Prince Harry has been losing his hair for a few years now. In the last year especially, we’ve been able to clearly see his growing bald spot in photos. He isn’t losing his hair at the same rate as his work-shy brother – William’s baldness was extreme even in his late 20s. Harry is 32 years old now and he’s got a relatively small bald spot that he mostly camouflages by keeping his hair longer and doing a sort of creative backcombing. Still, it’s gotta hurt. Harry is forever boyish, forever the “hot prince” following William’s steep hotness decline in his 20s. So would Harry do the unthinkable and actually get a hair transplant?
Prince Harry is following in his brother’s footsteps – by going bald!
“Harry’s terrified of losing his hair,” says the source, adding that Harry is determined to stop the thinning before it gets worse.
“He’s spoken to several doctors about having a hair transplant.”
But Harry plans to keep the surgery a secret.
“He’s poked so much fun at William over the years,” says the source, noting that if William finds out, “He’ll mock Harry to no end.”

Harry has even ribbed William in interviews about Will’s baldness, a fact which makes William have a little mini-tantrum. So would William mock his little brother? Probably. But my guess is that William has already taken note of Harry’s growing bald spot and already shot off a few mean quips. All that being said, I doubt Harry would go for a hair transplant or hairplugs or – God help us all – a toupee. Even when most of his ginger locks are gone, Harry will still be hot, right? RIGHT??
Also: Now I kind of wonder if that’s why Harry is keeping his beard. The more hair he loses on top of his head, the more he overcompensates with the beard.

Ginger is his USP. I think he should go for it and I usually side-eye anything that isn’t going about as your genes made you.
Plus, red hair is a precious commmodity and needs preserving.

I think he should do it, too. While some men might be able to carry off baldness and some are even sexy, the Windsors aren’t able to carry it off. Hair transplant methods have made a lot of advancements. It’s a minor procedure, and why shouldn’t he do it?

He should do what he wants – no shame if it means plugs or whatever. He’s a great guy and if he needs a mental boost with hair, go for it.

If women can get extensions, breast implants, lip injections, jaw reconstruction, eyelid lifts, fat transfers, Brazilian butt lifts, Botox, and contour themselves an entirely new face when they feel insecure about their looks, I don’t see why it should be a big deal at all for a man to get some extra hair to boost his self esteem. Go for it, my snappy ginger love muffin.

William was cute until his baldness, now he looks like a horse. I hope this won’t be the case with Harry but e has a far better attitude which will make up for most things
I doubt that Harry will. After all, he doesn’t have the horsey chompers and long face that Willnot has.

I think he should go for it! Have a friend that got hair plugs and once they grow out they actually look really good!

If you look at photos of Harry as a boy, you’ll see his hair was quite straight. It’s not only the balding issue but Harry’s hair has an unusual texture. Sometimes puberty changes hair texture, but I’m wondering if in this case it was the trauma of his mother’s death?
I think Harry would look better with a very short haircut and keep the beard of course.
His body, his life, his choice. Genes, and biology in general, can be very cruel and in a society as shallow and vain and just plain stupid as ours, that puts people from all walks of life in awful places. I am very familiar how unkind biology can be. In addition in hereditary health problems and a non-viable pregnancy whem I was in my 20s, I am neuro atypical and not conventionally “pretty” and have lived my whole life being treated like crap by people who judge others’ worth and abilities by appearances. Screw all the platitudes about loving yourself. I do love myself which is why I am fed up with this BS. I have a list of procedures I would happily get done if I ever have the money or hc coverage. And I have watched the pain trans friends have gone through with their bodies and how others treat them. **** genes and “accepting yourself”. I am all for self-determintion and that includes changing your body if you think you should. Hair plugs, hair removal, surgery, whatever. Screw the shamers. If it makes dealing with this sh*t, petty, mean world easier for you and you can afford it, go for it.

I saw photos of 20s something Will the other day… That man was very attractive. Did Harry suck out all of his hotness or something? There was a time when Harry being the hot one was hilarious. Now it is just the way of the world.

At least people are being honest. I’m sick of people saying it’s not right for men to care about hair loss, or about how it’s not a big deal for men because a couple of movie stars (usually relegated to playing action heroes or middle-aged men) are bald. Nobody’s looks were ever improved by hair loss.
I don’t think Harry probably cares, which is part of his hotness. He’ll always be attractive, and the beard does rock!

Oh my gosh. Look, I don’t even know. I feel like I’ve stanned for Harry sufficiently long enough that I might just love him regardless. But I really do like his hair as it is now. I can’t say I’m surprised he’s kind of sensitive about it, he seems like he’s fairly…I dunno, I don’t want to say “in tune” with his emotions, but he’s certainly more aware and anxious of his vulnerabilities in a way that makes you really feel for him, as opposed to being arrogant and condescending as a way to compensate for them like someone ELSE in his family.
I wouldn’t really care. In fact, it might even be interesting. The Windsor men are so unfortunate in the hair department (literally all of them have either started losing their hair or are bald, even in their extended family ffs). It might be nice to have some of the money go towards Harry’s hair for a change as opposed to yet another round of hair appointments for Mrs. Cambridge. It’s just the right amount of shake-up they need.
He can add some hair just enough not to look bald but not to much to be very noticeable. I don’t think he will though. One day he will accept the balding and go with it just like his brother. I have heard from friends that have gone bald that at first is bad and time to time they feel sad but they are used to that and don’t really care. I like him for what he does in the work department. His looks does nothing for me in the sense that he is ok not hot hot for me.
He has the means and access to the best treatments, so why not? As somebody mentioned before, women can rely on cosmetic procedures to enhance their self esteem if they want to so I don’t know why men cannot do the same.
There’s a cultural disapproval with regard to men and cosmetic procedures; namely, that if a man gets work done, it proves he’s insecure and overly concerned with / reliant upon his appearance. These are supposed to be “feminine” traits, not masculine ones, hence why it’s seen as “feminine” for men to intervene in their aging process through outside means.
He should ignore this bias and just do what needs to be done. I agree that baldness wouldn’t suit him at all.
