Our little singing butterfly, Mariah Carey, is certainly making the most of her time off. She, her boyfriend Bryan Tanaka and her 7-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan, are living their best lives on the beach,
Mariah, modeling a muumuu from the “Mrs. Roper from Three’s Company” collection, posed on the sand with Bryan and an adorable doggo.
I have a sneaking suspicion that Mariah likes vacations on the water so she’s able to showcase her cleavage in tight wetsuits. Maybe the zippers on these things just can’t compete with her boobs? I don’t know, but I will admit that she looks great and her kids are really cute.
The 48-year-old singer did encounter an unwanted guest on her trip – a shark. It was most likely a nurse shark, but, whatever. In a video posted to IG, Mariah said, “OK, this is not OK. I know it’s a shark that I’m not supposed to be scared [of], but I’m scared. I’m upset!” When one of the kids asked mama why she was upset, the diva replied, “He’s huge!”
Mariah may have been “upset” by this intrusion, but just last summer, she was getting up close and personal with some nurse sharks in the Bahamas – and, surprise, wearing a super tight wetsuit. Some things never change. You just keep being you, girl.

I am unashamed in my love for sharks. They’re amazing, and get an unfair reputation. Dolphins are sh– animals and everyone loves THEM.
Thank you! I’m not a fan of sharks myself, but I can’t stand dolphins and you’re right – everyone loves them. I hardly ever come across anyone who shares my low opinion of them. This is a good start to the day. 🙂

Recently in my hometown a fisherman caught a shark (a bycatch) and instead of tossing it in the water to decay, they displayed it and with the help of marine biologists, they allowed kids to come by and view the a shark as well as learn a bit about shark life.
I thought that was neat, even though this was a bit of a local controversy with some people believing that the fisherman deliberately tried to catch a shark, etc. (It’s a small town so I guess this is what passes for entertainment down there.)

I always suspected that Mariah is wearing those wetsuits because she is so obsessed with appearing thin and “perfect”. Those suits do a good job of hiding any dents and imperfections she might feel she has. If she was really so concerned about protecting her skin from UV-rays, she would cover up her cleavage and neckline as well. Look at her kids, children’s skin is even more susceptible to sun damage and her kids don’t even wear any cover-up. So not buying the sunscreen excuse….
It’s possible the kids have already applied sunscreen. Glad to see them wearing life vests.

I tend to agree. Wetsuits are the ultimate compression garment, lol. I could see wearing them if you’re going to be in cold water for any length of time but lounging around in them in the hot sun seems uncomfortable af. Definitely seems vanity-driven.
But she looks good and I think the braids are adorable.
Mariah would have done a better tribute for Aretha, she actually cared about her. They should have given the hook to Madonna and put Miss Butterfly Mariah up there.
Dem Babies are 7. It just feels like last year Mariah was pregnant singing All I Want For Christmas in front of 30 Rock.
