I’m starting to worry that I know, retain and remember too many factoids about the Kardashian-Jenner clan. I know it’s my job to retain this information, but this Page Six piece on Kris Jenner and her boyfriend is the second “obvious gossip is obvious” story I’ve written about the clan just this week. So, Kris Jenner has been dating Corey Gamble for about a year and a half. He started out as a bodyguard-type and then Kris basically hired him to be her on-screen love interest and general “handler” to the Kardashian-Jenner kids. This is not me talking out of my ass – it was no secret that Corey is being paid. I’m sure they dress it up like he’s being paid to appear on the show, but he’s being paid to be Kris’s boyfriend. So, obvious story is obvious.
It’s all business for Kris Jenner — even when it comes to dating. The Kardashian matriarch, 60, has been romantically linked to boy-toy Corey Gamble, 35, since November 2014 and while the pair still make a public show of their relationship, it may not be Cupid’s arrow keeping them together.
“Corey’s given a stipend [by Kris] to help look after her kids and make sure they are OK when they go out,” a source told Page Six. “He’s essentially an employee.”
Earlier this month Gamble was spotted escorting the Kardashian girls — sans Kris — to Hollywood hot spot The Nice Guy and was recently included in the family’s Easter Sunday celebrations in LA. According to the insider, Jenner maintains her financial arrangement with the Atlanta native because of his unwavering dedication to the TV family.
“Kris keeps him around because he worships the ground she walks on,” continued the source. “She also can’t complain about what goes on behind closed doors and is super satisfied in that sense.”
Despite bonding with Kim, Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian in recent months, Gamble may soon find himself single once again.
“Their arrangement has become more of a publicity stunt and a ‘trade’ at this point,” continued the source. “They aren’t really in love and there isn’t much longevity. Everyone is just waiting for Kris to clip it.”
But another source insists Gamble does not receive a stipend from his older girlfriend and spends time with the Kardashian-Jenner sisters because he enjoys being with them. “They are in a real relationship and there is no compensation that keeps him around,” the source said. Request for comment from a rep for Kris Jenner was not immediately returned.
Potato, po-hooker. Some call it a stipend, some call it a salary, some call it payment for serves rendered. What I find fascinating is that Kris really seems to be visually mimicking Kim’s relationship with Kanye West. In some photos, some commenters have confused Corey with Kanye, and Kris does dress like her daughters too. Kris wants to badly to have her own “Kanye” that she basically grabbed the first bodyguard she could find and started paying him to be her official guy. I’m not saying that either of them are doing anything wrong, by the way – they’re both consenting adults and no one is being taken advantage of. I even sort of understand where Kris is coming from – she amped up this Corey thing right around the time of Caitlyn Jenner’s Diane Sawyer interview. Kris didn’t want to be alone, but even more than that, she didn’t want to be SEEN as being alone, post-divorce.

If you believe that stupid rumor, you are in the same boat as the people who started it.
Countdown to rumours about how Corey wanted to marry Kris but because of the “hurt and anguish” her divorce from Caitlyn caused, she said no. Also how Kris is concerned about the welfare of her children and has no time for a relationship.
Then Corey will get close with Khloe because she is hurt over Lamar returning to his sleeping around and drugs.

I was going to suggest Corey get close with Kourtney but she still has issues with Scott. If Corey does end up with Khloe ,I will demand payment for that idea!

He’s a bit on the chunky side. I’m surprised they don’t make him go on a diet as no one overweight is allowed on their show.
Most of the photos he’s just walking behind her. Forget about paying someone to be your on-screen boyfriend, Kris would have to pay someone to just put up with her at all. He obviously just takes it day by day, and the moment she clips it he’d already earned enough and won’t be missing out much else.
He looks to me more like what a love child between Kanye and Lamar Odum had a child. I can’t believe anyone would mistake that tall man for Kanye West.
Well I surdenly don’t see the downside for him in this arrangement, even if he was not paid (which everyone already knows he 100% is) he still gets to experience the perks of hanging around the rich and famous and the added publicity of him being in the show and being photographed with the Kardashians and with today’s social obsession with everyone wanting to be a reality star/minor celebrity it’s pretty much a win win for him. Argentina won’t be crying for him.
And since the Kardashians are ruthless and notorious of using anyone and everyone for publicity I like when the tables are turned on them.

It’s true, its pretty obvious he does from seeing some episodes he is featured in the recent KUWTK series. While he knows that Kris is his golden goose and takes care of her well by the looks of it, he seemed too overly touchy feely with Kloe and Kourtney like its very obvious that he would give his right arm to swap Kris for one othe girls, which is understandable seeing that the relationship with Kris is just a ‘transactual relationship’ then a real long term one.
Also what I noticed is that in KUWTK he tries to be romantic and effectionate towards Kris (at least in front the camera) but Kris always looks so unease with it.
This isn’t the first time this story has been out. Also, hasn’t he been linked to Justin Bieber also? Why can’t any of these women not be in a relationship of some sort?

It really seems like this family throws money at anyone and everyone they want as a part of their “storyline”. Isn’t Kris trying to negotiate a price with Blac Chyna now that the family realizes she can bring in huge ratings for them? I feel like Tyga is also being paid. He brought in a lot of pr to Kylie, which helped her gain a lot of fans.
I think this is more about her ego than it is their show. She’d rather pay a young dude to be her boyfriend so she appears desirable to young men v. find an authentic relationship with someone her own age. That’s ego and vanity…..and a big ol’ dose of denial.
If you watch the show you’ll notice that there is zero chemistry between the two of them. Corey seems really into Kris but her attentions to him come off as half hearted. It’s clear she has no romantic feelings for him. Despite what we all think about her, Kris really is an attractive woman and could get pretty much any man she wanted. Why she continues in this fake relationship is beyond me. She is either stringing an unsuspecting Corey along or he is in on it and getting his while he can.
