Here are some photos of Kit Harington out and about in LA yesterday. He appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, and then he went out for drinks, it seems. He was looking cute and not so tiny and sad-faced. There’s actually not anything groundbreaking to say about Kit – beyond the Kimmel interview, Kit has mercifully stopped saying words. He managed to avoid complaining about his overwhelming beauty and hunk status with Kimmel. Yay.
Part I: Kit talks about “Hardhome” and the White Walkers. He says The Night’s King is a dude named Richard. Which is just funny to me.
Part II: Kit has to watch three dudes do their Jon Snow impressions. The first guy is DEAD ON. At least with his voice, which is absolutely perfect. The second guy was sort of half-assed. The third guy has a great ear. I think his Varys is better than his Littlefinger. His Jon Snow is the second best after the first guy.
Kimmel also asked Kit at one point what he would do if he was killed off in the Season 5 finale and Kit said, “I don’t know how I could top ‘Thrones,’ I think I would probably just give it up.” NOOOOOoooo! But he’s probably not going to die, right? RIGHT? What would do without Sadface Crow on Game of Thrones?

I know, right? For a while everytime I saw an article about him it was him complaining about how he was being treated like a piece of meat. Boo hoo…go cry into your pile of money!
I like him on GofT, but I get tired of actors who bitch and complain about the negatives of their fame and celebrity while they make all that money and enjoy the perks of both. Yeah, I’m sure it’s a drag sometimes, but guess what…lots worse things and look at Brad Pitt?! For a long time he was just “a hunk” to a lot of people but he stuck with it and is making the movies he wants and has a good life. Stop bitchin!
All of this adulation for his looks is completely foreign to Harington. He’s said in previous interviews he never once received a compliment for his looks prior to GoT, so the all the attention he garners for his good looks now seems disingenous. He said he feels like someone is playing an elaborate joke on him. And Jon Snow is THE pivotal character on GoT. everything that’s happening directly or indirectly will impact his fate,so he most certainly isn’t going to die, even if it appears that way.
So after drama school & all the hard work, he would quit acting if his character was killed. Kitty, kitty I think you been a tad bit OTT.

I doubt that Kit Harington will give up acting, he doesn’t seem to be the type for it. Jack Gleeson (Joffrey) seems to go through with it so far.
This. I don’t see him quitting acting anytime soon, no matter what happens to his character on the show.

Someone kill his pants, first. I hate them more, especially paired with the horizontal striped shirts he fancies so much.

This actor hasn’t done anything of note. That Pompeii film was a disaster and showcases how terrible an actor he truly is. Frankly, I can’t wait until Jon Snow meets the fate he is supposed to meet in the books.
Apparently Testament of Youth is very, very good — including Kit’s performance. So he might have some potential that we haven’t seen yet.
I’m hoping, because so far, he makes Robert Pattinson look like an Oscar candidate.
In fairness, Pattinson has been praised by critics for his performances in both, MTTS and The Rover. He’s a much better actor than Kit.
I am quite excited for the finale on Sunday, though they’ve been foreshadowing the big event for Jon Snow like crazy.

Yes ma’am. The one who’s parents (whole village I should add) were killed by wildlings, the one who killed Ygritte, the one who the cameramen have been cutting away to everytime Jon and/or wildlings are mentioned. He’s not going to have anything to do with it. At All.

Agreed. And since they are very clearly foreshadowing that this event is going to take place in the finale, GRRM better hustle and finish the Winds of Winter so that the cliffhanger isn’t spoiled by the show!

Um, no. He is stabbed, and passes out. You have absolutely no idea how GoT thrones works if you think getting stabbed means he’s dies. Jon Snow is the most important character on GoT. There’s plenty of precedent for less important characters returning from the dead, so there’s little chance Jon Snow is a goner.
I’m just saying in the BOOK Jon Snow dies. You know the tv show is based on books, right?

Richard Madden played Robb and he would be a total upgrade as Jon Snow.
They are not going to kill off John Snow. That show is going to tank without him. They sacrificed Pompeii the movie in favor of GOT. That’s just my opinion.
