Well, this is surprising! Bridget Moynahan quietly married her boyfriend Andrew Frankel on Saturday. I didn’t even know she had a serious boyfriend, but there you go. Frankel is apparently a business guy, “co-president of Stuart Frankel and Co., a Wall Street institutional brokerage firm,” according to People. Since the Tom Brady thing, Bridget really hasn’t dated anyone else high-profile, so I guess it’s not shocking that we had no idea she was with a business dude. According to People Magazine’s source, Andrew is a born-and-bred New Yorker and they met through a mutual friend: “They met each other through a friend and she has been on cloud nine ever since.”
Bridget Instagrammed the above photo so we’re getting a decent look at her dress. I don’t have an ID on it, but it’s very pretty. It seems like it was sleeveless, but they she added a white fur shrug/stole. Very pretty. Bridget and Andrew’s wedding was in the Hamptons and the ceremony was described as “intimate” and that they were “surrounded by friends and family.” I don’t think she invited Tom Brady and Gisele, but then again… they aren’t close. They stay friendly because of their son Jack, but their relationship isn’t super-tight. It also sounds like this is Frankel’s second wedding (at least): he is already father to three sons, all of whom are older than Jack, who is 8 years old.
What else? The couple didn’t want gifts so they asked their guests to donate to The Hole in Wall Gang Camp. Nice. Oh, and I didn’t realize this, but Bridget is 44 years old! I can’t find anything about Frankel’s age. I would put him close to her age though – mid-40s, maybe? In any case, congrats to the happy couple. I’m glad Bridget found someone low-key and the whole thing seems very classy.

I looked up her instagram and she never posts pictures of her son…I just did go back a couple of months but still. Must be hard when one parent is showing off the kid and one isn’t…
She probably feels like he gets enough exposure from the other parent.
To be honest, I don’t post pics of my kids either. Sorry with all these nuts out there – especially since her kid has famous parents – who wants that kind of exposure? I can’t believe this is used to measure love nowadays!

I have loved her since 2006 when she invited me to sit with her and a friend near NYU one day. I used to spend a lot of time in that area. I ran into her a few times at Duane Reade (an East Coast pharmacy chain and we used to have small talk.
I also met Liev Schreiber and Denis Leary at that same Pharmacy. I didn’t know Denis was so tall, and so was his son.
Congrats, they both look super happy! That purple dress is everything (and I generally hate strapless gowns, but she can actually wear the heck out of it.)
I really wish her the best, I still think that Brady was a complete jerk to her. Of course she is civil to him and Gisele, but why would she ever invite them them to the wedding?
Didn’t know she had split with McG. Imagine how hard it must have been to go through a pregnancy alone while your barely-ex ex gallivanted around with the richest supermodel in the world. Glad she has found happiness. She looks beautiful in her wedding dress.

Yes, I believe she and Tom split before she realized she was pregnant (but I may be wrong about that). I’ve always felt she had the most difficult role in raising her son alone while he almost instantly hooked up with Giselle. That can’t feel very good. But she made it through and hopefully she and her husband are a good fit. I watch Blue Bloods, and she is very classy and smart, so I actually think her businessman husband is a much better fit for her than Tom Brady would have been in the long run.
She’s freaking gorgeous and doesn’t look 44 at all! I hope she stays away from plastic surgery. I’m glad she found someone and wish them the best. I’ve always respected her for the way she handled the pregnancy, and for not beating Gisele’s ass for her insensitive comments about seeing Jack as “100% her own”, also glad the 3 of them seem to be co parenting with ease these days.

That’s how it’s done! Give me a picture of the couple and the dress, and I’m good. I don’t need to know they dined on pate and lobster or the colors of the table decorations or any of that stuff. They look happy, and I am happy for both of them!

I’m happy for her and feel like Tom Brady always did her wrong in many ways. Nice to see someone recover from that and be happy.
Yeah, that whole situation changed my opinion of Tom. I understand they were broken up and people move on, but he could’ve kept his new relationship a little more private during the pregnancy, just to be respectful, and Gisele said some pretty insensitive things after Jack was born, but it seems like they’ve all moved on and can co parent peacefully. Gisele and Tom have always been more about the media attention and Bridget has been more reserved and I respect her for that.
