My 10 year old daughter has the same color eyes and hair. I always notice when she wears yellow or navy her eyes pop!

Love the styling of the J Peterman dress but not the colors. Looks like it’s only made in blue plaid and orange Creamsicle colors. Bummer.

amazingly, this is Dior. Who have been serving up horrible red carpet for five years now, but trust Kiki to find the one dress that is the exception.

Me too. She’s so underrated.
I also think that it could be her choice that she doesn’t do more movies. She’s always been pretty selective and savvy re: her career.
same, I’ve said it before but I really think people do not give her credit for what a good actress she is, mainly because of her perky blonde image and string of teen movies followed by superhero movies in her early 20s (when she’s actually done a lot more serious films too, and been consistently better than some of the more lauded dramatic actresses of her generation) .
I wish she’d at least get sent the scripts people are throwing at the likes of JLaw, Portman, Rooney Mara, Hathaway and now Brie Larson.
I thought the break was her decision as she was battling depression.
Apparently she has a huge alcohol problem (since Marie Antoinette)
She did have addiction problems that probably halted her career trajectory some.
I’ve also read that she had a substance problem but now I wonder if that was true because she wouldn’t have been invited to be on the jury at Cannes.
A bit of off topic but Mads Mikkelsen is also part of the Cannes jury and at the photocall he stated he is open to bribes. Love that man! 🙂

I don’t wear earrings to work because the posts bother me when I’m spending a lot of time on the phone or if I am wearing headphones. The only part of my entire body that is thin is my ear lobes. LOL

Very easily, if they’re like me and have allergies to nickel/any metal that isn’t gold or silver i.e. the materials most cute fun earrings are made of.
and also I dislike the feeling of having stuff in my earlobes. I can’t be the only one!
You aren’t the only one. I don’t even have pierced ears due to skin sensitivities. I’ve tried the adaptors to turn pierced earrings into clipons, but I cannot stand the feeling of the earrings. They’re pretty light, but I get a headache within 10 minutes of putting them on.
All of this plus small ears. My ears never grew, so a lot of earrings are bigger than them lol Im also self aware because of their size so I rather not bring any attention to them.
I’m currently feeling bereft. I have a pair of white gold and diamond studs that I got as a gift and have been wearing constantly for about a decade.
And I just had to take them out because my hyper-reactive immune system has decided it needs to start attacking those things like they’re bug invaders from another galaxy. 🙁

Maybe she doesn’t feel compelled to decorate her ears all the time. Like many people don’t decorate their noses with nose rings. Or any other part of their body…
My children cured me since they tend to play with them when I wear them. I like it a lot of times.
I don’t like jewellery… except for watches, I love watches, any sort, love those who look like bracelets.. The rest… meh…

She was really good in Fargo this season.
She was on Graham Norton recently and thought she was gorgeous that night. She looks fantastic here- love that shade of yellow on her.

I agree about the lipstick. The shade is great for her, but does emphasize her small lips in a bad way. Not that there’s anything wrong with small lips.
I actually think she looks really nice with the red lip, it was the right choice to go with a yellow dress.

I looooooove that dress, especially with the belt! The shape is amazing and the color is so buttery and lovely. Too bad it looks horrible on me. I just have to drool over it on other people.

I’m a redhead too, and I haven’t worn yellow since my 1st birthday baby pictures. I look like I have a bad case of the flu in yellow, orange, or anything neon (thanks alot 80s fashion). I love yellow tho, so I’m always envious of women who can rock yellow. And a red lip.
I have seen many redheads look good, even great, In yellow. It’s about the skins undertones. Most natural redheads are so pale that they look good in every color, okay maybe not pink and orange is a difficult one for anyone but the rest. Also most of you have pink undertones and some of you have freckles. I have seen redheads pull off the color mustard! I mean who looks good in mustard? It’s a hard one but some can do it. Anyway I love redheads in a yellow summer day dress and red lip. Maybe you need a different yellow, a not so neon one. Maybe a muted 70s type of yellow.

I’ll keep saying it till I’m blue in the face, she is a fantastic actress – but at least Cannes recognises what Hollywood can’t. I was watching one of her teen movies the other day (The Hairy Bird, if anyone’s interested) and she wasn’t even the star of it, it was astonishing how good she was, even at that young age.
Her red carpet style is always so on point, sometimes she wears things in combinations that seem like such a no-brainer, that you end up kicking yourself going ‘why didn’t I think of that before!’ and other times she wears things that look INSANE but you have to admire her guts for pulling it off anyway (that Death Star dress!). I love that there’s imagination and flair and a running thread of personal taste in her outfit choices, she never looks like her clothes wear her, even when she does have the odd misstep. Some Vogue-promoted clotheshorses could take note, THIS is how it’s done. Like the gold belt on what, without it, would have been just another pretty sorta-vintagey shirtdress.

I am a big Kiki Dunst fan. She is an excellent actress – she’s been doing it for years. Just watched Interview with a Vampire with my almost 18 year old son, he could not believe the little girl was Kirsten, the girl from Jumanji, Mary Jane from Spiderman, Crazy/Beautiful and Bring It On cheerleader gal – “No way” they are the same person, he said. Then he looked it up and now has a list of her movies he wants to see. LOL
OMG, just saw Elizabethtown. She was so cute in that movie.
