problem. She has shown up to perform concerts so wasted she sat on the floor to sing. No way was she is rehab for that bs story she made up.
LeAnn revealed years ago that she has psoriasis which is a life long condition. The medication has been linked to birth defects.
She is one of the only teen stars who never partied or clubbed. Sitting on the stage is something she has been doing for years. She believes it brings intimacy to the performance.
Dean’s sister would beg to differ. There are plenty of rumors about alleged substance abuse.
She looks good here and they look cute together. Can’t hate.

It’s funny because she does look very different from how she looked even just last year….. but on the other hand, she also looks much more similar to how she looked back in 1998 or so – she looks like an older, more botoxed version of that.
Maybe removing the huge veneers had that kind of effect on her face. She’s back to the smaller teeth now like she had back when she was a teen.

(More specifically: “failed to provide adequate specifics about the phone call, particularly about how and where the alleged invasion of privacy occurred.”)
So this isn’t about winning/losing based on the facts of the case, it’s that the suit wasn’t filed properly. That’s why she has 20 days to refile it.
I bet she refiles. It’s not like the existence of the phone call is in doubt, just sounds like they didn’t correctly dot their i’s and cross their t’s. To be honest, I were Rimes, I’d be pretty pissed off at the lawyer. (Then again, I wouldn’t have made the crack-head call in the first place.)
Thats interesting her lawyer did not put more details about that considering that is the basis of the suit, so she says.
I would think if LR was smart, which we know she isnt, but with her album out and her out touring that she would do the right thing and just drop it. If they had such a great case you would think they would have been more thorough in their filing. That seems really odd to me consider what LR must be paying her lawyer.

The people at the court house where she files all suit must get a good laugh at her tactics, Im sure they’ve seen her name plenty of times considering how many ppl she has tried to sue.

My impression hearing the tape of the call back when it was out (and from what I remember – a lot of peoples’ impressions) was that Kim could barely get a word out edgewise. It was all Leann rambling.
Yeah, it’s just a technicality and lawyers refile all the time. If LeAnn would use some common sense she would drop it now and end the madness. How she can’t see this mess isn’t good for her career while she’s promoting an album is beyond me. They could all release a joint statement and move on. But that would be too smart and common sense to do and LeAnn doesn’t do smart
things.
I wish it would be bad for her career, but let’s get real. The people she does interviews with are all buddies. None of the people interviewing her are asking about this lawsuit. It’s known because of people bringing awareness on Twitter and because ROL laps it up.
The details will come out!! Kim is just sitting back and letting them release them so they can’t accuse her of playing media games. Plus it could hurt her next battle when LR will refile. But this is a huge victory for her in several avenues!! 😄

I think the carelessness with which the original suit was filed is indicative of it’s bullying nature and lack of serious legal standing. However, LeAnn’s lawyer may have done it so he can milk more money out of LeAnn.

Probably not much there to be able to put in a lot of detail. Invasion of privacy/defamation cases require the allegations to be very specific.
I will add that many times celebrities have their attorneys file suit as a PR move (not that it is necessarily a wise-PR move) but they have no intention of going through with it (see Cruise, Tom as the prime example) The filing of the suit always gets the front page headline; how it is resolved is always buried somewhere in the back.
I never, ever read LeAnne posts when they come up in my feed (to me she’ll always be the girl who wrote the songs for Coyote Ugly and I dont care past that), but she looks so much prettier when no starved down to a negative size!

The Chelsea interview was dull, but she did get slightly called out for a lame microphone placement complaint or joke that seemed intended to let everyone know she was not wearing underwear. I think she is naturally a bigger girl with a blocky build, and she’s just wearing looser dresses.

Chelsea is irreverent to all her guests. It’s why I like her interviews. She was just being dry and actually funny with LeAnn and seemed to like her, because it was a big difference from last time when she seemed very aloof to LeAnn coming on her show. I think the reason she was (for Chelsea) fine with LeAnn this time is because Chelsea can’t stand Brandi according to what Brandi tweeted a while back. Because you can tell when Chelsea doesn’t like someone on the stage and that wasn’t the case last night. Then I was surprised to have seen LeAnn as the guest correspondent on E News last night coming on the whole show periodically doing country segments because of the CMTs. I thought it odd she wasn’t invited on some level, too, like a presenter at the awards. Her album came ot too late to be considered for anythiing.
I had the TV on mute while working last night so would look up and see her doing a segment on E News doing intoductions to their country stories. She changed outfits a few times, but I only turned it up two times to hear what she said and she seemed to do okay.

Emily, every time I read those comments, I think do they care they are offending people on here or their daughters. I have friends who have broad shoulders and all look good and I doubt their boyfriends consider them manly. Justin Timberlake doesn’t seem to mind his wife having broad shoulders. Brandi once said in an interview in a magazine that she didn’t know why LeAnn was copying her and trying to look like her by getting so thin, because before Brandi Eddie had always dated shorter, curvier girls, and that looking like Brandi obviously didn’t work for her in the marriage, since he cheated and the marriage failed, so why copy. I’m paraphrasing the article.
People’s desires change over time. If Eddie really fell in love with Brandi — and that’s a big IF, I don’t think he’s capable of love — then it would make sense for him to start to prefer her body type. It’s what happened with me and my husband. Before him, I liked skinny guys. After him, I like chunky guys.

Completely agree with you that the tabloid drama is overshadowing the good music…… but I still kind of like the drama. Leann now reminds me of those old school singers with the crazy personal lives but fantastic music – like, say, Dusty Springfield, Tanya Tucker, Patsy Cline, George Jones, Johnny Cash etc. Sometimes I wonder how we’d have perceived them – and others of those generations – if the internet and twitter had been around back then.

Why is everybody hating the outfit with Eddie? I really like it as a casual outfit, and the shoes are okay, I guess. The hair would have been better down and paler lipstick, but I guess it was still up for the Chelsea interview. Which on the Chelsea interview I liked her hair up, because she had a black dress on that came up to her neck and so I thought the hair up then looked nice.
Honestly, as bad as LeAnn has dressed in the past, these two outfits looked nice to me, except that red lipstick. Her makeup even looks decent for a change. I just think with the casual outfit, her hair down would have suited that outfit more.

This celebrity is unfortunately really close to A list. When she has a new record out, she gets closer to A list and then slips back down after it hopefully bombs. Anyway, she and her celebrity significant other had press releases ready a few months ago to announce her pregnancy when she had a miscarriage so they are waiting longer this time to announce her pregnancy.

Eddie’s putting on quite a display. Mario Lopez, fellow cheater and all, seems to make him so excited that he just might tinkle. I think her look is a vast improvement from starvation LeAnn…And rouching on the sides of the dress give a less boxy/thinner appearance in the mid section…
I’m not much of a fan, but do appreciate her talent, and must say good for her…seems she’s becoming comfortable in her own skin, at least in terms of her physical size…as she had been claiming…
LeAnn may have been thin, but she did exercise and she had muscle, particularly in her arms. Her current weight gain is most likely due to medication. When she entered treatment for depression and anxiety she would have been put on antidepressants. She looks bloated in general.
Incidently, nobody ever comments about Brandi’s weight. Her legs are like toothpics and it is pretty obvious she doesn’t exercise as she has no muscle whatsoever. She was a healthier weight when she was married. Despite what many seem to think she does make an effort to keep herself very thin. A couple of months ago she tweeted that she was a “fat pig”. LOL. How f**ked up is that?
One would assume brandi is losing weight because she’s under a lot of stress dealing with the b.s. Like when leann lost all that weight and was just bones but snapped at a fan and called them ‘abs’.
Brandi is honest and has said she losses weight when stressed. Leann on the other hand, lied and got angry and snapped on people.
Its called being skinny fat. If you are skinny, you will understand. When you are naturally thin, you can still have “fat” days. Sure you arent obese but a few extra lbs can be uncomfortable on a thin frame.
Do anti depressants make u gain weight? I was very depressed once and i could barely eat a morsel a day from the grief. Anti depressants didnt help me gain weight. Also Brandi has been very open about her use of Lexapro and she is still very thin

I feel awful for saying this, but she looks awful with the added weight. Maybe it’s not the weight, but whatever she did to her already unfortunate face. I think the problem is that she’s just a plain girl, and no amount of starving or work is going to change that. More importantly, she’s got a cold, dark soul, and that shows through.
Plain girls can be cute, but when their dark, revengeful soul comes through it’s impossible to see the light.
No amount of alteration to the outer appearance changes the inner beauty or ugliness that shows up. And when someone makes fun of chronological age (and that seems to be thrown at Brandi, though she’s about the same age as Eddie), it is both puzzling and sad.
How does she not know that wearing your hair in a bun is like kryptonite to men?

Dare I say she looks good here? The dress leaves a lot to be desired, but her figure and face look healthy. The two of them actually look happy together here too.

Good God almighty, she is one ugly woman.
Her face is awful. Her bottom lip has an obvious needle mark in the center, in her close ups. When she tries to be cute and sticks out her tongue, her swollen cheeks and swollen eyelids swallow her eyeballs and she looks like a lizard. Like, WOW she is ugly. i am actually blown away by how she has ruined her already homely face with fillers and botox.
Eddie is losing his good looks as well. His personality stinks, he is a jobless mooch (im sorry but fathers with two children need to work consistent jobs to be stable providers- he relies on leann to put a roof over his childrens head. That Is Despicable), he left his family, he can barely string a sentence together any better than a 14 year old.
Now that his looks are fading, he’s got nothing to offer. Enjoy him before his looks completely fade Leann. After that hes nothing but a cheater with a LOT of baggage.

I was watching and he was not on camera then they asked him to join her. He said something about she could right songs about him and basically go off on twitter or whatever and he was fine with it.

I just mention it because I recall lots of discussion on here about why Eddie is fine with LeAnn on social networks.
Eddie doesn’t say anything against his wife because she is his walking ATM. I’m sure Eddie got a few bonus Ben Franklins just for going on stage and acting like a dutiful husband.
Why is Eddie there? Isn’t she trying to re-start her singing career with this album? You know, based on her voice.
I really get the feeling that she thought when she hooked up with the actor, that she would be projected into celeb couple superstardom and she would be on par with the Brange or whatnot. And she just keeps pushing it as an angle that no-one is taking her up on. Hence the scripted reality show. Or maybe she promised Eddie she would make him a superstar actor. She made the 1st hubbie a “songwriter” on at least one of her albums. Guess it is a pattern.
