Patsy and Eddy – I mean Joanna Lumley and Jennifer Saunders – attended the big premiere of Absolutely Fabulous in New York last night. AbFab: The Movie has already come out in the UK and it’s a HUGE hit. America is getting the movie weeks after the British premiere, but still, we’ll take it. The reviews I’ve read (mostly from the UK) have said that the movie is actually really funny, and really loyal to the humor from the TV show.

Jennifer and Joanna both wore ensembles from The Blonds to the premiere. Joanna’s coat in particular was crazy, but as always, these ladies really know how to work their fashion. I hope this movie finds its audience in America. It should, I think, because AbFab is a cult favorite here in the States, especially for certain generations. Like, I grew up watching AbFab in the ‘90s. Patsy and Eddy probably warped me from an early age. But it’s fabulous, darling.

Lumley was also on the Tonight Show last night. I love that Jimmy Fallon is into AbFab. Here are two videos!
