Tom Bower has been especially vocal lately, and he’s being used as a credible royal expert by many American and British outlets, even though it’s been clear for years that he’s a vile, racist, misogynistic, hateful old man. Recently, he was trying to revive the “bullying investigation” into the Duchess of Sussex and he was full of contempt for the Sussexes’ wildly successful Nigerian tour. Hilariously, Bower claimed that the Sussexes should have mentioned King Charles during their trip to Nigeria. What’s also funny is that Bower and his ilk are basically admitting that the Nigerian tour was a success and that the Sussexes have been more successful than many of them predicted. So now that’s the criticism – how dare Harry and Meghan rub our noses in their wins?? Poor William and Kate, having to contend with the Sussexes’ successes!
Kate Middleton and Prince William are ‘deeply upset’ with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry as they ‘go through tragedy’, claims a royal author. With the Princess of Wales, 42, out of action following the announcement that she is undergoing preventative treatment for cancer and King Charles, 75, only recently getting back into royal duties after his cancer diagnosis, royal expert Tom Bower recognised the ‘huge pressure’ on Prince William.
But not only this, the royal pro also claimed that this ‘pressure’ isn’t helped by how insensitive Prince Harry, 39, and Meghan Markle, 42, appear to be. As the Waleses deal with arguably the most difficult time of their lives, Tom Bower claimed that the Sussexes’ new ventures are ‘rubbing salt in the wound’ for Kate and Will.
Speaking exclusively to Woman, Tom shared why he believes William to be ‘furious’ with Harry, as he said: “Not only is there the pressure on William, but also the constant sniping from California. I’m sure he’s furious with Harry, he’s behaved appalling. Not only by the way he left England and exploited his royal connections but also his book – the things he said about the Waleses were so outrageous, rude, unfair and in my opinion, untrue. It’s a real struggle for the Waleses.”
After their recent trip to Nigeria, and the launch of Meghan’s new Instagram brand, American Riviera Orchard, Tom added: “One just always feels like there may be some sort of secret glee in Montecito. While they’re establishing this so-called brand Sussex, the family here is going through torment. After Charles’ diagnosis, Harry came over for half an hour and that’s it, he’s done nothing else. I can imagine that Kate and William are deeply upset by having the Sussexes’ brand operation rubbed in their face while they’re going through this tragedy.”

I do think Bower is correct on one part of this, which is that William can’t handle the fact that his brother is thriving. It really is that simple.

Kate may be too sick to be salty right now. She has disappeared from public view and not by choice. Let’s give her the benefit of the doubt. We just don’t know what is happening behind the scenes.
And I hope whatever is happening to Kate has given her some time for much needed self reflection. I hope that she has seen that she is just as expendable as any married in. She thought she was playing by the rules and went the extra mile to mean girl her unsuspecting sister in law. She is still young ,if Will wants a divorce I hope she agrees and lets go of her Queendom fantasies,a miserable tiara existence just isnt worth it.
I wish her whatever she did for Meghan.
I am glad some are able to give that woman some grace after what she did to Meghan! Whatever is happening to her can’t be as bad as what her lies unleashed on the black one!

She pretended to care about children’s early years and maternal health while she gleefully aided and abetted a smear campaign which drove a heavily pregnant M to contemplate ending her life. This after she stressed said woman out while she was preparing for her own wedding and dealing with the antics of her dogsh*t father. And then she made sure to be photographed visiting a centre for women who had suffered miscarriages after KP’s bullying lie caused M to lose her baby, so that the media could paint her as caring about that too. And then she racistly kopy-keened M in every respect, knowing that she would be praised while M was being villified for doing and wearing and saying the exact same things. So NO.
I don’t care that she has disappeared. I don’t give two figs whether she has gone silent on her own or whether “they” have done something to her. She is/was a fully paid up member of the abuse and sat by and allowed her lies to increase the abuse hurled at M and her newborn. She can kick rocks, as far as I am concerned.
I have as much sympathy for Kate as Kate had for Meghan when Meghan was under attack by racists, had a miscarriage, and was feeling suicidal.

I’m with those who vote for vanity. She’s always relied on her looks to carry her through while not doing much else. She’s likely faced consequences to her looks from the chemo and it’s far more than hair. General appearance , skin colour, shape of the face, not to mention nail damage etc. To her, these would be the worst. She won’t be back until all such consequence are erased and it may take very long.

Or he’s tipping his hand, on purpose. There’s been a lot of that. They all seem to be bursting at the seems with the desire to spill the real tea, here. So they hint, by treating the situation with the gravity reality calls for without naming the details.

I don’t think he’s contradicting himself, I think he’s hinting that Kate’s illness is much, much more serious than KP has let on.
I have a relative who, last year, underwent planned abdominal surgery. Some bits of him were taken out and cancer was found to have been present (as was suspected before the surgery even happened). He had a diagnosis soon after surgery, and after healing from said surgery and determining that the cancer had not spread, he underwent adjunct chemo over the course of two months or a little over. He found the chemo rough going and took time off during/immediately after each round. But in between treatments, he had stretches of days where he felt pretty great, so he went to work, took long walks, etc. He never lost his hair. He continues to be monitored closely due to the type of cancer he had but is otherwise healthy.
I know everyone experiences these situations differently, but…someone close to me underwent a similar experience to what they’ve said happened to Kate, and not once did anyone in my family ever refer to it as a ‘tragedy.’ That’s just an odd term to use if someone is going through a very difficult illness and treatment but still expects to heal and survive.
Exactly, 100%. Unfortunately most of us know more than one person who has had cancer these days. Many forms are highly treatable. The tragedy would be if she were in a persistent vegetative state or brain damaged from some kind of hypoxic event or paralysed or …

I am beginning to believe that Kate’s cancer is far more serious than we have been told. For whatever reasons they are not prepared to share that information yet. Anyway that to say it is very understandable to me, if this is true, that Kate has a lot more on her mind than keeping up a one sided feud with Harry & Meghan.

There is always someone sick in the BRF that they use to criticize H and M’s work ethic. First it was Prince Philip, then the Queen. Now it’s Kate. If people stopped working every time a family member was ill, economy would come to a screeching halt.
For that matter most of us don’t get to stop working when we are dealing with a serious illness. The royal reporters are not endearing Kate to the world at large when they keep insisting that she’s not all that sick really BUT she can’t be expected to work or be seen in public for months. I know people coping with cancer, MS and other life altering illnesses who still manage to hold down jobs – because they need to pay their bills – and who still go out in public because they don’t have a staff who can do their groceries, cook their meals and maintain their house. They think people are going “brave little Kate” when at least some of them are going “well isn’t she special”.
I have sympathy for Kate. I would take time off and focus on getting well, instead of going to work in a head wrap and maybe a colostomy bag.
The one I don’t have sympathy for is William. His sloth is a huge slap in the face to people who have go into work to pay the bills while the people they love most are facing their final moments.
The fact he can’t do anything more ardorous than drinking in a pub and attending sporting events doesn’t scream future king to me.
To be fair, maybe this has little to do with Kate. Maybe there was a huge fight between him and C&C and he is on a general strike. Lucky for him he can’t be fired from the family the way Harry was.

Bower did forget to talk about one critical point though : the Wales’ incompetence. These two could never be successful even if they tried because they are lazy and think their entitled to do nothing at all and reap the rewards.

But Bower – sadly the same record, around and around he goes. To still be bringing up anything that was in the book is a bit sad. They all need to get over it. But understandably it’s hard when each perceived loss they take keeps opening the wound because they keep centering themselves in every thing the Sussexes do.
End of the day 2024 has shown us what a post-royal life will look like for Harry and Meghan. Its working on their professional projects, supporting their philanthropic activities globally and just generally living a good and happy life. Every year since they have left there has been something associated with the royals that linked H&M back to the BRF either through a) an event like a death/funeral or the Coronation or b) through a H&M project that discussed their time in the royal world. Even if you argue that they didn’t have the right to talk about their royal lives (which obviously I disagree with) they have shared their side and are done. Meghan has not said a word about them since December 2022. She has not stepped foot in that Island since September 2022 (I don’t count changing planes at Heathrow lol). So they are just going to build on the successful life that we have seen in 2024. And this is the crisis for the BRF. They can’t compete with two people on the other side of the world who aren’t even paying attention to them anymore.
The Sussexes’ success drive home the point the Waleses are incapable of doing the job of king and queen consort. William and Kate don’t want to put in the work and it shows.
No, it’s writers like Bower who are rubbing the Sussexes’ many successes in William and Kate’s — and Charles and Camilla’s faces. There’s relatively little published about the Sussexes in US publications— with the exception of the ones clearly under the influence of the Windsors. “Oh, Meghan does jam!” and “Harry does Invictus!” are mostly good for the day of whatever the event is — and then the attention shifts to something else. The UK tabloids are relentless, with multiple stories every day about people who not only live quiet lives — but haven’t even lived in the UK for years. If the Bowers and the Sykes and such would just shut up, they’d effectively have what they claim to want. I’ve assumed that they have multiple goals, including keeping their jobs, and one of them may be hoping that something—anything — spurs William to do his extremely well-paid job while using Meghan and Harry as scapegoats to prop up their racist sense of superiority and perceived social dominance.
It’s called Karma. And it’s ok to say it out loud because in this life, you reap what you sow.

When Harry and Meghan were full time working royals, out representing Queen and country, I remember similar comments to this. Lots of “ look at her smirking “ “who does she think she is-trying to change the monarchy, steal the spotlight ”. This is just the 2.0 versions of that. Bower may say the Sussexes but it’s specifically Meghan. The fact is they work hard and have goals and a purpose, and that bothers this type now and bothered them then.
TB is complaining about the success’s of Harry and Meg which is once again deflection from what BRM should be focused on; the failure of FK to a. satisfactorily carry out his day job let alone b. provide cover for dad as his deputy and c. protect his own wife. Willy could have earned his spurs by enthusiastically stepping up to represent his dad proving that he has dedication to doing what was essential to look prepared for Kingship. He didn’t have to turn cartwheels but take care of kinging business by turning up regularly at events like Anzac day and behaving in a dignified and dutiful manner. Instead he’s AWOL then eventually shows up looking like he’s on a massive bender indicating he can’t cope in a crisis. How did that help Kate? It didn’t, quite the reverse, it ramped up speculation about what on earth was going on with her and him BTS? The current GE induced hiatus gives him yet more time to rest and recuperate when it is not him but his dad and his wife who have cancer! It is Willy who has failed to meet the challenges of 2024 and he is in his PRIME. Lazy or overwhelmed or incapable or a mixture of all three?
CNN, which carries a lot more credibility and reaches many more people than whoever this royal sycophants is, had glowing articles about the Nigeria trip, calling Meghan a princess, saying Harry really takes after Diana, and — in what I saw as a deliberate jab at the other royals — how Harry and Meghan carried out a “hearts and minds offensive” with aplomb. Those kinds of articles much really burn the Windsors, but what happened to “never complain?” Someone should tell them that jealousy is not a good look.
It is the BRITISH MEDIA spreading all of the “rubbing it in their faces” so just MAYBE they should check themselves. 🤷♂️

They’re upset: King Charles the Cruel cancels engagements during elections, William cancels engagements, and his wife returns possibly in 2025. When Harry and Meghan are not visible, they worry because it means they’re making connections, working on projects, and having good old private time with family and friends.

Anyone notice Bower saying how when Charlie was first diagnosed “Harry came for a half hour and left”…. and then nothing?
Wasn’t it Charles who only gave Harry the 30 min? Cause he had to catch a helicopter to one of his other homes? Bower is making it sound like Harry was the one with time constraints!
1. Harry’s plane was delayed so that was out of everyone’s control; he lost between 4 – 6hours due to the delay, as I understand things.
2. Harry had a busy, hectic schedule. He may have planned to spend more time but….his plane was late, and as we know, Harry had a very busy week already planned, already scheduled and obviously already confirmed. “Prince Freaking Harry” had people to see and places to go.
3. Charles CLAIMING he had things to do was IMO a cover for the fact that H came, saw and went in a single bound. He bounced right back out again. Harry kept calm and kept carrying on with his plans. No need to invent any appointments, H had plenty that week….and as we now know, in the many weeks since the announcement of C’s cancer as well.
Harry flew 10,000 miles to see his dad and his dad apparently couldn’t put off a helicopter for an hour or so. Pathetic.
Harry hopefully will see his father as a lost cause.
I just noticed…in this article Bowels lists the ages of everyone….except Wm. I’m guessing he doesn’t want us reminded of the fact Wm is a 42 y.o. person (I simply cannot bring myself to call him a man as he is nowhere close to my definition of what/who and how a man is). Wm is a 42 y.o. person without a single accomplishment to his name, other that his sperm met a couple of eggs and created an heir and a couple of spares.
I pray Louis and Charlotte are not growing up in a similar atmosphere to Harry’s lived experience. Harry didn’t care that much, but maybe those children could and that would be utterly tragic.
