Johnny Depp has been “over” for years, honestly. The big story about him these days is his continued abuse of his ex-wife Amber Heard, this time through the court system. He’s suing her and basically trying to tie her up in civil court because… she dared to identify herself as a survivor of domestic abuse. But there’s also been a minor story percolating around the interwebs for several months now – some weirdness around Johnny Depp getting a new young girlfriend. In February, LaineyGossip pointed out that there were some grainy photos of Depp making out with a very young-looking woman in Belgrade. The follow-up came from random European tabloids that his makeout partner was a costar (she was not) or that she was a 30-something friend (no). Well, I don’t know if the woman in those photos is the same woman in this report, but… maybe.
Johnny Depp’s new girlfriend is a Russian go-go dancer who he wants to marry, DailyMail.com has learned exclusively. Polina Glen, who is believed to be in her mid-twenties, met Depp, 55, at a party in LA last year, a source close to her told DailyMail.com.
Depp was pictured in a steamy embrace with a ‘mystery woman’ earlier this year at a hotel in Belgrade, Serbia – but DailyMail.com has now identified the woman as Polina. She was also pictured walking alongside him in May 2018 while he was on tour in Moscow with his band, The Hollywood Vampires. Polina, who is originally from St. Petersburg, is a trained dancer and choreographer. She has been living with the multimillionaire actor at his Sunset Boulevard mansion.
That story actually came out several days ago, and since then, the Daily Mail has done a deeper dive on Polina by… just looking through her Instagram, and finding some photos/videos of her go-go-dancing. I now believe that Polina probably is the same woman from the February makeout photos. And yes, she looks very young. She’s trying to look older with makeup and styling, but I’d put her at maybe 22-23 max? And now this poor young woman is living with Depp and maybe planning to marry him. Ugh. I won’t pretend to know what happened between Amber and Johnny except to say I believe her far more than I believe him. I’m scared for this poor girl.
I think at one point Johnny Depp was a good man, especially when he was with my hero Vanessa Paradis. I refuse to believe she would have tolerated any abuse from him. I truly believe she was a stabilizing force and he threw her away to go back to that party lifestyle. Now, I think he’s too far gone with all the alcohol and drugs he’s done. He’s one of those guys, I take very personal. I see too much of my biological father in him. My biological father was a good guy – when he wasn’t drunk which was never. Johnny is the same at this point. Notice you don’t even hear Lily Rose or Vanessa sticking up for him anymore? Notice how you don’t hear about Jack going to visit him?
To be fair, his children are rarely if ever mentioned on any gossip sites I visit. I’ve heard Jack’s name mentioned twice in his life so far. Lily Rose is more well-known through commercials, but she’s rarely spoken about her father either.
That’s what’s weird to me. I would think Johnny is not above using his kids to say “See, look I’m a great father.” Lily Rose is an adult and the fact she isn’t jumping to her father’s defense is interesting. In no way am I saying she should answer for what her father did or be obligated to say anything but the fact that she is saying nothing is interesting.
There were also some tabloid reports around the time that Vanessa got married that suggested she was incredibly disappointed in Johnny’s behavior. I also don’t think she’s rushing to his defense with this new lawsuit.

It really only proved to me Johnny is going out of his to abuse Amber because she walked away from him. He still loves her but hates the fact she got away so he simply replaced her.

From what ive read it sounds like this girl might have “belonged” to one of the Oligarchs and Depp ‘stole’ her away?? Also i think she’s a lot younger than they are saying. I’d be surprised if she’s 18.

I remember how sorry I felt for Vanessa when he dumped her for Amber. Look at her now, she still have a great career and she’s happily married with Samuel Benchetrit, 45 years old, a good man and French director. Amber will be fine, I think she managed her way after him with a lot of grace, out of this shit she has grown to become way more than the glamorous and bit scandalous starlet she once was.

I had no idea Vanessa got married — good for her! I always thought she seemed like a sweet soul. I think she and Johnny made a great couple for many years, but drugs and alcohol not only made him a bad partner for her, but a horrible and abusive husband to Amber. It’s truly sad what has become of him. I completely agree that Vanessa and Amber are both wonderful, strong women.

I wonder if it’s a case of severe middle age crisis/depression self medicated. Its hard to understand how he had for long some great people in his life and has gotten where he is now.
At the time of their breakup a lot of the French tabloids said that Vanessa broke up with him because he relapsed on drugs and alcohol and she told him to stay away. I was genuinely surprised not to see those rumors show up in the English tabloids. What I find interesting is that his kids aren’t even sticking up for him anymore or even seem like they want to be around him.
I think Jack is still a minor and you don’t hear about him spending time with his dad. Lily Rose isn’t coming to his defense either. I think he’s fallen out with the kids.
But he didn’t dump Vanessa for Amber. Not defending him because I cannot stand that abuser, but, they were broken up for months and the tabloids reported on it. Amber came in the picture later but they still didn’t confirm their breakup until the next year, so some people assumed they were still together when Amber came along.
Along with that, the French tabloids reported that Vanessa was the one who did the breaking up, not Johnny. He had been using drugs and alcohol again and Vanessa did not want him around or the kids to see him messed up.
