Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt sat down for an exclusive interview with NBC’s Tom Brokaw which will air in its entirety on Monday. For now, Today has only released one small clip (I’m including that below). This is the first time Brad and Angelina have done a joint TV interview in…?? Did they even do joint TV interviews when they were promoting Mr. & Mrs. Smith? I don’t remember any. And yes, they’ve chatted together on red carpets and such, but Brokaw really did get a mega-exclusive with this one.
No subject was off-limits, including how Angelina “doesn’t belong in the kitchen,” so says Brad. They also discussed Angelina’s double-mastectomy. Jolie said: “I knew through the surgeries that he was on my side and that this wasn’t something where I was going to feel less of a woman, because my husband wasn’t going to let that happen.” When asked about his role in Angelina’s surgeries, Brad said: “Support. Whatever’s got to be done to keep the family together, and keep the family together as long as possible is going to be done. This was her charge, no question. It’s a scary decision. There’s many things that can go wrong and go many different directions.” I like that he views it as “keeping the family together.” He really is a family man.
When asked about undergoing those elective surgeries, Angelina explained: “You have to just make the choices you make in life. I made the choices I made because I believed they were right for me.” And finally, when asked about their film, By the Sea, and how they’re playing a super-dysfunctional couple, Angelina said: “I’m counting on the audience to know that if it was close to us at all, we could never make this film. It’s because we’re actually very, very stable and these aren’t our issues.”
Meanwhile, Angelina dropped a new trailer for By the Sea, and chatted about the film with Entertainment Weekly (this “interview” was conducted via email). Some highlights:
Working with her husband: “It was comforting in that he’s a great actor and we produced it together. So we were creating together and we were partners in making it. We were there to lean on each other. But, of course, it comes with wanting to make sure I do right by him. The pressure of making sure that I was doing a good enough job because I care about this actor more than other actors! It was an emotionally charged set — even though the characters are very different from us, when you act you still express real emotion.”
Why the trailers are so opaque: “I wanted to suggest and guide and give hints to the audience but not bore them or reveal all before the film itself. I like trailers that don’t explain the whole film; that tell you exactly what to expect.”
The film is about voyeurism? “It isn’t my intention to hide anything from the audience, but the film is a complicated adult drama where things are often not what they seem. The voyeurism for example, most people will assume only that it is titillating. But it has deeper resonance to the story. I like films that leave questions and cause discussion.”
What people can take away from the new trailer: “This trailer hints at one of the bolder aspects in the narrative. But what will they take away? I’m not sure. I hope they are curious and that when they see the film they find it interesting. That’s all I can hope for.”
Her last film, Unbroken, wasn’t loved by critics but it did make money, especially with the conservative Christian crowd. I suspect Angelina will not be cozying up to Evangelicals again for this film, which leaves me to wonder…is anyone really expecting By the Sea to do anything other than recoup its costs? This is a small little art-house film that just happens to star two of the biggest celebrities on earth. It will be fascinating to see the projections for it.

Budget is $10 Million It opens in limited release. I predict it will be a modest hit. I am looking forward to joint interview with Tom Brokaw.I am happy they selected him over Matt.
From the time Ann left the interviews have always been with someone other that Lauer. They liked being interviewed by her and a part of me think they know he had a hand in how crappy she was let go.
They are so cute in the small clip about Angelina’s cooking – the love, fun, teasing and respect is clear to see..
ITA. I just don’t get why there’s a certain element that get so bent out of shape because Brad and Angie are so obviously in love, and meant to be together.
i agree of modest hit, If the awful tourist made 200M ww , I think This will minimum make 100 m ww.
The budget is well over $30 and that’s without P&A. It was shot in Malta (not cheap) universal was under the impression it was a wid release and they’d make their only back. Angelina shot for 6 months, racked up a huge budget without telling anyone that it would be ‘limited release.’ Now universal is left scrambling w a 30 mil limited to 3 theatres release. Self indulgence at its finest here.
Evidence or you are lying about the budget.
And don’t even think about quoting Deadline as your source. They did a hit piece on this movie without evidence and without even seeing the movie just because Angelina didn’t give them any attention.
At cosby bitter much? I’ve seen you go site to site saying the same thing. Jolie really rattles your cage.
Well, I can’t believe that anyone in the modern entertainment industry including the Jolie-Pitts, would think that this was anything but a limited release art house type of pic. I totally expect to see this on Netflix soon. That’s business these days.
Not every film has to have Disney action figures. I believe Malta, (like some other jurisdictions) have very attractive tax credit incentives for film companies.
@Cosby: Six months? More like six weeks if that. It’s a low budget art house film. It’s ridiculous to think they got $30 million. This movie is going to be a “flop” only because it’s Brad and Angelina. If this starred anybody else, nobody would expect to do more than make its budget. Similar to how the LOBAH was being called a flop eventhough it was a low budge film shot in a foreign language. People just love to hate on them.
A person whose name makes light of a serial rapist’s drug of choice(although misspelled) says it all.
Stay Pressed,Boo
Yea, I’m not getting where the 30 million came from. Box Office Mojo says 10 million. The only PAID promo that I’ve seen them have to do is they’ve been sponsering ads (of the trailers) on FB, and they have some tv spots in Italian and English (that I’ve seen). Otherwise, they’ve been doing magazine shoots and interviews. Malta has really good tax incentives, etc. Ten million, especially if Brad and Angelina did this for free seems about right. It’s a small film……
@Cosby’s Queludes:
Wrong, the budget was $10 million. Why “some” want to make it more, is anyone’s guess.
@Cosby’s Queludes:
I think your choice of username tells everyone what they need to know.
Depends on the competition. Does it open in November or not? I want to see it but I think November-December are pretty strong months for film. Too strong for a small film like BTS. I’ve seen a couple of ads for films I want to see and they’re in the coming months. They usually make more overseas anyway but that’s usually with more mainstream films.
Well hi there, Jolie’s right leg! Long time no see!
They have lots of fans all over the world and I’m predicting they will make back there money and some. I will be seeing it or will buy it went it is out of video. Good luck to them. They are very relax with each other and it shows.
Btw, the movie is not all about a marriage coming apart, they did save their marriage so it came around full circle.
BNA.FN, which film do you mean when you say the marriage is saved at the end? Have you already watched By the Sea?
@Bettyrose
Just through interviews, Angelina has said it’s about how they come together and work through to save their marriage…..so it doesn’t have an unhappy ending…..
just came to say the same thing!
I forgot just how odd that pose looks!!
Angelegga-jolie!
Hurrah, the leg of doom is back! I have to confess it is a mystery to me how people can project so personally about some celebrities. I view their lives as of a small amount of prurient interest to me, which is the cost to them of being high profile celebrities, and probably a price they are willing to pay for their rarefied existence. However, I am sure that like everyone else they are just trying to live their lives as best they can, and bring up their children as best they can, as we all do. It is of no personal or actual interest to me what there real life is like, and does not change my own life one iota. Which is as it should be IMO.
Gah! That trailer reminds me of Revolutionary Road, which I also didn’t see because a film about the misery of marriage doesn’t really interest me. 70s kid and all. Watched marriages fall apart all the time growing up.
I do believe they’re a really solid couple, though. I don’t think either of them knew what they were looking for until they found each other.
I can not wait for this film, i miss those simple films of the 70’s.
I think its love story and they look hot together in the film.
This film will be secret pleasure to many despite the subject. I do think good proportion will head to film just to see them interact in love story.
The difference between this and the tourist is that in the tourist there was no heat between Johnny and Angelina. Despite how cheesy 70’s vibe this film sound it still made me want me to see them. They are so attracting s couple in movies. again i miss simple stories.
I don’t know why people (not you) still claim that the Tourist is flop – on a budget of 100 million, it earned 300 million.
I don’t see any parallel at all between this film and The Tourist, which was a big budget plot driven film. By the Sea is a small budget character driven film. While the subject matter is not my bag, I respect the artistic effort.
The Tourist and this one are completely different. I love The Tourist because of Johnny.
Barb, I hated the Tourist because of Angie. Johnny, I could care less. Box office, I care only a little more (a profit no matter how small is all I hope for), Angie is a different story. How many movies does a woman get to make in a career (how many does Angie have left)? I always see movies like “The Tourist” as missed opportunities to create something memorable. I forgot about this movie the day after I saw it.
I really enjoyed The Tourist for what it was. Johnny was so endearing. Angie was just a vision and I enjoyed looking at her.
I loved The Tourist for Rufus Sewall and Paul Bettany. Were other people in it?
+1000.
its hard to judge the strength their relationship not only because its only from the outside but also because its so hard to imagine either of them with anyone else. publicitywise they can only massively downgrade.
I don’t know them, fair enough, but as Hollywood couples go, I just get a vibe from them like they’re best friends and true equals in their relationship. So many famous couples seem like one party is hanging on for dear life, but not with these two.
@Bettyrose:
Agreed. They were adults when they came together, both having the same type of values which helps as a lot of celebs are in relationship because of loneliness, lust, image, branding etc.
They also knew about the trappings of Hollywood and what a true romantic partnership meant what with their failed marriages and all. They clearly decided to work on whatever they had initially and build on it through the years. So many couples split simply because they don’t schedule properly, grow jealous of the other’s success and miss each other for months on end but these 2 prove it’s all about committing to the family without having to compromise on their their time together. They are rich, they can make work work to their advantage and they do.
They push each other to be the best versions of themselves and support each other when taking (professional) risks. So many celebs are too egotistic and vain to truly celebrate their (more) successful partner and they bail at the slightest problem. If you want to be together, you need to be in the same place most of the time and accept each other’s success. They are equals in that regard and I think having a full life (outside of Hollywood), clear honest values and most all, being ADULTS with plenty of experience helped them become a powercouple. And it certainly helped they look hot.
@Saphana: It really is hard to think of Brad or Angie being with someone else. I know they have, I’ve seen pictures, and have read they were married before. But, honestly, these two seem made for each other.
I agree. I’m not interested in the movie because it looks depressing as hell.
And it looks self-conscious, especially the quieter parts that show her walking or smoking. Almost like it was filmed as it was supposed to look like. I don’t like movies like that, but I’m sure it will recoup its money, at least, just on their names.
@Neil, I agree about The Tourist. So disappointing! I was hoping it would be an updated Charade, but the script wasn’t great and I felt like Depp was totally phoning it in and played his character as if he came from a different movie set altogether.
He’s been linked to a remake of The Thin Man for years and I hope he’s actually engaged in that if/when it happens because it would be depressing to see him phoning in Nick Charles. I’ve also heard good things about the novels Mortdecai was based on (they’re sort of a dark, ironic twist on Jeeves & Wooster + British mysteries) and yet that movie was just…flat. The supporting cast in that–like The Tourist–was really strong, but Depp played Mortdecai mainly as a mustache joke. Talk about having wasted opportunities on your resume and limited time left in your career–he’s the poster child.
I saw Revolutionary Road, it was OK, but there was no “spark”, no real chemistry, between Leo and Kate. It was a downer of a movie, very depressing. Plus, I hated Kate’s character, she was such a whiny witch.
@Neil: I don’t know what possessed Johnny Depp to play the character the way he did, he ruined the film, Angie was great, Paul was great, and Johnny let them down. Johnny Depp isn’t a good actor, he’s good at being a “character”, but not as portraying a regular person.
At least there was Angie and Paul, and of course, Venice, to make the film successful. And it was successful.
@Bettyrose, who wrote: “Gah! That trailer reminds me of Revolutionary Road, which I also didn’t see because a film about the misery of marriage doesn’t really interest me. 70s kid and all. Watched marriages fall apart all the time growing up.”
“By the Sea” is actually about a marriage being pieced back together rather than one falling apart. From what I gather, seeing examples of other couples they interact with at the resort–young and old–helps them work through their mess and heal their marriage.
Why is she telling us they’re very, very stable?
The lady doth protest too much
Because it’s assumption that movie is autobiographic – she is just telling that it isn’t.
(You can read the whole quote in context)
Is it so strange for Angelina to to say they are very, very stable in her marriage when we have read that his X wife said she has never been happier in her life than she is now. She even went on to say she obes JT eyeballs, now, that is love. I choose to believe both of them and wish them good luck in every with their spouse.
Because she isn’t dumb and already knows the narrative non-fans and the media will try to create about them. It’s pretty simple.
@non: Because of people like you. People who will think this is a film about THEIR marriage, people that can’t differentiate between reality and fantasy.
Your attached trailer made me laugh. Opaque is right on!!! I love that she doesn’t explain the plot or give anything away. Hollywood tends to dumb down everything including trailers. You go Jolie-Pitt.
The movie (at least the trailer) feels very European. We’ll see about the movie.
I doubt they expect this to be a hit, it seems more like a vanity project for them. I don’t know if the film is any good but the editing of the trailers are good (my type of editing) if you like those artsy fartsy kind. Jolie is simply beautiful to look at in videos, I guess.
And their reaction to the kitchen comment is cute. Thank god there’s no, ‘we are so in love and perfect for each other’ comment about their relationship.
Agree. I like its soundtrack so far. That’s about it.
Look what we have here – Brad & Angelina jointly promoting their movie. And the haters vehemently claimed that they won’t because they are separated in real life.
I am willing to bet this movie will get its budget back and become a hit. Brangelina’s fanbase is humongous and the media keeps underestimating the fans.
As for the critics – the public proved how wrong they were by making Unbroken a hit and there are hundreds of tweets about how amazing that movie is from the normal people.
Maya please. Stop with all the haters nonesense. People can dislike AJ and Brad if they chose to just like you probably have celebs you don’t like. But why when it comes to these two, people are considered haters? I don’t read you labeling people haters when they talk about Kim K or Paltrow and so on. This seems so immature.
I like Brad and AJ and have been a fan of each before they got together but everything I have said about them have not been full of praise. Doesn’t make me a hater, I just don’t worship celebs to the extent that some do.
By The Sea doesn’t look that great. I wouldn’t even give it a second thought if it wasn’t a Brad and AJ film .
The JA fans refers to Brad and Angelina’s fans as loons and worshipers. We know this is not true, just like BA fans know you don’t have to be hater not to like JA. So, it goes both ways.
+100000000000
This is CB right? I am allowed to write whatever I want – I am not attacking anyone personally nor am I rude. So why are you getting all worked up as if I am talking about you?
As for the other celebs you mentioned – I don’t particularly like them so I don’t click on their articles or leave any comments.
@4Real..
Maya maybe over the top; but please let’s not be ignorant in not acknowledging that when it comes to Angie and Brad that some posters have an agenda to post things that are completely wrong and negative. It is beyond not “liking a celebrity”.. it is trying on every single thread about them to take the smallest quote or story and blow it out of proportion. Or ot use tabloid stories and gossip as truth and to paint them; especially Angie and everything she does, or says in the most negative light.
that is hating for the sake of hating.. not being impartial or disliking it goes beyond that. So I too think that is a hater not someone expressing some different opinion.
@V4REAl, who wrote: “Maya please. Stop with all the haters nonesense. People can dislike AJ and Brad if they chose to just like you probably have celebs you don’t like. But why when it comes to these two, people are considered haters?”
LOL! Seriously? I haven’t checked yet, but could you tell me if you posted the same to “why are you so harsh on her!” crowd on the Aniston thread?
I remember listening to a film critic up here in Toronto questioning Maleficent’s limited chances of box office success. She, like many other film critics didn’t take into account that movie’s lead actor. Is she a hater? I don’t know. But she like many others like her need to take into account the rather unique loyalty of Angie’s fan base.
@V4Real: There are “haters”, people who live to hate a celebrity couple they know absolutely nothing about. Is that normal, of course not, It’s nuts, but the haters exist.
@Neil: There are more Angelina Jolie fans, than “detractors”, “haters”, or whatever they are called. Most normal people can see Angie is a person who cares about others.
Neil and lola —
Very true. And Angie’s fan base is global. It’s not just in the U.S. And considering that By the Sea has been called a European-style film, I think it will do very well abroad.
Brad looks really, REALLY good! They both look happy and relaxed. Art House films are usually made for a small niche. It will be interesting to see what film critics have to say once the film is screened at AFI.
Brad Pitt is mighty fine for his age.
The movie has already screened for HFPA and will for the Writer’s Guild this week. So things are starting.
Given how everything but Goosebumps and The Martian is bombing right and left at the box office; I think expectations for anything not entitled “Star Wars” should be kept at a modest level at this point.
I know this had a small budget and it should recoup that but several above are saying it is an art film aimed at art houses but the trailer has been showing at the big multiplexes.
It’s still a small, indie film. Not all indie films are shown just at art house movie theatres, but sometimes at multiplexes. But even if it is, maybe they are showing the trailers at bigger theatres just as promotion.
The multiplex where I have been seeing the trailer a lot (I go to the movies at least once if not twice a week) rarely shows trailers for films it doesn’t screen.
I’d watch 100 indie films before I’d sink to the level of watching “Star Wars”. LOL
I would too, lola! I look forward to BtS. There’s Brad, Angie and that car.
Did you hear anything about “Spotlight”? Michael Keaton, about the journalist who broke the Catholic priest molestation story. It has Oscars written all over it!
I live in Boston so, yes, I’ve heard a lot about it as it was filmed here last year, the premiere was here last week, and the story originated here and I know a few of the people depicted in the film. The trailer looks great and the cast is great so I am looking forward to seeing it and hoping it will do well. It will probably do well here even though the topic will be painful for many. Black Mass was painful for many here too and it has done well here.
Wow brad is such a beautiful man (if there is any word like that) shiloh is his replica! They both make a very hot couple… Love them both…. I believe by the sea is going to be a hit…. Its noy going to remain on limited screen that i can bet….
Looks very cute, and yeah this is definitely the first time theyve done a real side by side interview not on a RC.
As for the movie’s chances, my strategy for now is to have no expectations for either box office or critical response, enjoy all the promotion they do, and see the movie (if it comes near me which I’m startin to doubt) hoping I like it, if nothing else.
That’s what came to my mind too. Mind the cuteness!!!!! They’re so cute, the way they interact. Cute and in love.
People complain all the time that trailer tell too much of the story so why watch.. I like that the tease. There are some plot points that she doesn’t want to give away. Things that will be a twist; per her interview. So I’ll wait to see the film. Beside she said at the very beginning that it was a SMALL INDEPENDENT type film.. something they don’t get cast in but that they like.. So now here it is.
She and Brad are very cute together in that clip.. The chemistry is REAL
Angelina needs hair update. It looks like Brad had some nip/tuck recently, his jawline and cheeks seem to be a little bit too tight.
@Jenni: I can’r help but laugh at your comment. According to people such as you, Brad and Angie do nothing but have plastic surgery day in and day out. Too funny.
I think they are an adorable couple and they seem to be having fun in the interview. I don’t think I’ll go out of my way to see the movie but it looks intriguing.
Brad has gotten some fillers..he’s lookin fine.
He really looks different. Good, but different. She looks great, healthier.
they both look different imo
By The Sea trailer appears to show AJ playing ‘Girl Interrupted’ got out of the nuthouse went to Europe and found Brad Pitt. Pitt in the trailer appears too supportive if AJ was going for a real twisted love story Brad role has to be a stronger narcissistic screaming self obsessed out of control wack job. Angie is lucky Brad is such a nice guy.
Sheesh, this movie looks depressing. I think Angie is at her best when she’s playing emotionally volatile characters. She is rumered to suffer from bpd and does a great job portraying slightly unstable characters. Brad P just seems so smarmy and goofy I can’t help but chuckle at him in the trailers.
@desertrose: Where did you get your information that Angelina is “rumored to suffer from bpd”. I can guess, but , even you should know not to pay attention to “rumors”.
She has never had bpd, that is a lie. But I understand that sitcom actresses are usually neurotic, needy, clingy and suffer from bpd….
I’ll admit, I am going to see By The Sea, (if it comes to my area) basically to see, if the old Mr and Mrs. Smith chemistry is still there. Plus, honestly, the trailer intrigues me…
Brad was right there when she said, they are very stable, so ….
I can’t wait for this movie. I hope it’s a glorious mess in the Burton/Taylor mode of beauty, glamour, sexiness and a preposterous script. Although AJ’s wearing a beigey pussybow blouse in that clip, so I should probably lower my expectations on that score. Since I’m feeling shallow, just want also to say one of things I really like about the Jolie-Pitts is how lovely they are with fans, especially on the RC. I like that they have fun with it all, as well as all their good work.
She has the best smile. It lights up her face.
I’ve seen quite a few of these small adult couple dramas over the years. Some are good and some drag. I loved Rabbit Hole with Nicole Kidman which was only made with a three million dollar budget. I really liked Revolutionary Road. The Deep Blue Sea with Rachel Weisz was horrible. I couldn’t finish it. And I love her.
I just can’t tell with this one yet because I don’t like the trailer. That doesn’t mean the movie will be bad, though since she said the way the trailer is is on purpose. I have to say I hate her wig.
It reminds me of Winona Ryder’s wig in Edward Scissorhands a little. http://media.giphy.com/media/M2Jv1IQviJLmo/giphy.gif
This is the first trailer of this movie that interested me. I actually teared up slightly at the end. That said, I’ll wait until it comes to premium cable to watch.
I think that if the movie resonates with people – sometimes, movies about marital conflict really hit home and sometimes they don’t – it will be a slow rise kind of success. Initially, the people who go to see it will be Jolie or Pitt fans or people who just really like art films. If it has broader appeal, word of mouth will push it.
Films that are simply depressing and have no broad message or lesson within don’t tend to take off. If audiences are going to volunteer for an angst-fest, there generally has to be something redemptive or hopeful in the story to justify the two hours of a huge buzz kill movie.
We’ll see how it goes. Honestly, I can’t tell from the trailers whether this is going to be really good or just really a huge Debbie Downer art film congratulating itself on how far down the angst hole it can go. I hope it’s good. I love watching Jolie on the screen, and I love a good movie, so I really hope it’s good.
If I see “By the Sea” in the mail along with my other Oscar screeners, I’ll know the intent of the studio for making the film.
….sheesh non stop work….are they going broke…
On a superficial note, these two are super cute together. These stills remind me of the WWZ red carpet pics when Brad had his sunglasses in his mouth and Angelina was laughing her head off- she looked like a cute bunny.
Next, the upcoming projections… seems the ‘pros’ look forward to projections than actually seeing movies. Myself, I’m looking forward to this movie and if it comes to be that this will be limited release, I will just have to do what I’ve done when TAOJJ, TOL or any film geared towards an ‘urban’ demographic come out-go the first weekend and if I like it, I’ll see it again as quickly and as often as possible.
And frankly, it’s pretty interesting that the bloggers who have started their ‘speculations’ about the release focuses on the two leads’ bankability/marketability and completely sprouted amnesia about goals that both Brad and Angelina have vocalized a few times- making movies that don’t live and die on a the first weekend box office take, but movies, like those from the 70s, that remain in theaters for a long time and finds an audience outside of bean counters prognostications. And frankly, if BTS is successful commercially due to an uncommon marketing plan, it’ll just solidify Brad and Angelina’s savvy, and hopefully, destabilize these PR-brought sites that never cop to being wrong.
For me, beyond seeing Brad and Angelina on the big screen again, I love retro movies, especially if the costumes, hair, makeup and music is on point. And since it was shot it a picturesque location, I’m really in.
She looks a lot like her mother in the interview pictures!
They are cute together in the today clip, but the trailer made me lol, it looks so cheesy.
I agree. One of the cheesiest trailers I’ve ever seen. What were they thinking? It goes past not wanting to give away too much of a movie. How they executed that desire was a huge fail with zero dialogue. The music and scenes that turned cheesy deeper into the trailer. It was absolutely the worst idea to do a trailer like that. It makes Madonna’s W.E. trailer look genius for her indie movie. Even though the movie ended up being just okay (although visually stunning), the trailers did intrigue me with the dual stories.
But they are two huge movie stars that are married so should be enough to still draw people in if the reviews are good, because it won’t be that trailer that does it for most.
I think AJ is new at directing, and is making movies the way she thinks they are supposed to be made. I don’t believe she was ever a student of film, the way many directors were when growing up, living and breathing film. If she keeps at it, she may find her own voice. But I don’t think this is it. It does seem really cheesey.
Agree. This film looks tacky, based on the trailer. Malta looks lovely, though!
I wonder what their go to Halloween costumes are.
Oh man, I just love them, and I can’t wait to see their interview together!!
I’ll see the movie for the background scenery, if nothing else.
I love how strong, stable, loving and respectful their relationship is. True love does exist! No sarcasm intended, I’m being genuine.
Excuse me while I gush…
I’m an actor myself, and it’s true you have to be so trusting and comfortable with your partner in order to be able to open up, go to these horrible places and then let it go. It’s a dream when you get to work with someone like that.
Also love that Brad is a real family man. He talks about his family, but he never uses them, unlike a certain Ben Affleck…
Having said that, I hate the trailer. Movie looks bad. And I love artsy, european movies.
#Brangeloonie
Wow. look at Mr. Pitt. He DID get some plastic surgery. What an effing shame. I LIKE men to get older. He just looks puffy. LIke Tom Cruise. What is it with this society, erasing a lives off of their face. This IS what makes you beautiful, who you are inside and out. Not a lack of wrinkles.
Prey tell, when did he get plastic surgery? I see you are here looking at him just to make some snarky comment. Don’t you believe it’s about time to let it go? It’s been almost 11 years and you are carrying a grudge against a man you don’t know. Your BFF Jen is doing great, she just got married to the love of her life. Please let it go and move on with your life. Btw, Brad is beautiful whether you believe it or not, and you don’t have to believe it, it’s ok.
his and hers plastic surgery. so cute!
Best kept secret; every one in Hollywood want to know who their doctor is because everyone else has seem to be using amateurs by comparison. But seriously, you need to develop a little more sophistication. What you are seeing is a combination of lighting, professionally applied makeup and good genes. Nothing more than that.
I can’t wait to watch this film. Love the trailer.
To me the trailers don’t look promising. But I don’t really feel she’s the best actress or director, so I’m likely bringing my paradigms of her past work into my opinion of this. I thought this movie was coming out in November? Now it’s getting released in December?
As a side: if you don’t believe that both of them continue to be…er…”freshened up” regularly, you’re blind. The man had far more wrinkles and crags in his untouched dag in 2008 than he does now. And his face is clearly puffy. Everyone in Hollywood gets work done. It’s a sad part of being in the public eye. You’re never good enough or young enough. She has no lines on her forehead when she had them in 2007. And her upper lip is thicker than it was in the early 2000’s. It’s not a hallucination. It’s the magical gift of sight. And with all the pressures of having to be”perfect” to get jobs and remain relevant to sell tickets, not to mention the harsh things EVERY actor hears on a regular basis from critics to studio execs ALL THE TIME, I don’t blame them for getting things tweaked and pulled and peeled. Heaven knows how jacked up their self-image would have to be.
They’re super cute together! I wish they’d do more joint interviews together. I can just watch them interact all day. Hope the movie will be showing in my city. My friends and I are all eagerly anticipating BTS!
