In February it was reported that Orlando Bloom, 29, planned to propose to girlfriend Kate Bosworth, 23, on Valentine’s Day. Recent pictures of the two together in LA confirm that they’re still an item, but a lack of follow-up news to the rumor suggests that it never happened.
