Gah! Ciara was so extra-beautiful when she was pregnant, right? I already thought Ciara was so pretty, but pregnancy really made her glow. Plus, I genuinely believe that she’s very happy with her new husband Russell Wilson. Maybe “saving yourself” for marriage actually works? Anyway, less than ten months ago, Ciara and Russell Wilson got married. She basically got pregnant on their honeymoon, which is what happens when you save yourself for marriage too. Ciara welcomed a baby girl at some point in the past week, I think. Here’s the confirmation:

So they had a girl and they named her Sienna Princess. I don’t have a problem with the name, honestly. I would have had a huge problem if the order was reversed and the girl’s name was Princess Sienna. But she’ll probably just go by Sienna Wilson, which is a nice, almost sing-songy name. I sort of wonder if this was a compromise-name. Like, “Sienna” was Ciara’s choice and Russell wanted to name the baby Princess Special Treasure Angel and Ciara was like “enough.”
Sienna is Russell’s first kid. Ciara has a son, Future Zahir, from her relationship with Future. I think Future and Ciara are still beefing in family court, by the way.
Also: Oscar Isaac and his girlfriend Elvira Lind welcomed their baby too. We don’t know when they had it or what the baby’s name is.

I like the name Sienna. I wish people would stop calling their kids Princess etc.
Princess is Ciara’s middle name.
And her nickname is cici, so maybe the baby will be sisi, too!
But it’s still part of her name, and it’s goofy as hell.

I know a boy named Senator and have heard of adults named General or Major. It was explained to me that giving a child a name that was also a title was a way to ensure that the child was referred to respectfully. My understanding was that it was a more common practice in the African-American community post reconstruction.
I wouldn’t even call my dog “Princess” (or Prince, Queen, etc.), let alone a child.

Ciarra and Sienna sound so similar-I think I would have tried something a little bit different. Congrats-she’s gorgeous and I’m sure their baby is beautiful.
Looking at the header pics, ciara and Beyoncé look amazingly alike. Not sure if one’s copying the other or they’re just both following the same trends, hair-make-up-wise.

Idk if theres something to be said about “saving yourself for the wedding night” I personally wouldn’t want to…the whole “testing” the mechanics before committing to a lifetime of malfunctions & breakdowns is a big deal for me but to each his own. It worked out well for them & now they just extended their beautiful family by 1….congrats Cici & Russ!
Yeah, I wouldn’t do that. Sexual compatibility is a huge thing for me, not chancing it not working well not be an option for me.
Well they both had previous spouses and babies and whatnot so i guess at least they weren’t going in completely inexperienced. I still wouldn’t do it but at least they have the mechanics down.

All I know as a Hawk’s fan is I hope Russell gets his mojo back this year! Maybe Ciara and his Princess should move to Seattle so he can have them with him. He’s a great guy and good quarterback but since getting married his game has been affected…and not in a good way! But really, congratulations!
