Here are some photos of Alexander Skarsgard and Alexa Chung, out and about in LA on Friday. Alexa and Alex have been together, by most accounts, for more than a year. The first rumors about them happened around February 2015, shortly after Alex was allegedly hooking up with Margot Robbie at Sundance. I still don’t know if Margot and Alex ever happened, but Alexa and Alex have been happening steadily for 14 months or more.
While Alexa and Alex have been seen and photographed together before, paparazzi-friendly strolls are pretty rare for this couple. Do you think it’s coincidence that Alex and Alexa got pap’d now, several months before The Legend of Tarzan drops on July 1st? Considering that The Legend of Tarzan looks pretty messy and it will have to make hundreds of millions of dollars just to break even, I do not think this is a coincidence. I think this is Alex playing the game a little bit. I actually suggested that Alex bring out Alexa more often ahead of Tarzan’s premiere. Perhaps he could even announce their engagement in June or something. While some of you will insist that Alex is above parlaying his personal life to further his career, I just have two words for you: Kate Bosworth. As in, they dated and she helped put him on the map, gossip-wise. Alexa could do the same if they were both willing.
Incidentally, I’ve sort of gone off of Alex in favor of Matthias Schoenarts, who (just my opinion) positively drips with hotness. Schoenarts is so g—ddamn sexy it hurts. Schoenarts does remind me of Skarsgard, but Schoenarts isn’t such an icy Viking. Schoenarts is a sensual Belgian!!
PS… The hand-holding is a nice touch. Kids, go see Tarzan on July 1st!

Yeah paparazzi-friendly strolls are NOT pretty rare for this couple. There have been at least 10 pap walks with Chung looking pretty pleased with herself from last year. The park frolicking was one of them and if you look on The Daily Mail you can clearly see the rest. Bosworth 2.0 has been doing her best to get coverage but they don’t spend that much time together and since he isn’t on TV anymore no one really seems to care.
I don’t know why he seems to date woman who calls the paps on him when he constantly talks about how important his privacy is.
I know this is an unpopular opinion in these parts, but I love Alexa. She’s beautiful, I love her style nad she comes across as very funny and self deprecating in every interview I’ve seen.
I never found him hot. Both of his brothers are better looking than him.

Yeah, Alex doesn’t seem that thirsty. Could it be possible that they just wanted to go outside together, and L.A. has lots of paps? I think if they did it on purpose, Alexa would have put on some makeup and fixed her hair?
Just dropped to say that I love Schoenarts, I’m glad he’s getting more recognition outside of Europe.
I never cares for Alexa but I’ve ended up watching her series for Vogue UK and she sounds very funny and witty, she’s growing on me.
You cannot just name drop Mathias like that without a picture! But if anyone needs the hot Belgian, he’s in my backyard mowing the lawn.
I was just coming on here to say the same things. Where are the photos of Mathias? He’s such a hot hunk. Love that word…hunk. And he fits the bills perfectly.
If this is a film promotion strategy they are doing it all wrong. Alex needs to drop his pants and Alexa should up her style game because she is better than this style wise

They get photographed together every so often, this is nothing shocking or new, and the movie is MONTHS away. So I’m voting no on a promotional pap stroll.
Also disagree about Bosworth putting him on the map. He got famous during the 2nd season of True Blood, which was before they were dating.

Love me some Viking!!! Dear Lord he looks good. Funny that people are still hanging onto the “Tarzan looks like a mess” thing. The trailer has over 22 million views, and there was nothing but positive reviews coming from the London extended footage screening several days ago. Margot, Alex and David Yates were in attendance and the crowd was overwhelmingly stoked to see them. So yeah. Anyway, I’m looking forward to it.
I don’t have much of an opinion on Alexa. She seems funny and self-depricating. He’s sex on two gorgeous legs as usual. Alex and Margot are stunning together, and, yup, I’m always here for the Viking. Sorry, Matthias. Does nothing for me, but to each their own. That’s all I got.
Matthias Schoenaerts…yum! I was so mesmerized by him while watching Far from the Maddening Crowd, I wanted to leap on screen and shake Carrie Mulligan by her frail little shoulders and scream at her for marrying the idiot.
How is this promotion when the movie doesn’t come out for months? It’s not as if Alexa Chung is a big name. I don’t know why celebrities can’t go out for lunch without people claiming it’s a pap stroll.
