Mother of God. I’m crossing myself! CB just sent me these photos, and it’s just… my God, is Lindsay pregnant? Here’s what CB thinks:
“Lindsay Lohan is a very tiny person with a stomach that nearly always looks flat. It’s possible that she’s bloated, or that she’s having IBS or is eating more or something, but I really think she looks pregnant. She’s been seen out with a much fuller looking stomach recently. If this is the case we should really fear for that baby for a lot of reasons. Nicole Richie was able to clean up fast for the sake of her first child, though, and if Lohan really is pregnant she might be able to get sober too. I hope I’m wrong, though.”
I hope we’re wrong too… but this does not look good. My initial thought was that Lindsay hasn’t been “back to bangin’ dudes” for that long, you know? Her alleged hookup with Balthazar Getty was less than a month ago. And it was only last week that she was spotted with model and Samantha Ronson-lookalike Petey Wright. So, she’s maybe been back to dudes for a month or so? That’s not enough time for her to have a “bump”. And, let’s be reasonable – it could totally be bloating from alcohol.
However, here are the reasons she could totally be pregnant: she could have been cheating on Sam Ronson for a while, so maybe the “Lindsay is back to dudes” timeline is off, and she’s further along than I’m estimating. Second reason: I don’t see her remembering to use any kind of contraception. So I could definitely see an “accidental” pregnancy. Third reason: Lindsay loves drama, so what could be more dramatic than getting pregnant?
Unfortunately for everybody involved (especially the alleged baby), if Lindsay is pregnant, I don’t see her “getting clean” like Nicole Richie did. But Nicole surprised me with her turnaround, so maybe Lindsay could too. Is Lindsay capable of putting a baby’s needs ahead of her own? I doubt it. This could be a mess.
Note by Celebitchy: OK, we wrote up this whole story and thought Lohan looked pregnant for sure, but then found these half-top photos of her (below) from 10/28 and her stomach looks normal. I hope she’s just bloated.

Pam Anderson has that same bloat going on. I think it’s just that Lohan’s body is not used to any type of nourishment, so when she finds herself having to eat, even a crumb extends her stomach.
I bet a glass of water fills her up and out!

Seriously though, it is probably gas in Lindsay’s situation. She smokes so much, she has a large air intake. Add together the chewing gum (to suppress the appetite,etc) and you get a lot of gas.
Pain killers can also cause constipation and intestinal build up… maybe Lohan just needs a good poop.
It looks like Beriberi
One of my best friends does coke occasionally and looks like this. She normally has a concave stomach. It’s a combination of Lohan being really skinny, malnourished, drinking, and doing coke.
If it’s a baby, it needs to be in protective custoday stat- although that would be too late to protect it from the mental and physical damage that she will have already done to it
She’s just bloated – you can see it in her face as well. Very skinny girls tend to not show until much later in the pregnancy.
We’re all thanking God for coke bloat…who knew?!
I hope that she isn’t preggers.
Keeping in mind that I am not a human MD, and I hate to say this, but with her skinny arms, legs, and a bloated belly, puffy face, off looking eyes, and possibly even her orange/yellow skin tone (though that could be the horrid spray tan stuff), I would suspect very serious issues with her liver.
Pregnant from carpet munching? I don’t think so. That’s typical coke bloat.
it’s probably protruding from malnutrition. think about images of starving children with huge bellies. same concept. she probably isn’t physically capable of getting pregnant, she might not even menstruate anymore.

I think the orange is the spray tan. But if it is from her liver she is in more than serious trouble. if her hair starts to turn a lovely shade of purple she’ll be endstage (i work transplant). It’s a horrible way to die and the reason i hardly drink. I really hope that it isnt the case. I think it’s in realation to her starvation diet…a little bit of food would cause crazy bloat in someone malnourished.
Either way this girl is dying.
@ heb – LOL. I thought the same thing. What’s the world coming to when we say thank God for coke bloat? And about pg, unfortunately the first tri is when the most damage can occur to the fetus from toxins…so again, thank God for coke bloat!
Good point, A. As skinny and (probably) malnourished as she is, compounded with the drug abuse, her body is probably not ovulating at all.

U need to have a certain amount to have a period. And fat for her is a no no. She prolly thinks she’s lucky she doesn’t have one.

If she is not pregnant, why would she go out of her way to show her protruding belly? Which is so obvious in the skin tight little black dress and the purple shirt….She might be a kracked out junkie, but blind and stupid she is not…I’m sure she can see what her belly looks like in those tight fitting clothes when she looks in a mirror…apparently there is something going on other than Liver disease or a bloated belly from malnutrition or drug abuse…Wake up people…why would it be so hard to imagine that she is pregnant given the fact that she lives such a wild child style…

don’t think she’s pregnant, i just think she actually ate a meal. Her coke ass rail of a body isn’t used to the food, and her stomach is going “WHAT THE HELL IS THAT? NUTRITION??”

Lindsey seems like the kinda girl that would take her self to the shmashmortion clinic way before she started to show. (disclaimer: not saying only crackies go in for shmashmortions. I know perfectly lovely women who’ve had shmashmortions.Just saying, every single girl I know like her tends to get at least one)

Don’t apply normal kinesthesiological standards to a woman who regularly abuses her body with drugs and looks like the largest weight she can lift is her bobblehead.
If she’s pregnant, it won’t be for long…not with all the drugs she’s doing.
coke bloat + poor posture
It’s not ‘cheap’ Shane- when a young woman puts on a hefty amount of weight in the lower abdominal area and nowhere else, what answer is there? (PS NO ONE here has called her fat) Pregnancy is the most obvious answer. But I agree, I can’t imagine it being physically possible for her.
A hefty amount of weight in the lower abdominal area of a heavy drinker can also be liver ascitis which is the build up of fluid in the abdominal cavity. It means your liver ain’t doin’ to good.
It’s called alcoholism and liver disease.

Your pictures are questionable but this link shows you pics that are unmistakable. there is no way this is ‘just bloating’.
