At this point, I tend to believe that we should start ignoring Nick Loeb. He’s toxic, and he’s still trying to abuse and bully Sofia Vergara because she dared to break up with him and marry someone else. Nick and Sofia were together, off and on, for several years. They broke up and ended their engagement four years ago. And in those four years, Nick has filed multiple lawsuits to try to gain control over the two fertilized eggs they produced when they were together. Sofia and Nick have probably spent a small fortune in lawyers arguing back and forth, and he just won’t let it go. Nowadays, Loeb fancies himself some kind of anti-choice advocate, and he’s making a terrible-sounding film called Roe V. Wade. Page Six has a lengthy story recapping all of the drama, plus they have some new sources claiming all kinds of sh-t about Loeb. This is another Page Six smear job, but this time, it just feels like Loeb may have pissed off the wrong people or something.

Nick is arrogant & he couldn’t handle it when Sofia dumped him: Loeb also, according to people who know him, is “very arrogant” and “likes to get his way.” So it must have been like a kick in the gut when Vergara dumped him and married “True Blood” star Joe Manganiello, leaving the future of the embryos in question. “Nick doesn’t like to be told no,” said an old friend of Loeb’s.

One friend goes on the record: “He was always egocentric, arrogant and self-centered. He is used to people doing things for him,” said his friend of two decades, Ivy Supersonic. “He comes from a certain kind of background . . . and I can only put up with so much before I have to leave. He had the money to help make himself famous but was always a little bit sad. He’d take everybody out and pay for everything. He was kind of a showoff — a rich kid with no real friends but he liked attention.”

He’s not really some die-hard conservative, he’s just creepily obsessed with his ex: Some in Loeb’s social set say his move to the far right has more to do with being jilted by Vergara rather than any long-held belief. (Despite those two exes having had abortions after getting pregnant by him, Loeb says he has been anti-abortion since his 20s.) “He is obsessed with Sofía,” said the old friend. “[And] he’s using [the embryo battle and the movie] to promote himself.”

*shrug* Yeah I believe it. Nick always seemed more than happy to be Sofia’s plus-one to all of the fancy events, and he loved the attention HE got, but he was reportedly mad that Sofia kept getting so much attention. Then when she dumped him for being a jackass, that’s when he began his now four-year campaign to “get back” at her. Of course he doesn’t really care about the embryos or a woman’s right to choose or any of that. He’s just trying to make Sofia miserable, because he’s a toxic douchebag.
